I took my dog for boarding and had a very disappointing experience. I was told they had lofts available and when I went to reserve it they were suddenly sold out so I had to take the more expensive cottage. I was understanding and for her first time there the idea of the camera inside the room felt comforting.
While I was out of town I had to call three times because She did not have the toys I left for her nor was she given the chew treats as I requested for her during the day.
When I picked her up the woman came out with all of her things just rolled up in the blanket and handed me the original bag empty, a rolled up blanket with some items and my dog. Nothing was packed and the treats were still in the bag!
Once I got her home she had diarreah for 24 hours, which I imagine she had for several days and no one bothered to mention it to me upon pickup. I asked if she was able to have play time with the other dogs as I requested when I dropped her off and the girls said no, it wasn’t marked in the system.
It was disappointing to say the least and I would not trust them again.

This place is clean, spacious and the staff treats the dogs well. I’m an overly protective dog owner and find great relief in a dog daycare that I can trust. The staff is friendly and are always helpful and accommodating to my dog’s needs. It is a tad pricey, but worth it for the quality.
Unfortunately, I can’t give a full 5 stars because the first time I left my dog here she came back with kennel cough (which resulted in a $ 200 vet bill), even though they insured me that all dogs must show proof of vaccination before staying here.

Kennel Cough. Beware! This is the 2^nd time in a row that our dog has picked up kennel cough from Paws Crossing. Not only has it been hard on our dog but has cost us over $ 400 in vet bills. For the health and safety of your pups, please do not Kennel here. We really like the staff and facility but having two bouts of kennel cough is ridiculous. The first time she caught it we wrote it off as just a fluke but now we are concerned that this facility does not take these outbreaks serious. Please take caution when boarding here.

This place makes me feel comfortable to travel without stressing about them. I know they are doing a great job and my dogs get so happy when they see where they are going. All the people are super friendly and care a lot. I have started to use the grooming there to and are very happy with what they are doing. Where we used to be before told me my dog was aggressive and needed more then one person to hold him. He is the sweetest dog ever so I didn’t understand, then after cutting him more then one time and not telling me, I decided to not go back. When I went to paw crossing I asked have he did and they told me they had no problems with him. I’m very happy with all the workers there.

Annie is AMAZING!
I have two very furry, long-​haired cats who I used to have groomed at the vet. However, the groomer at the vet could not do the grooming without knocking my cats out for a few hours. In addition to the extra anesthesia charges, I was also concerned that the anesthesia was not good for my older cats.
Luckily, I found Annie through Unilocal,and I don’t know how she does it, but she is a cat whisperer. I’ve taken both cats to her to get groomed, and they both came back bathed, shaved, and matte-​free all done without any anesthesia. She’s also very fast and even trimmed one of my cat’s facial fur.

I love Paws Crossing! Lucy goes to daycare 3 x a week and often boards overnight. The staff are very attentive and kind. In addition, we loved the training class by Christi from Yuppie Puppy K-​9 Academy — Christi is awesome!

I used Paws Crossing for years and my dog’s reservations were ALWAYS confirmed 2 to 3 days in advance EXCEPT this time. What a COINCIDENCE that when they are having ANOTHER kennel cough outbreak that they only confirm 2 HOURS BEFORE CLOSING on a Friday when we leave the next morning which is clearly, not giving anyone a chance to find another SAFE kennel.
Yes, I have no doubt that I was the only one who ask for a refund because very few people are able to walk away from a family vacation!!! instead you gave them no choice but to leave their dog in a HOT ZONE and pray that they too don’t become infected. SHAME ON YOU FOR BEING SO DISHONEST AND SHAMEFUL FOR $$!!!
when you tried to con me into thinking it was a Bay Area breakout, I DID MY RESEARCH!!! I called 2 vets in Los Gatos, 2 in Campbell, and 1 in San Jose. Four of the five offices said they had cases within the last 2 weeks and stated that ALL CAESE WERE FROM PAWS CROSSING!!! I also ask them specifically if there was a Bay Area breakout occurring and the ALL said ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! ALL 5 offices stated they NEVER recommend PAWS CROSSINGS. Who do you believe the general manager trying to save his job or local vets who have heard and seen it ALL!!! CALL VETS YOURSELF AND SEE WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY ABOUT PAWS CROSSING!!!

