Bob originated the «One Day Re-Pipe» and specializes in all service work– leak investigation, fixture repair/replacement, drain cleaning, and flood outs. We provide and install sinks, tubs, toilets, etc. Bob is a state certified 2nd generation master plumber, licensed in Florida and Massachusetts. We have completed over 3,500 re-pipes in Lee county to date. Bob is EPA, RRP certified. Over 30 years experience. 95% of business is from customer referrals.
History
Established in 1985.
Prior to moving here in the mid 80’s Bob was a state licensed plumbing contractor in New England, at one time being licensed in three states. As a young boy he followed his father, a Massachusetts plumbing contractor, around. He was fascinated by the trade, accompanying his dad on calls and observing everything. By the late 60’s he was fully licensed and took off from there. He became involved in heating and cooling when he established Heat Conversion, Inc. in 1978 while residing in Massachusetts. He is a state certified Air Conditioning contractor in Florida and combines both skills in his business. Bob is a perfectionist who personally analysis each potential job. He inspects it upon completion to make sure it measures up to the high standards set forth by Abdow Plumbing and Air Conditioning, Inc. Our staff is clean, courteous, careful and skilled. 95% of our business is word of mouth, a great source of pride for us. Rapid response.

Bob is a workaholic who jumps on his Harley to unwind. He likes socializing with his friends, many of whom started out as customers!
He met his wife, Becky, after a mutual friend had recommended him when she needed a plumber. They enjoy movies, music, dining out, church, and spoiling their three rescued cats. Bob continues to be fascinated by plumbing and air conditioning. He implements the latest technology and highest quality products in his work. He carefully evaluates each home’s existing plumbing or HVAC system and employs solutions that provide the best long term results. He will never suggest a service not needed and but will completely explain why a proceedure is required. He is sensitive to pets in the home and their comfort during needed work. Your home is always kept clean and left that way. They are an eco friendly company and respect the environment. They contribute to various charities including disadvantaged children throughout the world.
