Re/Max Coastal Advantage

We’ve been visiting Oregon and the coast for years, and recently began the process of looking for something that might suit us now and in the future. We were at the beach when we saw one of Alaina Giguiere’s (pronounced Ja-​Gear) signs on a magnificent oceanfront property, so we decided to drive by the office to get a little more information. As it happened, Alaina was in the office and we explained to her that we were looking around but not exactly sure of what we wanted. She graciously spent over an hour with us, telling us about the Cannon Beach/​Ecola real estate market, showing us some of her listings, offering suggestions to widen our search beyond the first block from the beach, as the walk to the beach is very short and very doable even from three blocks away. We had expected to find the process very intimidating, but we came away relieved that didn’t happen. Our first meeting with a realtor couldn’t have gone any better, and we are thankful to have met someone who was patient, friendly, easy going and exceptionally knowledgeable. When the right property hits the market, we won’t hesitate to make it ours!
