Sunshine Limousine & Sedan Service

Great transportation service from Disney hotel to Port Canaveral. We booked our Disney cruise via a travel agency this time, but reserved Disney hotel by ourselves. So we had trouble booking Port Canaveral transportation via Disney shuttle. I’m glad that we ended up with Sunshine Limousine service to Port Canaveral. The price is the same as Disney shuttle for 4 of us with 4 luggage, but the services are way much better.
The communication was good, and we’re able to adjust pick up based on our cruise departure time. Our ‘superman’ driver Clark (same name as the Superman) showed up promptly before our scheduled pickup time. He’s super funny, and we had fun experience to the Disney cruise terminal in a timely manner. We appreciated our trip and asked for the same driver on our return trip after the cruise. But since Clark was busy, we got assigned a different driver. Not surprisingly, we had the same great experience on our return trip back to Disney hotel. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them as primary transportation choice from/​to Port Canaveral.

Negative attitude from driver when picked up at airport. Not the service you expect when taking your family to Disney. Driver on return trip was an improvement. Should have kept searching for a better transportation service.

Used this service for my family of 6 from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral to Universal and back to the airport. 3 different legs of a trip, 3 different vehicles and drivers. Not one single problem along the way! All on time, all kind and all nice vehicles.
Affordable and reliable! I would most definitely recommend them and use them again!

Best service hands down. I booked this company with no knowledge of them and I could not have been more pleased. The vehicle that picked us up at the airport was very clean, cool and roomy. Our driver was very nice and pointed out some attractions as we passed by them. We arrived very late at night and I was hoping there were no glitches. Happily there were none and the icing on the cake was having Sunshine Limo waiting for us. I would highly recommend this company for your transportation. They are wonderful to work with. I made an error when booking and gave the wrong pick up date for our return trip. Without hesitation Paul had someone scheduled and ready to pick us up even when I was responsible for the error. This customer service is rare and I am not sure you will get the same treatment from others.

As the best man for my friend’s wedding, I did an extensive amount of research before going with my friend (the groom) to lock in Sunshine Limousine as the limo transportation vendor.
I want to write this review to let you know Sunshine Limousine is the only professional transportation service you want. During my hunt, I’ve learned that some providers have a shady background and others were unable to accommodate a request to inspect their vehicles prior to signing a contract. Think for a second, if you’re hiring a limo service for your special day, don’t you want to get a feel for how trustworthy the company is and see the condition of the limos?
From the very first phone call, Paul the owner was polite and willing to work with us on a date and time to meet. He was willing to work with us and accommodate our needs even if they were beyond the norm. We met him at his business outside of normal office hours and he showed us his stretch Hummer and stretch Escalade. The vehicles were in good condition and definitely proved to be jaw droppers when we were being driven to the church, the photo shoot location downtown and the reception. The contract process was painless as well and communicated via email to allow us to conveniently scrutinize the details. The rates and minimum chart hours are highly competitive. A gratuity charge is added on top. I rode in the Hummer and it was stocked with ice, sodas, and clean glassware. The interior was clean and spacious. The driver was late to the initial pickup of the groom and groomsmen but we planned for this scenario of running into time constraints. Nonetheless he was pleasant and obliged to our requests.

My family and I used Sunshine Limousine to take us from Walt Disney World to our Disney cruise at Port Canaveral. We chose this rather than riding the Disney bus and are so happy that we did. The price was very reasonable and the service was first rate from the time of booking all the way to the ride on the beautiful stretch. The driver was pleasant and on time and the limo was in top shape. Really, the whole thing went as planned, which is what I was paying for! Highly recommend.

My driver Steve arrived at 4:30, but my plane was a little early and I had panicked a bit when I didn’t see him. He said he was at the other escalator, not knowing where i was coming from. i frowned on that response because that meant poor communication from his company to me.
He seemed a bit preoccupied and, for a driver, didn’t know any part of Orlando except the driving route to Disney world.
Before departing I asked if we could stop, and he said sure. i told him at Starbucks. He said he wish we could but didn’t know where to find one. He had a GPS on his dashboard! So I didn’t get a drink… And that wasn’t a good way to start my vacation!
So, he did chatter aimlessly about celebrities and movies. He liked to tell me which movies were good, and i felt if i didn’t watch it, I’m foolish, even though I told him I’m not one to watch a lot of movies.
We arrived at my hotel within half hour. I paid $ 85 cash and realized I didn’t get a receipt. Oh well. The bill with automatic 20% tip came to $ 81.60, and I rounded to $ 85 because I didn’t have change. It wasn’t worth the generous tip, but I was tired and extremely thirsty.
Not sure if I’d go with this company again, or, ask for a younger person, who drinks Starbucks.
Three stars for average service.

We used Sunshine Limo to transfer from the airport to our hotel at Disney World. Yes, we could have used the free Magical Express, as we have in the past. But our flight was scheduled to arrive at 10:50 PM. And we knew from past experience we’d have to wait in line at the airport and then endure a long, slow ride on the bus to several other hotels before we finally got to our stop. So we opted to hire Sunshine Limo instead.
And I’m very glad we did. Our flight was 30-​minutes late leaving and once we arrived at MCO the jetway wouldn’t work. We sat for another 30 minutes while the maintenance crew worked to get us off the plane. In the end, we didn’t make it to baggage claim until 11:50 PM, an hour later than expected.
But there was our driver, waiting for us at the bottom of the escalator! What a relief. We picked up our bags and we were off. Getting from the airport to the hotel was the easiest part of our trip.
The car was clean and parked immediately behind baggage claim. No long walk. And despite the late hour and long wait, our driver was courteous and friendly.
We will definitely be calling Sunshine Limo again in the future!

I’m not sure if the one star guy actually booked the service or just feels like the rates weren’t transparent, but I booked this company in 2010 and all was fine. I’m booking it again this weekend and will review again then. 4 stars instead of 5 because the website doesn’t show interior for the fleet.

Wish I had something good to say here. But after advertising one quote for airport transportation on their site of $ 60, when I actually went to book a reservation the add ons were unbelievable. The price went to $ 110. Oh, and do me a favor, don’t automatically charge a 20% gratuity. I’ll decide what I’ll tip the driver based on service — and if the service is good, you would have been short changing him.
