Went to a Touch of Klass looking for a dress for my son’s upcoming wedding. Was reluctant to enter since the last few times I felt they were doing me a favor to help me. I was quite surprised with the service and selection I had available for me. Barbara the owner was more than helpful and gracious and purchased a beautiful dress for my upcoming event. Would recommend shopping at Touch of Klass since my recent experience.

My mother went here for the dress she wore to my wedding. Several options, variety between matronly and not. Pretty impressed! We were the only ones in the shop so we had a wonderful experience. Would suggest it to a friend’s mom for sure.

I bought a dress for my son’s wedding at Touch oi Klass. Thought I would return to find a dress for the upcoming wedding of my daughter. Looked at many dresses but in the end have decided to have something made. Want to say that owners were very helpful and accomodating and recommend this establishment if looking for a MOB or MOG dress.

The ladies here know their stuff. they ask what you want, what you are comfortable wearing and importantly the price range that suits you. The beautiful aAttire here has a wide price range and that question was important in narrowing down the choices they showed you. they were fun, professional and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for that special dress.

My mother went to this store after having a bad experience at other stores preparing for my sisters wedding. She was thrilled with the service she received including the owner going above and beyond to make sure my mother left happy and confident for my sisters wedding. She found the store to be fairly organized and the consultants to be interested in her wants and personal styles. Like another reviewer mentioned the consultant did ask her price range but my mother found the question to be more of a consideration then an insult. If my mother had fallen in love with a dress that was above her price range she would have left disappointed, instead she is looking forward to looking and feeling her best at my sisters wedding

If I could give them zero stars I would. This was the rudest experience ever. I can deal with rude in Paris but not canton ma where the dresses are nothing special. If you have no style and are the mother of bride or groom these women can help you. But if not, you can find more stylish dresses and no attitude elsewhere. My sister and I walked in with jeans and boots. They were so dismissive. My sister is petite and they were throwing any dresses at her even though they were not petites. They were not going to let her go without a dress. They even suggested that one dress rack might be over her price range. Little did they know her price range was 1500for a dress. We went to a big impersonal department store Neiman Marcus and got a great dress and a pleasant experience. I don’t know why they are still in business.

I recently purchased a social dress for an extended business trip. Although I wanted red, I deferred to the owner’s suggestion of black. I’m glad I listened as the dress looks wonderful and it makes much more sense to wear black and change the accessories. I think I will be able to wear it 4 – 5 times w/​o looking the same. I have purchased here before and will return.

I went in there with my mother and the rude store clerk was asking me questions as if my mom did not speak English. My mom butted in and informed her that she speaks English. We are indian and maybe we are the first she has ever met.
After my mom unwillingly tried some styles on we decided to search around more and this same store clerk seems pissed about our decision. Moral of story: if you lack customer service skills get out of retail.

I took my 87 year old grandmother here to look for a dress for my wedding and the owner helped us. She was understanding with what my grandmother was looking for while still being respectful of my tastes. They have an old fashioned approach to helping women find the dresses that will suit them that some might find rude but at least they are honest. Their prices are not inexpensive but again. you are not buying off the rack and most of their dresses are ordered to your suiting. She was very patient with my grandmother and that I appreciate.

I had a positive experience here and found the perfect gown for my sons wedding. The salespeople were helpful and attentive and flexible. I bought from existing stock, it was too late to order anything and used my own tailor to adjust the straps. The no return policy is difficult but the selection of sizes and styles for every body type is excellent. I recommend this store highly and will return

This place was extremely rude to me on the phone. I called to ask if they had a certain style number of a dress. She not only would not look it, saying. no I just won’t do that. you have to come in, but then she hung up on me!!! Wow, how are you guys in the service industry!!! Amazing. Do not buy your dress here!
