OK i have to say that ever since this building got a new manager (Aviana) everything has been great!!! everything that was wrong is now better. You can actually find her and talk to her when needed. And things get done around the building. Unlike before it would take forever for anything to get done. Great job with the turn around guys! may just renew the lease when its up… who knows…

This place has just turned into a absolute dump a over priced one at that! I moved here in July 2012 and over the years I have seen this place get worse and worse. I will say the apartments are nice but cheaply built but look nice, so be prepared to stay in your apartment because the lounge is ran down and occupied by unruly teenagers so is the rest of the building! My lease is almost up and I will not be renewing.

Living at The Veranda’s was a great experience. I loved the building and the style of the apartment homes. Whenever I needed something taken care of, it was. The neighbors were friendly and the management team did their very best to make my time there a great one.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at!
We rented a place here and it came with things already broken. We switched apartments and moved into a different apartment and that one was the same way. When we finally left that place we asked about our deposit and they still won’t give it to me! They have terrible, rude staff that can care less about helping you out. Corporate won’t even take responsibility for when their previous staff screwed people over. It may look nice at a first glance but don’t be fooled. These places are overpriced for what you get, and that’s not much.

I love living here. It’s a nice clean bldg with a gym and pool. I love the fact that I was treated well in the leasing office even if I look like a guy fresh out of some cell block.
I appreciate not being judged because of how I look. Now as far as people bashing the property manager let me say this every minor issue I’ve had from a loose screen to a broken blind the young lady by the name of Crystal is on it. She is efficient and polite and a pleasure to deal with. I can’t speak for other tenants in the past but my time here has been awesome. This is my home sweet home!!!

This is over due been want to change the review
Crystal, has been working hard to accommodate everyone as she would be a super women things are not perfect but she is on top of her work to get the job done. Challenges are still her top agenda and I’m sure she will get it done. And security is a must for this beautiful building a lots of family lives here and peace of mind is important for those with children.
