History

Established in 2005.

I have been surrounded by Real Estate all my life, growing up with parents who started their own real estate company David Lyng Real Estate in 1980. In high school I was helping with open houses and in college worked the summers as a receptionist. But it was not until I was a recruitment counselor at UC Santa Barbara for my Sorority and an assistant to a top producer that I realized my true passion for helping people and that real estate would be the perfect fit. After working in the marketing department for Federal Realty Investment Trust at Santana Row I began my own career in Real Estate. It has been an interesting and challenging journey but I have enjoyed it every step of the way, especially the new friends and clients I have had the opportunity to work with over the years.

A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, I have also completed educational programs abroad in Florence, Italy and at the Haas School of Business at Cal Berkeley. My decision to become a REALTOR® and join my parents’ company not only came from my observance of their enjoyment and success in the business, but also by determining what type of profession would best suit my personality. I have found Real Estate to be a perfect fit. My marketing and business skills give me an excellent foundation for Real Estate and a special ability to listen to my clients’ needs, helping them through every aspect of their home buying or selling experience. I believe that people are the heart of every Real Estate transaction and know that successful relationships do not just happen. They are the product of hard work, positive thinking, commitment, persistence, and above all else, integrity. I would be a great asset in helping you achieve your Real Estate goals.
