History

Established in 2014.

With a new & exciting take on transportation, we came up with our own concept: «Shuttle Beyond». Vacationers want a simple process, nice people, clean vehicles and timely pickups. So that’s what we did.

We spent a year designing a 2 minute online booking system that’s truly world class, made it a goal to hire only customer service driven employees & nixed the word «driver». Our «navigators» are friendly, professional, informative and can handle any transportation scenario.

We designed a fleet that only consists of new model Nissan NV SLs that provide a «spa on wheels» experience which includes LTE WiFi, XM radio and charging pods. And our scheduled pickup times enable us to be on-​time plus sanitize our vehicles before & after every pick-​up.

When we first started, one of our customers gave us this invaluable advice: «Your goal should be to go from good to great.» Taking on this challenge drives our passion to deliver the best overall experience for every customer.

Customer service at its best!!! My husband and I used smart two to shuttle us while on vacation from the airport to our hotel and then from the cruse terminal back to the airport. We had two drivers, Thomas and Jay, both were excellent, friendly and great drivers. The free wifi, water and local info was a bonus. Their vans were comfortable and clean.
Thomas, you should sell that air freshener! If you ever want to recruit more Californias we would love to transfer!

Hired these guys after an exhausting two week sojourn to Disneyworld, universal studios, NASA space center and finally a one week western Caribbean cruise. The cruise terminal at port Canaveral is a hot mess, like a lot of them are with a boatload (pardon the pun) of cruise ships all docking, unloading, loading and departing within a few hours of each other. The guys called asked where we were, told us how long before the arrived and picked us up without a hassle. More than I can say about our departure from SFO to home (more about that later). The gentleman whose name I forget was magnificent. He put all our luggage away which was no small task considering we had enough stuff we resembled Hannibal crossing the alps! We got to Orlando International Airport in great time and he even gave us tips on where to eat. Marvelous service would recommend them to anyone. Big blue Van my butt. Smart two is the one.

If there were 10 stars I would give it to them. Great customer service right from the start when we made our reservation. When we got to the Orlando airport Jay was waiting for us. We soon discovered that all four of us traveling together did not get our luggage. It was still in Philadelphia. Jay went out of his way and took us to a 24 Walmart so we could get a few things since we had nothing. He had cold water for us in the van which was very nice and clean.
It’s nice to know there are great companies out there that care about their customers. Oh and by the way this was all done at 1:00 in the morning. Great job Jay great company Thomas!

Easy to book, fast, timely, convenient and courteous. Free Wifi is a plus. They call and send text messages to notify you of where they will be and what time. Customer service was great and overall, was cheaper than booking directly from shuttle service or cruise line shuttle. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a Carnival Cruise leaving Cape Canaveral. It was our first-​time leaving there and since we’re from the West Coast, we didn’t know a way to be shuttled to and from the airport. We had family at Tampa but we didn’t want them to drive 2+ hours to just pick us up and then drive 45 minutes to Orlando Airport. So I did my due diligence and look for way where we can get to the airport. I looked at the cost at the cruise line and it would cost us $ 40 – 50 per person. I look at renting a car but the that would add extra time to go to the rental place and then I would have to separate from my wife and two young kids. So I found some online shuttle service that were reasonably priced.
came on top! I called up and their call center was very personable. They help reassure me that I’m making a good choice and that they cater very well to their customers. For a cost of 4-​people our total price was around $ 108. What I found convenient was that the would keep in touch via text message or by calling them.
So after a week in the sea, my family and I debark from the ship. We had originally ask for a 10:30am pick up. Since we got out early at about 9:30am I called up Smart-​Two and they were able to send a driver to pick us up half an hour earlier. Their shuttle are very clean, they had cold bottle water available and of course a FREE-​wifi for the kids to use their tablet gadgets.
I was very impressed! We had another couple that rode with us to the airport so there were a total of 6 people in the shuttle plus our driver Rich. All I can say is that I’m glad we made that choice to book Smart-​Two as our shuttle service from the Cruise area in Cape Canaveral and had us shuttled to Orlando Airport. No headaches. No hassles. They just had GREAT SERVICE and I’ll definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

My hubby and I recently returned from a cruise and I can’t say enough about this company. Rich was our driver to port canaveral and from port canaveral after our cruise was over. Rich provided us with water, fast internet service aboard the shuttle (the shuttle was very nice/​clean /​air conditioned and spacious. Rich also gave us a courtesy call to let us know they were on the way! If I ever leave from port canaveral again, I will use this service, they were stellar!!!

Our service picked us up from MCO Orlando Airport, dropped us at our hotel, the Comfort Inn and Suites in Cape Canaveral, and then picked us up at the port after our 3 night cruise.
As a final awesome note, they provide bottles of water, wifi and phone charging ports in their vehicles! Upon departing from the shuttle, they gave us a business card, smart two bracelet and smarties! So cute!

Fantastic shuttle service. Everyone from Victoria, the booking receptionist, to Seth, the driver, were totally professional and very helpful. Seth, was very prompt and even early for our return from Port Canaveral. I can’t say enough about this company. Just got home from a cruise to the Bahamas and I had to make sure I gave high marks and great reviews to the Smart-​Two company and staff! I used Smart-​Two for roundtrip shuttle service between Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Port Canaveral. I was so impressed! Seth, the driver who picked me up from the airport, was EARLY! (Major plus for me) He was very polite, courteous, professional and accommodating (offered bottled water). He was also very attentive. When I mentioned to my friend that my phone was dying, Seth immediately stated, «You can charge your phone here in this charging station.» He took my party and I in a clean and comfortable vehicle and assisted with our bags. (He deserved the tip we gave him)
For the return trip from Port Canaveral to MCO, the driver (I don’t remember his name) called ahead of time to let us know that he would be at the pick-​up location in 5 – 10 minutes. He arrived on-​time and was just as polite, courteous, professional and accommodating as Seth. He too offered bottled water and assisted with the bags in the vehicle and when we got out.
For two people, the price was less than $ 120 total! Everything else that I saw online was way more than that.
If you’re looking for a shuttle service in the Orlando/​Port Canaveral area that’s reasonably priced, who knows how to display a high-​level of customer service, kindness and eagerness to assist, then you want to visit
! They are a start-​up company, so you won’t find a laundry list of reviews to assist you with making your decision, but take it from someone who has used their services… they have it together from the start!

Great experience! Reliable, pleasant, friendly, clean, on time, and professional! My husband I flew from California to Orlando for a Carnival cruise. Thomas picked us up at the airport and took us to our hotel. The trip felt like being at a spa on wheels. I was greatly impressed by this service.
