I brought my Audi A4 in for some bodywork and it came out looking like the day I purchased it :) I found them on Unilocal and decided to go with them based on the wonderful reviews. I was not disappointed, they truly do live up to every review that I have read. Found these guys on Unilocal when I was scrambling to get my car fixed up after a hit and run accident. There were some mishaps with my insurance company about handling adjusting and what not, but Ray was really nice in keeping me in the loop and answering my questions when I called with updates. Now that I finally got my car back today, I’m really happy with the work they did in fixing my bumper and headlight, not to mention I have a peace of mind since they warranty all of their parts for the life of the car. Also, they detailed and vacuumed my car right before I picked it up so their work obviously shined. Honest and hardworking guys and I’m glad I picked them!

Well, I screwed up. I’ve only had my new car about 6 months and bang, rear ended someone. The insurance company sent me a referral, but the jovial tow truck driver could not stop raving about White Oaks. So, point blank, I asked him if they give a kick back for referrals? I’m always suspicious. He honestly said, no but they give me a break on the body work on my car. Ok, I guess that’s fair, at least you trust them with your car. So, I took his recommendation.
And I’m so glad I did! The car is immaculate. And they managed the whole insurance process seamlessly. I was actually giddy to get my car back. It was spotless.
Ray and crew obviously take pride in their work. Even though they would get paid by insurance for less than perfect work, they hold themselves to higher standards. It is very much appreciated.

Our Mazda3 had awful front end damage in need of quick repair. We dreaded the search for an auto body shop that we could rely on. We found White Oaks on-​line right away and when we checked their Unilocal page we were sold.
Met Mark Saturday with the car and he scheduled it right away. He ordered the parts immediately and the car was ready, to our amazement, in a couple days!

These guys are awesome. My car was stolen, and my insurance recommended a few places the partner with, and none could see my car for over a week. I found white oaks on Unilocal,and gave them a call. The were able to see me the same day, and did all of the work and negotiating with my insurance. I picked my car up a few days later in better shape than before my car was stolen. Great work, great service. They really live up to their Unilocal ratings!

I had a minor scratch/​dent on my new Acura RDX. I first quoted the work with another body shop and they had quoted a much higher price as well as a longer turnaround time. I found White Oaks Auto Body via Unilocal and decided to get a quote after seeing all the amazing reviews. After waiting about a month to figure out if I wanted to actually fix the scratch, I called and Jessica was able to schedule me for the next week. Great price, turnaround time was absolutely fantastic (I dropped it off Monday morning and my car was done by Tuesday at 3PM!) and the best part, amazing customer service! They not only fixed the scratch/​dent in my car but took out another small dent as well. Would highly recommend Mark, Ray, Jessica and team for any auto body work!

I was rear-​ended and the damage was pretty bad but I knew exactly who to take it to! White Oaks Auto Body! I called Mark and he told me to bring my car to him. They got me setup in a rental car too. A few days later I receive a call from Ray. He told me the other parties insurance performed the appraisal and was recommending the body shop use salvaged parts. He encouraged me to contact my insurance company. That was the best advice! Within one day my car had been appraised and they cut a check. It was such a huge job that I was told my car would weeks to be fixed. Ray called me throughout the time my car was in at their shop to provide me with updates. I so appreciated being in the know! During one of his calls I let him know we were heading out of town soon and he said he would do his best to have my car ready by that time. Ray kept his word! In fact they finished it a few days early! Not to mentioned they fixed a HUGE scratch on the side my car as a curtesy because I am a repeat customer! My car looks beautiful! I am one satisfied customer! You will be too!

I had a damage to my kids car that wouldn’t allow the door to open. Came by and Ray fixed it on the spot for no charge. Very nice people and good and courteous service. I don’t want to have more accidents but if I did, I would come back here for repairs.

On Saturday AM, saw that car was leaking from rain, so called shop and spoke to Mark. After looking at it, he agreed to have me bring it in Monday AM for repairs. On Monday, he began work immediately, kept me informed throughout, and had the car repaired and back to me by the end of the day. Very reasonable price as well. Very courteous and accommodating. Amazing treatment of a new customer. It doesn’t get better than this.

Had a broken window and door panel and they took my car same day, when all my insurance certified shops were booked.
Went above and beyond to get my car fixed and even replaced additional damaged parts for free.
Great, friendly, reasonable service. Worked with insurance (Mercury insurance) for me and with the insurance adjuster so I didn’t have to do anything after the first report. When they needed additional parts not covered in the inspection, they worked with the insurance to get it approved.
Car was cleaned and detailed upon return.

These folk are very helpful. I was the last car in a 5 car pileup and never had to deal with the accident process. A friend of mine (who is a car nut) told me hands down to take my car here. They were really helpful and honest through the process. I have a high end Audi and was very concerned about what looked like a little damage might be much more. They were great.
I won’t go on because all the reviews on these guys are real and spot on. If my family ever needs auto body work, we are going here for sure.

