Established in 2012.

We started GrayTechs with a mission to provide higher quality services at fairer prices for consumers and businesses alike. Too often had we witnessed customers being gouged by the Geek Squad or treated unfairly by shady computer shops. We set out to create the better computer store, one that operated more efficiently, more effectively, and provided best in class service.

We always strive to stay ahead of the curve, providing modern services such as reliable remote assistance, convenient in-​home and on-​site service, and immediate live support for our customers.
