Mike and his entire staff was great! I just needed some files shredded and gave a few companies a call, and DRM was the only one that answered the phone and was very professional. Shane came to my office and loaded all of my boxes and was really nice. I will definitely use them again.

Digital Records Management left me speechless. It was our first time needing a mass shredding service to dispose of many files. We contacted DRM and Mike answered, he was friendly and did not even seem to be bothered by the amounts of papers we needed to get shredded. He gladly offered to come pick it up so we wouldn’t need to do many trips to his facility. For security reasons we needed to witness the destruction of the files and mike had no problem opening up his facility’s to accommodate us through the whole process of shred to dust. His prices were more than fair and had no problem providing us with any certificates of destruction. Would highly highly recommend. Unparralell Professionalism, Customer Service and Work Ethic.

Have been hoarding lots of tax docs over the years, and finally felt okay getting rid of them. Called a few document shredding companies, and decided to use Mike’s services because he made me feel comfortable. His prices are reasonable, and his staff is courteous.

Had several odd-​sized boxes of random personal papers at home I needed shredded as we’re moving. Called on Saturday morning and Mike was very friendly, explaining what time he’d be there that day. He took care of everything I needed at a fair price. A great experience overall. Unlike another Unilocal business with a five-​star rating I recently used he didn’t ask for a Unilocal review, so all these glowing reviews he’s received are given by customers unprovoked.
Word of advice though: call first before showing up. The Saturday hours on Unilocal showed his shop open from like 8 to 5 or something but when I called in the morning Mike told me he’d be there between 12 and 1. I don’t know if that’s out of the norm or not, but better call and be safe than sorry.

Wonderful! SUPER helpful and so accommodating. This is a great place to go to in the San Fernando Valley if you have A LOT of important documents that needs to be shredded. It is quick, easy and the price is really reasonable. They gave me a large tote bag to fill my important documents and it only cost me $ 10. I used to spend hours or even days to shred my documents through a heavy duty shredder, but it wasn’t heavy duty enough for me. If you’re like me and know time is valuable, then come here. Now I just save my important documents and make an annual trip here.
