I chose Elite Auto Body based on the reviews on Unilocal,when my Honda Odyssey was rear-​ended last month. It was awesome working with Eric and his team. He drove me to the rental place to pick up the rental car and I dropped it off at this shop. My Odyssey was fixed like it was brand new with careful detailed work. I highly recommend Elite auto body for anyone without any hesitation.
After I got the vehicle back, I felt the back-​up camera was not aligned/​fixed properly. Eric said if you think the Honda dealer would do a better job then get it it done there and I will pay the dealer. But the dealer himself validated that it was fixed by Eric properly.

Eric and his team did a superior job repairing a rear bumper scratch and replacing damaged rear lights through an insurance claim. His office handled calling the insurance adjuster to taking me to the rental car company. My car was fixed like new. A+++ service. Great experience, professional, would highly recommend to friends.

Eric ! You Rock. Eric and his team did a super fabulous work on my Nissan Altima. He made my car like a brand new as if i got it directly from Nissan showroom. The actual work was to repair the scraped damaged by another car on my car, so claimed for just that damage repair, but he removed all the scratches from all sides without taking any extra penny. He did the work very fast and return the car within 4 days. This is super amazing, right? I will definitely recommend anyone to Elite Collision center.

I recently bought a 2013 G37s coupe back in May. Unfortunately there were some dings and knicks that needed to be taken out and Eric and his team were very proactive in helping me solve my issues quickly. I got my bodyshop work done in June and I literally took my car in today 2÷4÷16, because there was a loose tab on my front bumper that has been bothering me for months… Without any questioning, Eric immediately took it in and his technician fixed it within minutes… I am very thrilled with the level of customer service and responsiveness of this bodyshop. As well they are the premier partner of Stevens Creek infiniti where every car from that dealer gets sent to Elite for bodyshop work if needed. So if you have an Infiniti and want bodyshop or paint work done, look no further. Thanks again Elite!

I was referred here by a friend after someone backed into my Q50 a few weeks ago, and although the dent wasn’t huge, a dent’s a dent! Eric was super helpful and kept me updated with my car throughout the way (I hope I wasn’t super difficult… Sorry!). He’s pretty straight forward and honest, haggling you for a huge dollar amount isn’t what he’s about either. He gives you his input, let’s you know what your options are, and goes from there. Honestly, these reviews don’t do any justice for the great customer service and awesome job they do here (QUALITY is everything), you’d just have to see for yourself! Belmont Boat Service is a great Evinrude & Johnson repair shop. Rich owns the business and is a great guy. He and Joey are doing the repair work. Rich is very fair to his customers and an excellent tech. I had a hard to detect electrical problem on my Johnson vro 70 and Rich stuck with it and figured it out. I won’t bring my boat anywhere else and will buy my new engine from Rich when I can afford one.

Thankfully I haven’t needed a lot of body work done on my car, and I hope not to have anymore in the future… but if I do I’ll never take my car anywhere other than Elite Auto Body.
I got hit by a drunk driver who fled the scene, and Eric at Elite turned a very bad thing into a great experience. They handled the tow, helped put me in a rental car covering the $ 50 refundable charge when I didn’t have the cash on hand, and covered part of my deductible for me. Best part the car looks good as new… like nothing ever happened.
They did such a good job that when my boyfriend got into an accident, he remembered my good experience with Eric and had his car done at Elite too. His jeep looks better than it did before the accident actually lol.

These guys made my day! Went to grab dinner with some friends one evening and came back to a scratched bumper! Some chump scraped the side of my car trying to get out of their parking spot. No note and no witnesses. Randomly found this body shop in the area and Eric and company buffered out the scratches for FREE. I am very pleased to know that i do not need to paint my entire bumper today. I will definitely be returning for any car repairs in the future. Thanks again guys!

I was referred by my Infiniti dealership after someone hit my rear bumber — resulting in a scratch on my bumber and damage to my rear tail light. When I brought my car in for an estimate, Eric, the owner, handled all of the business with my insurance company, communicated with my claims adjuster, and even arranged for a rental car pick-​up for me right at the shop after I dropped off my car. It was completely hassle-​free.
The work on my car was completed on time and for far less than I had anticipated. And it was also a nice touch to have my car freshly washed and looking *good* when I picked it up. It’s exceptional to find a business where people take such care and pride in the work they do and where you feel valued as a customer. Thanks, guys!

