History

Established in 2009.

Source Realty started in April of 2009 by Principal Broker /​Owner, Trevor Erion. Since that time they have added more licensed agents to a growing company. In 2011, 2012, 2014, and again in 2015 their owner was recognized as a Five Star Real Estate Agent in Portland Monthly Magazine. This recognition put him in the top seven percent (7%) of ALL Real Estate Professionals in the Portland area.

Trevor Erion was selected in 2011, 2012, 2014, and 2105 as a Five Star Real Estate Agent in Portland Monthly Magazine. This is a select group of fewer than 7% of real estate agents in the Portland Area. He was acknowledged for this honor, by providing exceptional service and overall satisfaction as indicated by clients, peers and industry experts.

Trevor is viewed by many Realtors® as an expert in the areas of contract negotiations, marketing, and lead generation. He entered Real Estate in 2003, and has enjoyed training and mentoring other Realtors® in many areas of their own business.

In 2007-​08 Trevor served as Reviewing Principal Broker for Keller Williams Realty Integrity Group overseeing 41 agent’s transactions. In April 2009, Trevor started Source Realty as the Principal Broker /​Owner. He has since added more licensed agents to his growing company.
