South Bay Pool & Spa

We used this company for many years, and were happy with the service until summer of 2010. A new service person was assigned to us, who spilled pool chemicals on the pool deck and driveway, left parts to my pool sweeper sitting on the pool deck, and did not notice when our pool turned green. I called the company to terminate the service, but they ignored me and continued to come. It took a month to get them to understand that I was not going to pay them any more. I spoke with the owner and agreed on a reduced final payment, that reflected the poor service that was provided in the final 2 months, and I paid that amount. Their office continues to send bills for original full amount. Now their office is threatening to send this to a collection agency, if I don’t pay everything they want. After this experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone, and feel compelled to share my experiences here on Unilocal
