A cut above. More like a cut above my fucking neck. The barber that cut me cut my neck badly to the point that I was bleeding down my neck. If you don’t have an appointment with trey don’t go.

Enzo takes his job professionally and is really good at what he does. I set an appointment yesterday for 10:30 am and when i show up he is waiting for me with everything ready and starts the haircut ASAP! My haircuts always come out great and i highly recommend this place

I walked in for a haircut everyone was«busy», but as I’m leaving I see about three of the barber hop in a car. I had to schedule a later time to come back.

It was my first time in this location and i received the worse haircut from the chick the works there. This haircut has been the worst hair cut fade Ive gotten in the past years. I told her that i needed my fade fix from a haircut I received from another barber in another location. I showed her photos. She said she understood. The Haircut took 80 minutes, I then realized she was over cutting, but i still had a bit of confidence and hope the haircut will be well blended. It was a horrible haircut, not blended and over cut on the back of my head. The haircut looked like i was wearing a cap over my head. She still had the audacity to charge me 25 $ … I will never go back to this establishment…

I walked into A Cut Above and was very lucky to sit in Brian’s chair for a haircut! He was great and I loved my cut. Brian made me feel welcome in the shop and was right on with my cut! Genius with the clippers and scissors!

Bryan is the best at giving my 6 year old son his cut. He takes his time and never cuts too much. We have been around to other places but Bryan really cuts my sons hair to bring out his inner swag.

One of the best barbershop I’ve ever stepped foot in. Good vibes, the place looks neat and the barbers are very skillful! Bryan is the Asian barber who took care of me. He made sure I got what I wanted. Clean cut overall and most definitely will be back. Highly Recommended!

I just left this barbershop after having received the WORST haircut I’ve ever received in my life. I did not catch his name, but one detail I remember is that he has his ears stretched. He pushed my hairline about a ¼ of an inch on each side of my head. I guess my hairline that I had when I walked in wasn’t to his liking so he decided to cut a new, and crooked one, in my head. He trimmed my beard which is when I actually caught a glimpse of his horrible work in the mirror. He proceeded to pull out a razor at which point I told him to not use the razor. The part that really upset me want that he had the nerve to charge me $ 30 then look at me waiting for a tip. I WILLNEVERGOBACKTOTHISSHOP!!! You shouldn’t either… well if you do don’t sit in the guys chair with the stretched ears.

Just moved to the area around a month ago and was in desperate need of a haircut. I went on Sunday afternoon and walked right in an Tony started cutting. I just got a simple shape up edge. I was very satisfied with my experience. I read some of the negative reviews but decided to go anyway. I didn’t have any of those bad experiences. I plan to go back on a regular basis.

This place has got to be the most unwelcoming place I have ever been to. From the time I walked in I was ignored. While I sat waiting for someone to ask me if I wanted a cut. barber after barber walked in and just sat down and watched football or talked about the girls they picked up the night before. I finally had to walk out after the 3rd barber came in and just sat down to watch football with the rest. I have never nor would I ever thought I would get treated like this by my black brothers. When we’re suppose to go to the barbershop for a place of sanctuary and to feel good after a good cut and talks with men, I felt like I was walking into a room full of boys that have yet to grow up! Calling this place A Cut Above The Rest is a bit over presumptuous. Calling this place A Cut Above the Worst would be a compliment! Sorry guys. Time to get rid of the boys and hire men Barbers!

Ive been here a handful of times. Ive got a cut from all their barbers. All do a great job. Make an apt otherwise you will have to wait. I take my son here with me and we come out clean. Everyone is chill.

My barber is the best! Enzo is a man of a few words but to be honest I love that. I usually get my haircuts after work so by the time I get to the shop, I’m exhausted and don’t have the energy to talk much. He politely asks how my day was, then goes to work. I’ve tried out 3 different barbers who were great but something was missing. Enzo is a perfectionist with his haircuts and that’s what I need in a barber… That’s what everyone should look for in a barber. I love how he cuts my hair and also my nephews hair. I HIGHLY recommend him! #teamenzo :)

Came in, told the barber what and how I wanted my hair cut, and voila! He did just that for $ 25. People who are complaining that the barbers are rude or don’t know what they’re doing are overreacting. If you know your stuff and tell them exactly what to do then they’re gonna get it done that way. You can’t tell a barber or a stylist to just«cut it short» and expect it to come out how you imagined. Be specific and everyone’s happy. Tre or Enzo didn’t cut my hair but another barber did and he did an exceptional job. My only complaint was that they do a terrible job of answering phone calls. I called them 5 times throughout the span of 2 days and not until the 5th time that someone picked up. Was kind of annoyed but the excellent cut redeemed that. This is one of the rare few times that a barber/stylist produced the result I envisioned in my head. I’m very pleased and would definitely come here again for my next haircuts.

I’ve been a client here since week 1 that they opened and can definitely profess that this is a true barber shop. Talented barbers. Great conversations. Great atmosphere and lots of energy. Prices are terrific and the service is second to none. It’s the realest place you can go to get a cut, kick back, and get away. They don’t make barber shops like they used to but for now at least we have A Cut Above keeping it real. Love this place won’t go elsewhere unless I HAVE to.

I decided to stop in here this afternoon after driving by it on an almost daily basis. I needed a fresh cut and I’ve been getting fed up with places like supercuts or fantastic sams. It was time to pay this place a visit and wow am I impressed! A super chill vibe and everybody was in great spirits. My new go to spot!

Terrible service, poor attitudes, and well overpriced. Haircut was poor quality and rushed, took about 5 minutes for a fade and a taper. I regretted going immediately after, highly recommend to stay away from bad business.

Walked in for the first time. Barbers were RUDE. They seem as if I bothered them after I walked in… They didn’t speak. I asked if I needed an appt, one of them with an attitude responded and said no so I just walked out. Refuse to support businesses such as this one.

If you are truly looking for the BEST Barbershop This is the spot. As a guy who have traveled from the East Coast, to the West, I have never been to a greater Shop then A Cut above. The service is crazy professional, the Barbers are extremely Experienced, and a great environment. The Owner Trey is the Bomb. He takes his time, Very precise, and extremely meticulous. I travel and hour and a half just to get my cut. I totally recommend this Spot, if your looking for a bomb cut.

In my humble opinion, these other 5 star reviews were written by relatives. This place is a mess. I sat down for a haircut and realized 1. The barber had no idea what he was doing and kept banging the clippers into my head, 2. the bored staff loves to throw disparaging slurs around the room at full volume, 3. Rather than cut hair my «barber» would rather bumble about, yelling back at the other staff right into my ear. I walked out mid-buzz before he could do any more damage to my head. It’s decorated like a ghetto basement but without the charm, and is about as clean. No surprise I was the only client in there.

I was looking for a new place to take my son who is 4 years old and randomly found this place. It was the only one open at the time I was calling and Tre took my kid in, made him feel at ease and did a great job! Taking his twin brother there now too.

Walk in customer. Sat in the front chair next to barber for 30 minutes without a word from either of the 2 barbers on duty. Guy walks in & sits down in the chair I was waiting for. I asked the barber if walkins are welcome. He said yes but this guy had an appointment. He could of told me this before I wasted 45 minutes sitting watching on a beautiful day. I left & got my hair cut down the street within 5 minutes. Not knocking the product but the customer service was atrocious. Make sure you have an appointment!