I go to Paws Crossing to get my dog’s nails trimmed. Every time I am there the staff are friendly and attentive. My little girl has a few specifics that need extra attention and the groomers never neglect to take care of it. Would definitely recommend them.

We recently left our beloved puppy at paws crossing for a weekend while we went out of town for a wedding. We picked the cottage option where we were able to login with a username and password and watch our puppy play in his room. We also were able to watch him play with other dogs and interact with the staff. Being able to have access to seeing him when we were a little neurotic about leaving him for the first time, really eased our nerves. They have an area for swimming for the dogs and indoor and outdoor play areas. When we arrived to pick our pup up, the staff was friendly and made sure to go over his stay and included a comment card letting us know about his time there, his two friends he made, his appetite and demeanor. The staff is very helpful and if you ask them to make sure something gets done for your dog; they are on it.
We really love this place and will always bring our pup here whenever we may have to travel. Having so many options to choose from for your dog in one place is a nice bonus.

I love Paws Crossing! I recently relocated and needed a place to take my little guy for boarding and daycare and had 2 friends recommend this place. Went in for a tour and the place is fancy! Everyone I talked to was so patient with all my questions. They weren’t pushy and were super nice. On the day I dropped him off they remembered me and his name! I didn’t get the cottage for the first board since it was only for one night but I got to watch him on the daycare camera.
What I really like about Paws Crossing is that I got to chose what activities he did while he was staying there. They have a pool, a treadmill, daycare, an extra walk, and one-​on-​one play with a human. When I picked him up he smelled great and they even washed his bed for me. But what really impressed me was that they recommended the one-​on-​one playtime over the daycare. They told me they tried it with him and he loved playing ball with them but didn’t seem to have too much fun in daycare; they put my dog’s needs first. For his second overnight, I picked the cottage and the one-​on-​one. I got to watch him on the private room camera and even though he sleeps a lot, it was so nice to see him while I was gone.
I totally recommend Paws Crossing. Fancy facility, trustworthy and patient staff, and so many options to choose for my guy. I didn’t get any grooming at Paws Crossing so can’t say anything about that. But the daycare and boarding service was awesome.

If you read the reviews on here, most are stellar for the grooming — not the boarding.
We used Paws Crossing for boarding for 8 days while my husband and I went on our honeymoon. We booked all three of our labs in one of their ‘suites’ with the beds, TV, etc.
EVERYTHING here is extra… You want the nice suite but have more than one dog? EXTRA! (you basically pay for multiple suites with their pricing) You want more than 2 bathroom breaks a day for them? EXTRA! You want them to play with the day campers? EXTRA! Your dog takes medication? EXTRA!
We left our dogs with their beds, each day when I checked online, one bed was missing. I was told they were washing them, but then they never reappeared. The staff over the phone also said they washed the entire bed, memory foam and all — ruining a nice bed. Apparently my dogs had accidents in the room — thats why the beds needed washed. With my dogs all being full grown ‘adult’ dogs — they don’t have accidents in the house, so they were very clearly not being taken out enough. Twice in 24 hours doesn’t cut it!
We were under misconceptions on this place from the moment we signed them up to having to call them every freaking day on our honeymoon because something else was wrong. What we were told was the procedure and way they cared for the pets wasn’t accurate and we had to keep adding services over the phone (like extra bathroom breaks) because what we were told was incorrect. The staff made no apology, no break in the crazy pricing, NOTHING. All in all, worst boarding experience of my 10 years being a pet owner and at an absurd rate of over 3k for 8 days. A COMPLETE RIP OFF! I will never bring my pet here and I’d recommend staying far away.