These guys know customer service! I came in looking to get my bumper fixed and within 24 hours the parts were in and my bumper was beautiful! They made me feel very valued and were more than fair! I’ll be coming back for all my body work needs!

Took my wife’s Honda CRV here to repair some dents and scrapes that she has acquired over the last few years. Rates were great, got the car looking as good as new for under $ 500. They replaced a back quarter panel which was dented, and re-​attached the front bumper and replaced all the plastic trim. Took about 2 days. I will be coming back next time I need some body work.

So glad to find a friendly, fast body shop near my home.
Over the weekend, my car got dinged by a flying object on the highway. It cracked my left fog light, tore off the metal right around the light, and left a nasty big scratch on the bumper. My car is 2 years old, and this is the first major scratch on it. Needless to say I was pretty depressed.
I went to my Infiniti dealership to get it checked. My service guy told me I needed a body shop to repair it since the mount for the light might be torn, in which case it’s not as simple as replacing the light and parts. He explained that nowadays the mount piece is manufactured in one piece with the bumper, so I might be looking at replacing the whole thing. He recommended me to Eric (owner of Elite), and said «Eric is a good guy». He also told me that it’s a small shop and they have good quality control.
I got to Eric on Tuesday morning and got my car back Thursday 3pm. The whole experience was hassle free. Eric was very nice and patient, and very reachable whenever I had questions. Luckily it turns out the damage wasn’t too bad, I didn’t need to replace my whole bumper. I am very impressed with their efficiency! They were able to order my parts, buff out and repaint my bumper in 2 days, even including waiting half a day for my Insurance Claim Adjuster to come inspect my car. When I went to pick up my car, it was right there waiting for me. It was a very nice finished touch that they washed my car, and had it sparkling. I was in and out in 5 minutes.
Now I have my car like new, as if nothing happened. Thanks Eric!

I am extremely impressed with the professionalism of Eric at this Body Shop. I must say this guy represents the shop well although my insurance company gave lots of hell. I highly recommend anyone looking to get body work done on their car to reach out toe Elite and speak to Eric. He took very good care of me. This is the second time I’ve used Elite Auto for car repairs. The first time was 6yrs ago and Eric remembered me when I called back. He quoted me an extremely fair price if I wanted to leave insurance out of it, which I did. He couldn’t know the damage was way worse than it appeared until he removed the bumper to replace it. It took him longer to fix the issue, which required many more hours of labor, but he kept to his word of his original quote. My 10yr old car looks absolutely perfect, as he buffed out swirls and scratches all over, included in their service. They also drove me to/​from the shop so I didn’t have to find another ride. I cannot say enough good things about Eric and his whole crew at Elite Auto in Campbell on White Oaks Rd. Highly recommend!

I won’t go anywhere else for auto body work. I highly recommend this shop. The staff are extremely friendly, remember who you are when you call and know what they are doing. The price of my repairs came out as less than the estimate. They paid for a tow to get me and my car off of HWY 17 after my insurance company claimed I didn’t have roadside service.
They even helped me handle the insurance companies involved to get me my money back from the repairs.

I work for a property management company and one of our tenants parking lots did some damage to the front end of a customers car. The customer had her mechanic give her an estimate for the damage. After shopping around for a second opinion I came upon Elite Auto Body Shop and Collision Center. I found that emailing the pictures of the damage to the car was a very easy way to get an estimate from them. Especially since I didnt want to send the customer over to the shop if we were not sure about using them.
Eric is very friendly and was able to beat the estimate that our customer received from her own mechanic. His price included the manufacturer’s part, hers didnt. Eric also helped get the rental car for the customer. The day of the repair, she went to the shop, and they took her to rent her car. When her car was done they dropped it off to her at work and picked up her rental for her. It was a hassle free process on all ends. Without Elite’s excellent customer service this could have been a painstaking process for all of us.
I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone that I know, not only thru work but personally as well.
