AAA Quality Moving Service

Great service! They called the morning of to confirm the time they would arrive. During the move they made sure we were clear on what they were moving and where. Some of our furniture was a tight squeeze getting into the rooms we wanted it in but they did it without leaving a single mark on the walls.

AAA Quality Moving Service did an excellent job with my move from Northville to Ferndale on 11÷1÷2015. Their prices were good, John was excellent on the phone, and their insurance coverage was great.
Tim and Terry showed up right on time, took great care wrapping up and packing my stuff, and were extremely professional and friendly. I have a ton of glass — mirrors, tables, etc., and they got it all moved efficiently and with zero breakage.
They worked really hard, let me know why they were doing what they were doing, and wrapped up in less time than was initially quoted. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I highly recommend AAA Quality Moving Service!

They seemed to know what they were doing and they were generally nice…
There was a little bit of talking and a discussion about a couple of decisions. One guy did bust his hump most of the time.
These guys stand behind their work and when I wasn’t completely satisfied they rectified the situation.
With The promise of good quality work I would use these guys again.

My move did not start out smoothly but once I managed to get my head into the move everything went exceptionally well.
So the quality and care these men gave my possessions was great, but most importantly they were caring and spot on with the entire move.

I recently used AAA to move. Overall, a good experience. They showed up near the end of the arrival window. I get it, traffic is bad in the morning, it’s no big deal. They were efficient and took a lot of care with my things. Everything was wrapped, covered, etc. and there was no damage to any of my goods during transport. I think it was Tim and Terry that helped me out.
The only thing that made me not give a five star was the issue my storage unit. I got a 10 by 10 and they swore my stuff wouldn’t fit. So I upgraded to a 10 by 15 which cost me over a hundred dollars more a month. The stuff would have fit in a 10 by 10 if they would have stacked things and took more care to place it. There was a lot of extra space left in the 10 by 15. Now I’m going to have to take time off work so I can get the mess straightened out and hire someone to help me move it into a smaller storage unit.

We had a great experience with AAA Quality Movers. We had a team of 4, led by Lou for our ⁶⁄₂₀₁₅ relocation from Farmington Hills, to Brighton. They arrived on time and spent a lot of time wrapping and caring for our furniture. It rained the entire day of our move, and the crew did all they could to make sure our possessions were protected. All 4 members of the team were super respectful and friendly, and all were hardworking. When we arrived at our new home, they were careful to put out floor and wall protection, and even with the rain, there was very little clean up needed when we were finished. They were also really sweet and patient with me when I asked them to move some furniture around a couple of times, as we placed it in our new home. Reasonably priced, and like another reviewer said this was the best money we spent during our entire move process. Highly recommend!

We recently hired AAA Quality Moving Service to move our household goods out of two storage units and into a new home based on the reviews found here. John listened to our concerns about the amount of items we had and sent 4 movers and two trucks. Terry, Jason, Tim, and Mark were extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire move. They worked extremely hard and did not stop until the job was complete. They protected our items and the house. We have moved a lot in the past due to job transfers and we have never dealt with a more professional moving company than this one. John was extremely professional and was a man of his word. He followed through with everything and made sure we were completely happy and taken care of. We could not be happier with the quality of service we received and will definitely hire them again for our next move. We highly recommend this company.

Wow if you ever need a moving company I highly recommend AAA Quality Moving company! We just moved from Michigan to Virginia and John and his crew did a amazing job these last two days to make sure our stuff got here in one piece!!! Today Tim and Terry arrived early which I was happy about because we have been living without our stuff for a week! I have never seen two guys work so hard. Always professional and helpful!!! We had a lot of heavy things and they rocked it all day. Thank you AAA Quality movers for a great job!!!

They were on time and did an ok job. However, they spent more time chatting than moving and actually furniture that did not require it in order to take longer. I had to actually ask them to hurry up. This was a little bit disappointing considering all the great reviews and that I had moved the exact amount of furniture with less people, in less time, a year ago.