I needed to have my very long-​haired cat groomed quickly and Annie was able to get him in the next day. I heard that she’s great with cats and I wasn’t disappointed! Monkeyface was given a beautiful lion-​cut quickly and stress-​free.

Annie groomed our very shaggy 25 lb golden. Cali came back beautiful and calm. She is a nervous dog and Annie was so gentle, no trauma. I recommend Annie highly and will use her and Paws Crossing again.

We made a reservation to drop off our puppy for the first time. we ended up having to cancel the reservations and i was bummed because i thought that I would lose the $ 60 required deposit. The girl on the phone told me that I wouldnt actually lose my $ 60 but instead it would be credited to my account with them for any future servives. It made me feel so much better. The girls working there are very nice and have great customer service. Although our plans to have our pup stay fell through, i would def. recommend this place, OR at least go check it out and give it a try!

Absolutely fantastic!!! I love the staff at Paws Crossing and feel they take care of my dogs the way I’d take care of my dogs.
The grooming experiences have always been the BEST!!! My dogs look adorable each and every time they make a visit!

I absolutely Love Their work! They take such awesome care of my Golden Retriever. She always looks so adorable when they’re done with her and her haircuts are always perfect. I won’t take my Golden anywhere else.

This was our first time coming to this place, we brought our lab here for a bath. The initial check in was very easy and the associate was very friendly. The bath took about 4 hours but we weren’t worried because an 80 lb lab takes awhile! At the pick up our dog was very happy which in turn made us thrilled. The associates were very nice and courteous and we will definitely use this place continually for his baths as well as some pool time which the one associate showed us on the web cam and looked like the dogs were having a blast. We are so glad we found this place.

HIGHLY recommend!!! We had to board my older Akita dog last minute which made me feel sick to my stomach. He is 7 years old, bad back legs, hard to bathe… and the list goes on. We had rescued him from a shelter before thanksgiving and I did not want him to think we were just leaving him like his last owners especially in a shelter environment and not coming back. My girlfriend and I went and toured a couple facilities and made phone calls and pawscrossing right off the bat was amazing. It was clean, indoor, spacious (he weighs 118lbs) and more than anything attentive and friendly.
Right after we dropped him off he pawed at the kind of door he had at the room we chose and made his paw bleed a little and called me right away. Of course I freaked out and wanted to turn around but wasn’t easy since I was on my way to Mexico! They moved him to a room with cameras and different style doors he couldn’t paw at and would keep an eye on him and if needed would get him medical attention. Also assures me I could call if I wanted to check on him anytime… which they probably regret haha. They were so nice every time I called and assured me he was ok and well taken of which was very true!!! I love my dogs like they were my kids and leaving him for a week was terrible especially being out of country but being able to see him on camera all day and he was a happy lazy boy just like at home was amazing. They genuinely seemed to care about the dogs and make them comfortable. Worth every cent!

Our kitty is our son and was a hard trek interviewing so many boarding places to leave him at while we went away to Florida. We toured so many pet boarding places from upper Peninsula to new and foofy W_​G hotels. Voila found out about Paws Crossing through a dinner meeting. go figure.
My JT was not happy when dropped him off but so happy he got adjusted and had a blast over the course of the two weeks we had to board him. Oh how I cried that first night when had to leave him. HOWEVER We could call and check on him anytime to see how he was doing and was elated to hear was doing great, playing on the cat tree and a viewer of the dogs coming in.
For the pet parents of course you have to fill out disclosure paperwork hence if anything happened while you are gone, they are right next to a ²⁴⁄₇ Pet Hospital of highly noted veterinarians. Or you list your local vet. Annd I learned that a notable veterinarian does leave her beloved cat there when she is travelling. This is a great place at a reasonable price for your beloved fur ball kid.
