I alternate between this Starbucks and Orchard Valley coffee down the street. When it is warm enough to sit outside, I usually go to Starbucks. However I go less and less when I want to be inside. It seems whether it is summer or winter, Starbucks has the air conditioning blasting. On cool days it is often colder inside than out. As corporate entities go, Starbucks ranks high on caring about environment, human rights and helping working people. How about saving a little energy too while not forcing me to bring a sweater to sit inside.

my friend and i were at campbell park, about to head out on a 20 mile run, when we discovered that the park bathrooms were still locked! i guess it was too early or the park rangers forgot to unlock the restrooms. thanks to the Unilocal app, we saw that a couple of nearby coffee shops were open at 6.30 on a sunday morning so we were hoping that one of them would save our bladders! we drove downtown, and walked into starbucks, and fortunately, they were open and the unisex restroom was unoccupied at this time. phew! saved by starbucks! while my friend was using the restroom, i scouted the interior and noticed that it had an oblong shape, very long and narrow, with only small 2-seater tables with chairs lining one wall. there were a couple larger tables with chairs just outside the main entrance, which would be good on a warm, sunny day. the location is great, on the corner of campbell ave &1st street in downtown campbell, near all of the shoppes, restaurants, and other local businesses. anyhow, thank you, starbucks, for saving my friend and i from having runners’ trots! i will be back again for my cup ‘o joe or breakfast sammie the next time i’m in town!

I RARLEY complain and as you can see my reviews are normally very positive but this is unacceptable and needs to be acknowledged. Their bathroom was disgusting and dirty with no toilet paper or paper towels because it was all over the floor. The employees were rude and condescending and I was very unhappy with their service. I almost to NEVER complain and I’m not one of those customers who expect a lot but the fact that I even tipped them after they took my order AND purchased merchandise then politely asked the older woman who was making my drink to add the frapp base to it because that’s how I ordered it, she proceeded to react in a very unprofessional manner and explain to me that what I got was the way«I ordered it» and asked for my cup and she added the base. After the second failed attempt at my drink, I walked out and realized it was the exact same, just sweeter. I was over dealing with it at this point so going in a third time to complain just wasn’t my style. I know I sound like I’m making a huge deal out of a small issue but I’ve worked in the hospitality industry over 10 years and it’s not so much about my drink but the principle of providing customer service. When a company provides a slogan/mission statement/promise ie. ‘Barista Promise: Love your beverage or let us know, we’ll always make it right’. I don’t understand how requesting for my drink to be made to my liking is too much to ask. Needless to say, I ended up stopping at another Starbucks inside of Safeway where they were more than happy to remake my $ 8 drink the way I liked it with no questions asked. Ok my venting about my VENTI is over lol

I just went to this place two hours ago on my lunch break and was asked to leave. I wasn’t dressed crazy, I wasn’t belligerent, I don’t have any facial tattoos, I didn’t have a fire arm. There was no reason that I can come up with as to why I was so disrespectfully turned away. Stay away from this place.

Worst Starbucks ever, this place doesn’t have any idea what customer satisfaction is all about, I orderEd a drink that I usually get on every other Starbucks without an issue, here when I ordered one of the person in charge told the person taking my order that want possible, I told her that they usually make my drink at the other locations including the Hamilton location and what they do they create my drink on a venti size but using a tents cup. She told me the BS that they had a meeting and they told them not to do that… Hahaha freaking liar specially cause when I ordered she didn’t even now she just said no. I love coffee but I definitely from now on will avoid this location, u girl just lost a customer and I’m taking my gold card somewhere else or a different coffee place like pet’s.

Came here to do a file review across the street at city hall. This is in a cute little area downtown, fairly good sized Starbucks inside, good coffee, friendly employees!

Their customer facing fridge is out… they’re down to one machine and they are out of 5 of the holiday classics(out of 7!). They tell you they are down to one machine after you wait in line and get to the front… Just wished I had of said no once I knew it would take 25 min per drink. I wish this place would step it up as my wife use to go to Starbucks everyday and now that we moved to the area we are looking for alternatives.

Since moving to Campbell, I’m in here 3−4x a week in the afternoon after 230pm. I’m positive the staff who work the after 2pm hour recognize my face and what I order every time. So far, service has been good and there is ample space for me to study for an hour or two with my cracked out Grande cup of afternoon caffeine. On the weekends, this location is HELLABUSY. Props to ya’ll for putting up with our customer bull sh1t!

The only reason I give this Starbucks 2 stars is because I like the baristas — their personalities, that is, not their drink making skills. They never, ever have enough breakfast sandwiches or squares in stock(and I’m talking 9:30AM, not like, 11AM), and my ice tea always has wayyyyy more ice than actual tea. Complete rip off. I’d say go to the Starbucks off Hamilton or the one near Whole Foods if you can.

I have been coming into this awesome downtown location 1−2x per day for months now. The morning crew are on fire! I love coming in at 6am getting my Mocha and heading on my way to work. They all know me, my order and have it ready in no time flat. I absolutely love these guys.

It’s Starbucks, so the usual EXCEPT it is sooooo noisy in this location. The sound just ricochets off the walls and you can hardly hear yourself«think»! I’m shocked anyone comes here to sit on their laptop and work. Good for a grab and go! ;)

An awesome shop in the midst of downtown Campbell. More spacious than it looks from the outside. Great baristas and service, and of course, coffee!

BUSYBUSYBUSY!!! So if your shopping arouind down town campbell and would like to stop and grab a quick drink and sit down GOODLUCK! The drinks are typical STARBUCKSDRINKS either you love starbucks or you dont! and the lines and lack there of seating doesnt matter The last time I was here someone was playing his guitar it was nice! I am giving it a 3 star because I felt like cattle being cattled prodded with my order.

I came in here on a hot day in the middle of a street festival– the place was nuts but the staff handled it well. The line went fast and they had a huge container of water available for customers. My iced tea was standard — why I enjoy it :]. They had signs posted asking that only customers use the restrooms seeing that it was a super busy day.

What’s to say, yet another Starbucks. These are all the same, they look the same, the coffee is the same, the experience is the same. I give them 4 stars for consistency but Starbucks always leaves me yearning for something different. Just like with beer, a little variety, even from the same beer from the same brewer is good. It’s almost weird and a bit scary how consistent they can make the«Pikes Place»…

I have been to many-a-starbucks in my day(more than I would like to admit) I travel, so I’ve been to many in different states too… however, this one it my favorite. I’m disgusting, I will go out of my way just to go here because 1.) they keep the Raw Sugars fully stocked 2.) They are fast! 3.) Sometimes the barista will make my order before I purchase, because I stick to the same damn thing(Iced Coffee… yum) 4.)They are nice people! 5.) I like the calm, quiet, Campbell community feel… Jenn and Daniel(not sure if he still works there) are very nice people, and I’m forgetting two more ladies, but when I get their names, I will give them props too.

Pretty normal Starbuck, nothing unusual. Meets all expectations. BUt, it has a certain energy, good and positive. the layout is great — long and you see the entire store from one spot. lots of outside light, not darkish, and the crew was awesome. tons of people on Sunday — farmers market– long line, but all smiled, delivered what was asked, and really handled it quite well
