Established in 2003, we service homes in Cape Coral and North Ft. Myers, Florida.

Whether you’re away short or long-​term, our goal is to provide you peace of mind during your absence. A Better Home Watch provides complete, affordable home security and inspection services. We conduct a weekly inspection with the following services: check the exterior for security, wind or water damage; check the A/​C unit for proper temperature & humidity; check all doors, windows and sliders to insure they are secure and locked, and more. Additional services we can provide include airport pick-​up & drop off, cleaning, and grocery shopping. Let us know what your needs are while you are gone and we are happy to work with you!
