Sent both of my aunts there and they came back looking like cleopatra and a raccoon head. They were both walk ins but still there is no reason for such poor outcomes. I feel terrible I mislead them.

I’m surprised this place only has 3 stars. Rachelle is amazing with lip enhancements.

I have been to Savoy twice now for a cut and color. While the prices are on the high side($ 125), I have never had trouble with the quality or the customer service. My hair is curly and I have been to a bunch of stylists who claim to know how to cut curly hair and well, they don’t know. Jenni at Savoy is a master with the scissors! My color has been great and the cuts are awesome. Each time I call I can make an appointment easily and they call to remind the day before. Jenni ran about 5 minutes late this time but was apologetic. I did not know they did nails and asked about availability. Lisa squeezed me in(and filed my nails while Jenni was cutting) and did a great job on my shellac($ 30). I am a fan of this spa and hope those with negative reviews give it another shot.

I was a customer here for 8 years. i used to see Irina. that woman was the best! my eyebrows were always perfect and i always received compliments on them! Reason for the one star is that i will never return to this place again… she ended up getting replaced because they wanted«younger» people, we all know what that means… the front desk was always extremely rude. and they were overly loud. i could hear customers and employees talking all that way upstairs in the spa rooms. When ever i made an appointment i always had to wait because employees would run late because the desk didn’t know how to do scheduling… and if you ever leave tips for your service beware of leaving it at the desk because sometimes the employees never get them i’ve heard. so its better off to personally hand it to the person or leave it for them in the room

If you need to get your hair done, and want it done RIGHT… request WASAN. I lived in Sharon my whole life, and went to Savoy when I lived there and saw various other stylists. I moved to central CT about 4 years ago, and have been going to a few other stylists in that area. I decided that after a few years of all brown hair, I wanted to go for the«ombré» look(grown out roots with highlights) and went to the owner of the salon I had been going to, who also did my hair for my wedding. Long story short, I left after 4 hours and $ 200+ and with a hack job of orange bronzy highlights that looked horrible– absolute disaster. I decided to look at Unilocal reviews for the best stylist at Savoy to fix this mess… and one name kept appearing: WASAN. All of the good things are true! I came in there, and she looked at the picture once and said«I will fix this, you will love it». She was right. I have never in my life had such a perfect color, never mind fixing the mess I came in there with. I will never go to anyone else ever again. She is truly talented and works magic. Hands down, the best.

I have to give Savoy Spa the credit it deserves. Owner Anne King is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, and goes out of her way to accommodate you. As for hair stylists, the five stars go to Wasan Aziz. Her work is impeccable. I had the opportunity to work as a model for artist Steve Leahy from Stoughton, MA. Almost everyone who saw the portrait complimented on the hair. Additionally, Wasan did the hair styling for the front cover of the first book I published. The cover was highly reviewed as provoking… I’ve told Wasan on numerous occasions that she will be bringing in celebrities soon enough. Her talent is far too great to be hidden.

I have to update my review of Savoy. I had really liked my first few experiences to get waxing serviced there, however, since they have undergone renovations and are merging with Advanced Skin Care, the service and environment has gone horribly wrong. April Appointment: When I entered, the entire spa area was underconstruction. I had to stand to in the hallway while waiting for someone to come and prepare a room. My appointment was set for 10:30am, and it really didn’t begin until 10:45 because the estetician needed to prepare the room. During the entire session, there was loud noice from construction. May Appointment: I made my appointment for 10AM on a Friday. When I arrived at 945, my estetician was not there yet, and didn’t show up until 10:15. She apparently never starts earlier than 11AM, and was only there becasue the salon called and told her she had a client there. The story was the scheduling department should have known her schedule. June Appointment: I called and made an appoitnment with a new estetician for 10AM the week prior to 4th of July weekend. I confirmed that the appointment would be on time because of my prior experience. I arrived fifteen minutes early only to be told at 1010 the estetician wasn’t there and would be another 10 — 20 min. I was then sent downstairs to discuss it with the scheduing desk because it wasn’t the receptionists fault. The upstairs and downstairs desk continued to blame each other and not until i specifically said«It doesn’t matter whose fault it is, it needs to be adressed and apologized for» did they actually apologize. I was told the owner only works three days a week(first problem) and the manager wasn’t there that day either(second problem). I did receive a call from the estetician and a senior personnel afterwards apologizing, during work hours, when i mentioned that i couldn’t speak but would appreciate a follow up the next day. I didn’t receive anything. In summary, this salon needs serious help in the scheduling department, and even more so in the customer service department.

I contemplated whether or not I should write this review. I try to practice the saying, «if you don’t have anything nice to say then don’t say anything at all.» But the experience I had was one of a kind, so here goes… Had a 10am massage appt with Anita today. Waited for 45 minutes because she was running late. Staff seemed apologetic, which was nice but it was still a significant delay, nonetheless. The massage wasn’t really a massage. It was a combination of patting my back and flinging my limbs back and forth thinking that would be relaxing. To make matters worst, I was on a squeaky table which I’m sure made people outside think there was more going on in my room than just a massage. Half way through, my therapist even opened up a hard candy and proceeded to slurp on it throughout the rest of the session. To be fair, the staff was nice, the facility was comfortable but my overall experience was below average. Personally, I would try another place before I consider going back to this one.

The massage was okay… the staff was a bit chatty and unprofessional. Also, we had to wait about 20 minutes past our appointment time, but they seemed apologetic about it. Will probably look elsewhere and come back here if there’s nothing better in the area for massages.

Warning: my review is slightly bias because it is about one person, not the whole company. I have been going to Olga for my waxing needs for the last 15 years. I’ve traveled home from college in CT just to make sure she is the ONLY one to touch my beloved eyebrows. I love this woman. Savoy Spa is basically a Canton staple. I don’t even know how long it’s been in existence but I can tell you it’s been a while! The fact it has survived when there seems to be a constant flow of spa/nail/salon businesses easily going in and out of existence in Canton is probably a testament to the quality of the whole business. In my 15 years as a customer the prices have not gone up a tremendous amount and they are very fair in the costs. They have everything — manis, pedis, hair, massage, facials, waxing, makeup… a full service spa. The people are so sweet and they have never screwed up an appointment for me. The one time Olga was running very late she gave me my eyebrow waxing for free and with a sincere apology… what a doll. They are lucky to have this woman! Based off of my small but long experiences there I would recommend them for any of your needs. They keep their staff and have had the same ownership for at least 15 years — the owner’s daughter works there as well so I am sure it will stay in the family. Kudos to you, Savoy Day Spa!

If you’re looking for a good waxer, Olga is the woman to see! I’ve been going to her for years. She is meticulous and has never burnt me or let me leave looking all crazy. I’ve trusted her with my eyebrows, my lips, and my bikini area. She introduced me to the brazilian wax and I’ve been hooked since! BTW, she can do a brazilian with panties on, so don’t be uncomfortable.
