Tina Schwendemann – Century 21

When we first moved to the Santa Cruz area 2 years ago, Tina helped us buy our first house. She is knowledgeable and made the process, unexpectedly, super easy! I would recommend her to anyone looking for their next place.

We have recently worked with Tina on the purchase of our new home and were very pleased by her professionalism and work ethics. We spoke on the phone a few times before meeting in person and she made us feel very comfortable and confident about our decision. Her knowledge and negotiation skills are impressive. Tina was very respectful and kind, guiding us through the entire process and offering advice whenever she thought it was necessary. We cannot recommend her enough!

We met Tina at an open house one weekend that we actually had time to go to a few. It was an extremely busy time in our lives I loved working with Tina. Some realtors are so pushy but this was not the case at all with Tina. She found listings that met our criteria and sent them to me to review and contacted me occasionally to see if we had found any we were interested in seeing but time did not allow. I had contacted another realtor when we first moved here in 2005. We had sold our home in San Jose to move here and were looking for a place to buy here. Prices were so high then and we were only familiar with the tourist areas so decided to rent a place for a bit and become more familiar with other areas. We rented a place on Beach Hill and I fell in love with it so we have lived here ever since. I got an email from that first realtor about a townhome in the complex we had first looked at back then, and we loved that one. Have been looking for a place in that same complex and there was one available. She held the open house that same weekend. We had a lot of company so while they were off doing their thing we ran over to see it and fell in love so we made an offer later. We just closed on Sept. 24. I texted Tina early on to let her know because I knew she was working hard to find us something and wanted to thank her for her hard work. I told her I wanted to Unilocal for her and let others know ho hard she tried to find something perfect for us. Some of them might have been if we had only had the time to go see them. I would recommend her to anyone.

We met Tina at her open house and then bought another unit in the same complex with her help. Tina is fabulous. She not only helped us in getting the best deal, but also even recommending a very good plumber for us when we run into a linking sink a year after we bought the condo. We highly recommend using her service since she apparently knows everything related to her area and we are very happy to know that she is always there to help.

When we started looking for a home on the coast, we met Tina by chance. She was def. a God Send to us! For 3 years we searched for the perfect home. The timing just was never right. Every few months we were get together and look at different areas. I’ve visited the area my entire life and STILL she educated me on things I had no idea about!
We were getting ready to look at a few homes in mid June and Tina said «I have this one I think u will like and it came on the market today». She was sooooo right!!! We made an off and on July 31^st closed escrow.
We highly recommend Tina for all of your real estate needs. If for some strange reason she cannot help, she will lead you in the direction you want.
We now have our DREAM vacation home and it’s all thanks to her!

We worked with Tina on our recent home purchase and we were highly impressed! We met her by chance at an open house and ended up in our dream home because of it. She was always quick to respond when we had questions or new interests and always had the time to get us in to view prospective houses almost instantly. Not only was Tina great at finding homes that fit our list of must-​haves and weeding out the deal-​breakers, but she recommended a fantastic lender for us to work with as well. Tina is such a great Realtor. I have had the opportunity to work with her and I was most impressed by her professionalism and work ethic. She is very knowledgeable about the escrow process. You want her as your agent because she will do what it takes to get the real estate transaction closed. She negotiates well and has a keen eye to detail. I highly recommend her to represent you as a buyer or a seller.
