Wells Fargo Bank

Ok, I lost my personal bag that had my checkbook and other important papers. More importantly, I was tracing my route that I took today that included that Wells Fargo. Unfortunately, there was an older man who shrugged his shoulders in a «who cares» kind of way when I asked him if he had seen my bag. I know that it wasn’t their fault that I could not find my bag, but it felt as if nobody cared if I found it. I won’t be going back to that Wells Fargo. The one by my house near Westgate has employees who are welcoming and always helpful.

I had a great experience coming to this branch! Azucena was great and charming I’m thinking of opening a checking account just because of the experience I had here. Will definitely be coming back!!!

I went in to change my last name as I’m now married, the banker would not change my last name unless I showed him a marriage license even though my US passport and DL show my new name. Yet to open a new account all you need is an ID. WF again proves why CHASE has better customer service, where I was able to quickly do it with no problem.

I had one experience here and it was more successful than planned. It was brought to my attention that I made some miscalculations and it rendered my account over drawn, but they reminded me how to manage it properly and in great time because I was in a hurry! It was great taking care of everything before it was too late and I was not late to work. My helpful bank teller was Darthy, I forget the name of the manager but she was very reassuring too! I waited in line for 2 minutes with 3 tellers at the counter with 5 people in line. Someone opened the door for me and everything, great service.

Today I had a major problem with my pin number on my ATM card and went to the Bascom Store which was the nearest Wells Fargo Bank to me. I was immediately greeted by the manager Elizabeth and assigned to her associate Edith Vega. I was offered coffee or water and then set about my problem. My problem was quickly solved and Ms. Vega offered some extra services that I was not aware of offered by Wells Fargo. We quickly arranged for them at which time manager Elizabeth came and introduced herself and welcomed me. My business completed, I was personally escorted out to my car and went on my way. Such personal service impressed me and I wanted to pass it along. I am glad that I bank with Wells Fargo and am sorry that this branch is not my closest one. I hope that other branches will take notice and add these extras to their clients. Thanks again and I am glad that I had the opportunity to visit this branch.

Very understaffed for bankers. There were 2 helping people and 2 just hanging out by themselves. The greeter was super nice and made sure I had what I needed before waiting. Only at this branch Noone cares about how long you have to wait.
after waiting a while, I ended up leaving to go to another branch to get my banking done.

This is the absolute worst Wells Fargo I have ever been to. Everyone in here has terrible customer service and both my husband and I will definitely be closing our accounts and switching banks because of today. I would suggest only coming here if you want cookies because apparently that’s all they’re capable of.

I would just like to say that we stopped at another Wells Fargo location in Mountain View later today and man what a difference. They helped us above and beyond what we were even there to do. And reassured us that the policies that this branch was trying to tell us was in fact not their policy at all. And every other location I have ever been to is nothing but helpful. This location really needs to rethink the way they treat their customers.

This location is ridiculous & RUDE! I came here recently to cash a Wells Fargo check. I don’t bank with them, I use to bank with them but I had to many issues with the company. I walk in & the guy at the door goes «what brings you in today?» I said «just here to cash a check, thanks» he says «well do you bank with us?» I said «no but it’s a Wells Fargo check» he asks to see the check… it was ONLY $ 25!!! He then said he’d have to get an okay from his manager. Then he comes back hands me my check & sends me to the teller. The teller looks at my check like its a fake and the guy comes back up to me & says we are going to have to call the account owner to verify the check. OMG!!! So I tell him I’ll just take it to my bank to deposit it. He asks why I didn’t take it to my bank in the first place… I told him it’s a Sunday & mine is closed… geez who cares?! Anyway he calls the account owner & verifies it after I get my money he says so I don’t have this problem again I should open an account I said «hell no! I closed it because I thought this was a terrible bank & you just proved it!!» If I was going to write a fake check why would it be for $ 25!!! Lmao

This isn’t just for Campbell store, this is for Wells Fargo as a whole.
I used to be happy with this bank until they changed the requirements on my account and then I begin accruing fees.
Then I call and try to fix my account to minimize the cost to me and get told that I have to change my account number in order to fix the problem. This meant that I had to change my checks, bill pay, and direct deposit and what ever else was linked to my account.
Then one day when I finally have time to go in to the bank, the banker tells me the opposite. They can change the account without changing my account number.
So overall, I get told different things by different people. Wells Fargo has had my business for over 13 years and I have never been so disappointed with such awful customer service.
With banks trust is the number one factor in storing my money with them. At this point I can’t say that Wells Fargo has my trust.

Worst wells fargo I’ve ever been too, came here to report a lost card. And I was seated for around 10minutes and no one came to me, I had to ask 2 employees for help, until I was finally helped for only 2 minutes. Next time I’m calling to report a lost card, most ridiculous service ever.

Wells Fargo is a clean, quick, and generally OK bank to deal with. Unfortunately, there are a handful of unqualified employees who work here as «Personal Bankers», yet have no more knowledge about banking or loans than a general hire. Once I pay off my auto loan with this bank I will be cancelling my Wells Fargo bank account and going elsewhere, where employees are qualified for banking.
I would not recommend banking here.
