Went for breakfast today and the service was great our server linda was very attentive and made sure we were ok throughout our stay. Customer service makes a huge difference because even if the food is good and I get horrible service ill never go back

Esther was our server and she was great! Made eye contact and was very fast and kind. Food was brought in a matter of minutes and was exactly what I needed(get the waffles!)! The place was clean and had good music too. I’ve been to some awful ihops(don’t get me started on Denys) and this one is pretty great. Full disclosure I came here on a Wednesday at 3pm so I cannot attest to what the rush hour experience would be.

I am not a «spec food» kind of gal and generally hate chains, but for what it is, we had an excellent experience at this IHOP. Our server, Miranda, had very good humor and was patient with our crazy family.

Went to this I hop with a couple of friends a few days ago… I had the soup, chicken noodle soup… actually I had two bowls of the soup… it was very good… my friends ordered tritip with eggs and french toast and country fried steak with eggs and stuffed french toast… Everything was great! Our server was polite and very fast… She brought us an entire pot of hot coffee to refill our cups as we wish! This place had a very casual appeal, and was supper clean and well maintained… cant wait to go again and order something different to try~

The service here is so bad it’s almost funny. Their prices are so affordable and with three kids who love pancakes it’s a good choice for our family. But our last three trips there were such a bust, I’d be dumb to try for a fourth. I always get a little nervous when my waitperson doesn’t write the order down, it’s not like ihop is a fine dining establishment! Get out your pen and paper and write down the order– that way you don’t have to come and ask a dozen questions about the order. Like you just did. Also you gotta love a restaurant where you can see the food come up. And sit under a heat lamp. For like 10 minutes. Please don’t make me ask about it. And when I ask don’t lie! What a joke. Boyfriend ordered a salad, confirmed that there would be croutons. Server assured him there would be. Wouldn’t you know it, when the salad came without croutons the server said they were out! Crazy guess but I’m thinking they knew and just didn’t say. Silly thing getting upset about croutons but why the heck did they say they had them when they didn’t?! Last rant: disgusting hair not only on my plate but wrapped around my food. Literally long and mixed in with my meal. The server was mortified and said they would make me a new plate. The new plate took so long that the rest of my family was done eating. Luckily my appetite was totally gone from watching that hair unfurl from my eggs. Gross.

It’s been years since I’ve had perfect ihop pancakes. Finally stopped in for some simple buttermilk pancakes and eggs. My eggs were undercooked, and my pancakes burnt. Burnt. The meal was also overpriced, especially considering McDonald’s would’ve tasted better. Disappointed. The waitress was nice enough.

I only come here once in a while since it is so expensive(around $ 30 for 2 people for breakfast). It is very clean and the service is good, though. I don’t like their food for lunch or dinner so just stick with breakfast food. Weekends can be jammed in the late morning hours so get their early.

No line at the time we went so no wait was great especially on a weekend morning. When being sat I asked the hostess if we could please get a high chair for our child, she looked at us kind of strange and went back to the podium to talk to the other hostess and seat more guest. I was kind of concered since they are first impression of the establishment and almost every restaurant we have visited the hostess helps out with boosters and highchairs. About 3 min went by and our server came and helped us out with a highchair, our server Jose was great and better than most. Checked on us frequently, when the food came we didn’t have to ask for extra napkins, took plates away promptly & the food was great. If it wasn’t for the strange greating this review would have would have been 5 starts.

Very busy place. It’s loud in here because of all the groups of people. There is lots of seating and they can accommodate lots of people. In fact, I noticed they have a maximum occupancy of 219(useless fact). It was nice that they we doing what they could to keep the place clean. I saw a few staff members picking up trash and vacuuming.

Stopped by for breakfast this morning, the service was good and quick. The food wasn’t bad, nothing special. Not sure what the yellowish mystery slime that everything is cooked in was but it didn’t make me sick so that’s a good thing. Probably some kind of fake butter goop. If have given it more stars but since the prices are ridiculously high for breakfast, it’s really not work the cost of going there. $ 28 for breakfast for two people is just outrageous. That’s all, your warned, get a fourth mortgage before going

The food is ihop so I’m not looking for 5* eats. The staff forgets to refil drinks and seems scattered.

I went in on a Friday night in search of a peaceful place to type a paper with free wifi. I walked in and asked for a table by an outlet because my computer barely holds a charge. I wasn’t hungry at the time but I figured after a few more hours of analyzing data I would be. So I said that I swore I would buy something and wasn’t just gonna be a wifi mooch. The waitress even told me I didn’t need to order anything necessarily! Dope! It wasn’t obnoxious like Starbucks was earlier that day so I got like 12 pages done. I ended up getting chicken and waffles, it was very good.

Place wasn’t too busy when we got here. We were greeted by Ama who let us pick our table. Will picked the table right by the outlet. Our phones were almost dead so that was a plus! Ordered bacon & white cheddar melt. Will ordered the pumpkin cheesecake pancake ultimate combo. My plate arrived with onions on the melt. According to the menu, onions weren’t in the description. Our server, Eden, was friendly, attentive and apologetic. She took my food back and had another one made. Without me reminding her, she remembered to tell the cook that I wanted light tomato sauce on it. I was surprised she remembered. Bonus. Will’s order was shorted 1 sausage and 1 bacon strip. That was easily fixed. Eden brought it promptly. No other issues with his food. Sadly, by the time my replacement meal arrived, everyone else was just about finished with their dinner. What the heck?! It was a small bonus that there were fresh fries on the plate but everyone’s about ready to go already. Sheesh. So I check my food and guess what? No cheddar cheese as stated there should be on the menu. Do I send it back this time? I think not. I do however, make sure to let Eden and Ama know to tell the cook he/she needs to make it according to menu or special order. I realize the cook might have thought he/she was doing me a favor but… I can’t eat raw onions but love cheddar cheese! We’d gotten there right after a rush time because there wasn’t any more silverware! We were given«to go» plastic utensils. What happened to the dishwasher? There was only 1 server, ours. How did she wait so many tables that there was a short on silverware? My next thought was«how bad was the service for some people in that case?»… hmm… Made me wonder but also thankful we arrived after all the hoopla. To compensate us for the problems we encountered with my dish, Eden discounted my meal! I do appreciate that since I didn’t get to eat it with the group. Most of it went into the«to go» box. We did get raspberry iced tea in «to go» cups for the road. That was very nice of them too. Will left a nice tip and we’ll be back. When servers acknowledge there’s a lack of good service and apologize, it deserves a second chance. So that’s why we’ll be back. I’m sure I’ll be ordering the same thing to see if it comes out according to menu next time. :-D

I’ve gone there three times recently. The last time was yesterday, and my boyfriend got food poisoning! He had those bacon waffle things. He said that it wasn’t cooked all of the way through. We had to ask for someone to wait on us when we first got there. Their specialty coffees are so bad that I had to ask for iced tea instead. I asked for extra, extra crispy hash browns, and the came our barely browned.(sigh) All in all, it ruined our day. He was sick all day, and part of the next. iHop managers, pay attention! We also saw one of the waitresses scoop her finger on top of a shake to wipe it even.(Gross!) The health department might be going there soon. I don’t know. I used to love iHop, but this particular store is hit or miss. When they miss, the REALLY miss.