I recently used John & his crew to move my 3BR Canton home to my new Canton address. I have to say that their service was the best money spent throughout the whole moving process!
They called to confirm a week prior to & a day before the moving date. They were respectful & courteous throughout the 7 hours they were there. They were in & out of both homes with only a minor scratch that some touch up paint covered easily. I have to say I was very impressed. I even recommended them to the new owners of my previous home.
I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

I am not sure who gave these guys 5 stars, must be some friends or relatives. We have done over 20 large moves with the military, my furniture made it 4 times across the ocean and never took so much damage as with this move. AAA had to move us 7 miles from our loft to the storage unit and the furniture took some major damage. My daughter’s dresser was cracked in half and no longer useable. My dining room table had major scratches, one deep indentation was 6 inch long, the wood on all 6 chairs was cheeped off in different ways. My china buffet had a lot of little scratches which are probably even worse than having one large one… During the move, AAA guys did put some pads around the furniture, but I guess their driving was so reckless that even pads couldn’t prevent the damage. In the storage unit, they put all the furniture on the concrete floor. Once my husband noticed that, he asked them to put a cardboard on the floor under the dining room table that was leaning against the wall, but that was it. All the other furniture was just placed on the concrete which also led to damages. When I addressed the issues with the company, they made it sound like it was all my fault as I did not specify how they had to wrap my furniture. I guess you get what you pay for. The guys are nice, but when it comes to business they are on the cheaper end of it and so are their services. I don’t recommend the AAA.

I am so lucky I found AAA! From the very start, they were such a professional and friendly company. I was moving out of state from Michigan. John came out to do an initial estimate, and he immediately put me at ease that this would be an easy, smooth move.
John, Tim, and the entire moving crew were very punctual the day of. They worked very hard and quickly to get everything into the truck but they made sure to pack everything safely. They were all very polite and gave us good advice on packing items too. They were done way ahead of schedule.
The next day the items were delivered right on time. John and Tim worked so fast and diligently. Not one item was damaged. We were so impressed.
I would hire AAA again in a heartbeat and I would highly recommend them to all of my family and friends!

AAA Quality are the best. These 3 guys were fast and detail oriented. They wrapped the delicate in pads and taped it up, wrapped furniture in plastic. Put runners down so they wouldn’t track in water on carpet. They asked me where things were going. Took things apart and put it back together. They moved 2 apartments into a house in 5 hours. If you move, contact these guys. Very nice and polite. I would use them again.

I contacted John this morning to see if he can help get his crew to move me out of my condo when another company simply messed up my moving plans by not showing up on Sunday as planned. Within 3 hours, he was in my place with Jerry and their truck, picked my stuff, and moved it in ~4 hours. Very professional, reasonably priced, and more importantly, show up on time and get the job done. I highly recommend them.

John and Jerry were phenomenal! Recommending them without a doubt! Very professional. Not scammers. Clean work and efficient! They didn’t hit any walls or ruined anything. They padded and shrunk wrapped most the furniture! Reasonably priced too!

AAA absolutely lives up to their name! BEST MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVER HIRED and I’ve moved 18 times. Here’s my story:
I was first referred to Superfly Movers by my real estate agent and I scheduled them 2 weeks ahead of time for them to move us at 9 am on Friday, February 27. Never showed at 9 am so I called them… they claimed they tried calling me to confirm but since I didn’t answer they pushed out appointment to a later time and took another job. THEY NEVER CALLED ME. They promised they would arrive between noon and 2 pm… never showed. I called again and they said they would be there in a couple of hours… never showed. When I called again they wouldn’t answer their phone. I lost a days pay for nothing and I had to turn the keys over for my rental condo the next day.
In panic I called many other movers to see if they could move me the next morning but most were booked. I finally called AAA Quality Movers and they said they could help me out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AAA Quality Movers! They were AWESOME! They said they would arrive between 8 – 9 am Saturday (Feb. 28) morning and they got there at 7:45 ready to work! They sent 3 extremely nice guys who wasted no time and got us moved. Very reasonably priced too. They wrapped all the furniture and were very careful… not a bit of damage to furniture, walls, anything and they laid runners on the hardwood floors. Great guys.
Do yourself a favor… DO NOT call Superfly… but definitely call AAA Quality movers!