Many of us have experienced this: you return to your car in the parking lot, to find it’s been damaged, no note, no witness, just a damaged vehicle. Just before the holidays, my wife was at the gym, and came out to a badly damaged bumper and rear quarter panel, where someone had backed into her SUV. She has a serious bout of pride of ownership and keeps that vehicle prestine. Knew I had to get it repaired quickly and at a quality shop that would treat it like their own. Did some research and found White Oaks with it’s great reviews on Unilocal and their helpful staff, so we decided to give them a try.
Mark and Jessica got us all scheduled and set up with Ray’s team. After a few days I picked the Enclave to find it looking like new again. Ray went the extra mile, to made sure that when we left the shop we were very happy with the results. Wife is happy and the car looks perfect! Thanks White Oaks team!

My Audi A4 got excited and jumped on the Audi A7 that was in front of it… silly car got itself a busted passenger side quarter panel, cracked headlight, damaged bumper… It made me sad and I am not ashamed to say I shed a tear or 10.
Two days later, a piece of flying plastic debris on 680N hit the driver side — scratched the hood, driver side fender, bumper, headlight door and smashed the mirror cover. Many more tears were shed.
Through a recommendation from Precision Motorworks, I was referred to White Oaks; Mark and Ray took excellent initial care of me and Anthony did an excellent job in making sure the car looked brand new. By the graces of the automotive Gods, Farmers Insurance also played ball with no delays. At the end of the day — car looks absolutely fantastic; as if nothing has happened. Tears of happiness were shed upon receipt of vehicle… :D

The service and quality of work here is wonderful, all at a reasonable price. I got into a minor fender bender, and my fiancé immediately called a place for an estimate to have it fixed. He was told that it would need to be replaced :(
I found White Oaks and was told to bring my car in at any time for an estimate. I arrived and was helped by Ray, Mark and Jessica. Ray and Mark explained to me my options, and the quote was less than half what my fiancé received from the other place – nothing needed to be replaced. Before leaving, I asked Mark if the shop could also cover the front license plate holes so that they’d be flushed; he told me they’ll do it at no extra charge!
I picked up my car 2 days after dropping it off. 2 DAYS! I am extremely happy with how everything turned out.
This shop goes out of its way to make its customers happy. I cannot say enough good things. I’m recommending White Oaks to everybody I know.

Just dropped my car off here this morning, everyone has been so helpful and patient! I came in so nervous about my damaged vehicle, but Ray and Jessica were so accommodating, it really made my morning much better than it could have been — for me and my car! I feel like we are all on the same page which makes leaving my car here all the easier. It also doesn’t sound like I will have to leave it here long, which is another plus! Will definitely come here again, need be. Will update my review after I get my car back, but all signs point to a speedy and well done repair.

As other reviews state, they were nice and did good work. But one thing I can add is that they are easy to work with. Twice I came in without any appointment, and they were able to quickly work on the car (it didn’t need major work). It was also easy because they have a designated office with a full-​time (and nice) employee to greet you and get you started. The second time I got there someone came and asked me how they could help before I even got to the office. So no wondering around the shop trying to find someone.
A good experience all around.

When you smash your wife’s car on her birthday after her birthday dinner, things don’t go well after that. So you man up and tell her you will find the best place to get it fixed and to not worry.
And that’s what White Oaks Auto Body is, no worries. They replaced the smashed parts with factory OEM, painted everything to spec and now her car looks just as new as it did before I borked it into a pole.
I had several buddies tell me this was the place, my buddies didn’t lie. I’d take any of my vehicles back here in a heartbeat.

My Lexus got rear ended and I took it to White Oaks Auto Body. Service A+, Speed A+, Quality A+. The reviews are true!
My only Con is that they repaired my car so fast that I couldn’t enjoy the sweet rental I got (which they helped me negotiate).

I was initially recommended to White Oaks by my mechanic at iQ Auto who has always been fair, honest and reasonable with all of my cars.
I went in thinking I needed my entire car painted. However, Mark and Ray gave me several options to consider that didn’t compromise my goal of restoring the luster and appeal of my 911 C4 or my wallet. They were very reasonable when it came to cost.
The work was done before the original expected date. The staff was friendly and honest. The work done on my car was excellent. The dog is super cool too.
I highly recommend White Oaks for any auto body and collision work.

After taking our 12 year old Denali to a few body shops to have them give me estimates on painting a pretty tired looking truck, and postponing the project for more than a year, I found myself on Unilocal looking for a better option. I was impressed by the reviews and the amount of reviews they had.
I pulled in and found myself talking to Mark the owner. I was immediately impressed with his approach, honest evaluation of what it would take to get the job done and then by the work being done in his shop when I stopped by.
Everything he said he would do, he did and then some. I might be driving around a 12 year old truck (until she is 17!) but she looks brand new!
I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. I’m very pleased with our investment and am confident we will be doing business with Mark for many years to come!
