Operation clean slate is a success! Thanks to Lalo and amazing crew. Their quote was very reasonable (price wasn’t quoted ‘per tree’ like other tree service companies, we said we wanted a clean slate and we got it! They are quick, they cleared and cleaned everything they removed. We are very pleased!

We used Tree Service Kings to put in drought resistant landscaping, decomposed granite and convert our sprinklers to drip irrigation. We could not have asked for better service. We had started with another landscape contractor who was scummy and irresponsible so we asked a friend for a recommendations. He recommended Lalo and Tree Service Kings. Lalo was responsible, responsive and flexible. He was a pleasure to work with. He took time finding good healthy plants and choosing just the right materials. The quality of the work was very important to him. He was patient with my questions and concerns. His crew was here when they were supposed to be, worked hard and did a fantastic job, plus they cleaned up everything when they were done. Lalo came almost daily to check on the work. I already had plans drawn up by a landscape designer and we wanted to have them implemented for the amount that we expected to get back from our DWP Turf Removal Program rebate. Lalo worked within our budget.

Phone calls, emails, texts all returned very promptly which is extremely important to me.
They are clear, concise and courteous also extremely important.
So while having all of those attributes, of course it makes it easy to communicate with and get the job done exactly the way I need it done!

I highly recommend Tree Service Kings. Lalo was personable and willing to work within my budget. He even offered to remove some dead trees that I had not noticed. He seemed to make a point of going beyond the call of duty and giving us the «royal» treatment.
The crew arrived as scheduled and worked quickly and efficiently. I was surprised at how professionally the job was completed. They were well equipped and didn’t waste time. After it was finished I felt like I’d received an excellent value for my money. My wife also remarked how superb a job they did and how they cleaned up the yard when they were finished, leaving no trace of sawdust, leaves or branches.

Lalo and his team are real professionals, and I would recommend them to anyone. After beating other bidders for our palm tree trimming and pruning work, they did the job quickly and cleaned up everything really well. Later on, they also helped us with removing several trees and some more trimming work that needed to be done, and that was also executed with care and professionalism. In addition, an extra point in favor of Lalo is that he will suggest creative solutions for your landscaping, while trying to understand your own vision for your garden.

I had a small job that needed urgent attention and Lalo and his team immediately responded, took care of it, hauled away the debris, and basically saved my escrow from not closing on time.

Very nice gentleman came to my house looked at an oak tree that needed to be trimmed gave me a great price agreed on a date his guys came over and took care of it cleaned up all the debris that landed in the pool and left my yard clean. would definitely use them again if I need any more service done to my property.

I found this company on Unilocal and called them to come out to cut down my palm trees. They came out on time and they got done really fast. The best part was they cleaned the entire back yard before they left, which I didn’t expect. The two gentlemen spoke fluent english and were really nice. My back yard looks really nice, they didn’t just cut the trees but they really know how to make the backyard stand out as I live in a gated community and the looks of my yard is very important. They even got on top of some really tall palm trees and safely cut the tree for me.
Their price was reasonable but most important for anyone that comes in my house is having proper insurance, experience, and knowledge. This company had it all. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We recently had Tree Service Kings trim our oak trees. While they did a good job with the actual trimming work, they left our property looking like a hurricane blew through it. They moved our patio table and chairs to leaf blow the patio and never moved it back. They overturned our patio lounger into a planting bed and left it there. We have an entire slope planted with a rock garden with many geranium plants and other ground cover and the amount of branch debris that was left covering that area was incredible. I guess they have never heard of protecting customer’s valuable plantings with tarps on poles. Every day we are finding new garbage they left behind like soda cans in our plants and food in the (wrong) trash bins. Speaking of bins, they left our recycle bin by the back door overturned with stuff spilling out. I would never hire this company again because of the truly disrespectful and unprofessional manner in which they treated our property.

I highly recommend Tree Service Kings. Not only were their prices great, but their customer service was top-​notch! Lalo and his crew showed up on time and had the job done in 30 minutes flat! They were friendly and professional and I’ll definitely be using this company again in the future. If you’re looking for a tree service company, look no further!

I went through Service Magic to get a quote on having our tree removed since it was rotted and had been hacked away by the previous owner of the house. Lalo called within 5 minutes of my viewing his site and requesting information. He asked if he could come out that day, and came to my house within a few hours. He informed me the tree was termite infested and gave me a written quote on the tree removal and stump grind. He was extremely friendly and professional. They were able to come in a couple of days, but I asked they wait till Tuesday of the next week. Monday they called and asked if they could come Thur, but I moved it to Friday. They arrived 15 minutes earlier than they said (which was fine by me) and they removed the tree, ground down the stump, then cleaned up the entire mess and carried away all the wood. It was $ 430 for the 2 foot thick mulberry tree (which was about 15 feet high), and it took them a few hours. There were two men, Lalo and another man, and they were friendly, fast, and professional. I’d definitely recommend them!
