Stopped here on Christmas Day driving through! Staff incredibly friendly for having to work Christmas and they give away free penn state/Dunkin hologram tumblers for Christmas Day!

The attendant was a jovial character, running with any stitch of material he could find to pass a joke or two, a great asset to this location and the greater Dunkin Doughnuts. A chubby jolly old elf he was. I can pass on the honey mustard choice of tile coloring in the bathroom and I hate the ACCELERATOR, but a clear audio signal cranking country Christmas tunes through a nice in wall speaker. Macchiato was frothed with care and attention, the glazed doughnut went down in minimal bites, it was so fresh.

AWFUL!!! By far the worst service I have ever had at a dunkin donuts before. Most of the employees have zero personality… I have been here several times and every time I say to myself, «why do you keep coming back here?» It will take you at least 10mins to get a cup of coffee and that is if the place is empty. Coffee cream and sugar… How can you screw that up??? I ordered a breakfast sandwich here once… One bite and in the trash it went… This is officially the last time I come to this dd!!!

Good, hot coffee and great service. The young lady working the drive-thru took time to take my in-store order and served it with a smile.

Food was meh, coffee was bad, service was AWFUL We stopped here on a road trip for a quick breakfast and coffee. When we arrived, no other customers were inside and we ordered three breakfast sandwiches and a coffee. 20 minutes later we were still waiting for our order. When I tasted the coffee, I was surprised to find that it was completely burnt and bitter. After another ten minute wait, the server did bring me a fresh cup. Super disappointed in the wait though. We usually enjoy a Dunkin breakfast.

I get coffee and doughnuts here a couple times a week. Sometimes I will sit in the drive through so long that I turn off my car. They are very slow. Prepare to be late for work. Actually I’m waiting on a doughnut right now. That’s right… 1 doughnut. On the bright side, I waited so long that the manager gave me a munchkins for free. So I upgraded it to 2 stars.

This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts I have ever been in. The employees are rude and nasty! I ordered an Ice Coffee with cream & sugar. I had to ask for more creamer right as she handed it to me. When I asked for more cream you would have thought I asked her to cut off her right arm. There is no way they put any sugar in it! Then the coffee tasted so burnt I couldn’t even drink it. I see others have had horrible experiences there as well and it is obvious they don’t care… business must be really good for them to not care!

Some of the employees were sleeping when we first walked in… So that was the first sign that this place was a shit hole… Then the food was even worse… Stale doughnuts, and shit sandwiches… There’s a Denny’s right across the street, go there instead.

I get my breakfast here most mornings and have noticed a constant trend of the people working the drive through taking my money, then making my food and not washing their hands. When I inquired I was told«I santized». Shouldnt different people be doing different task or at the very least wearing gloves?
