Michael Devlin Real Estate School

Wow!!! This class is designed to help you pass the state exam and it does that with ease. With 25 days of studying nothing but Michael’s videos, notes and practice tests (never even opened the book). Me and my sister in law both passed the test on our first try. In fact, I finished the test in around an hour with a smile on my face the whole time because I knew I was going to pass the moment I read the first question. Michael does an amazing job at explaining everything and attaching stories and memory gimmicks to concepts that would be otherwise hard to understand.

After reading though the three state required RE books that I purchased online, I took the state test. I was quite surprised with the difficulty and how unprepared I was for the test. Attending Micheal Devlin’s RE weekend course was a necessity. It truly prepared me for the test. It cut through the bull and provided the core knowledge, test taking tips, strategies and material I needed to take the State test confidently (and in 2 hours). I wish I knew about this earlier. It would have saved me time and money. I highly recommend reading your 2 required books + 1 elective, skip the useless book quizzes and sign up for a Michael Devlin class immediately. The class was fun and attending it in person is better than online conferencing, trust me ;). This is an honest review. I wasn’t paid for it or have any relation with the Michael Devlin RE school.

I am very glad I attended Michael Delvin’s Real Estate School — I passed my RE exam on the first try! It was very flexible. I was able to take the three prerequisite college classes on-​line and in parallel to attending the in-​person weekly classes (total 12 lectures). If I missed part of a class, I always could watch the class recording on-​line. Mike’s classes are engaging and fun. The on-​line exam practice test are very helpful, too. I would highly recommend Michael Devlin’s real estate classes to anyone who is seriously interested in getting their real estate license and passing the state exam on their first try. (Believe me, if I can do it, anyone can!) He doesn’t just wave a magic wand that makes your real estate license suddenly appear — so, yes people, you do have to study. But the concise, clever, very entertaining way that Michael manages to deliver real estate concepts is insightful and inspiring. He makes you WANT to learn and absorb all of the material … and you will!

Back in 2008 I decided to get my Sales Person License, 2015 I passed the test. Shortly after finishing the 3 RE courses required by the state I took the Salesperson Exam and failed. Deflated, I lollygagged for 6 months sorting and searching for a cram session to help get me over the hump. This was a tedious process in itself as none of the options seemed to be what I was looking for, that is until I came across Mike Devlin’s DRECLASS.
Mike and Jennifer put on a couple sessions a month, I attended on a Saturday. Mike is an expert in preparing students for the test. He is engaging, entertaining, and the information is right on point. I came in not ready, I left prepared.

I don’t really like to leave reviews on Unilocal but I had to repay my gratitude to Michael. I wasn’t able to go to a live class so I chose the next best thing and got online access 2 days prior to my exam. I spent whole 2 days going through videos and study materials and they were incredibly helpful. I passed my exam in 2 hours out of given 3.15
If you want to increase the chance of passing the exam, get his course, worth every penny.

I’ve tried studying other real estate companies practice exams (we’re not good).
Mike’s courses are the most similar to the test and will guarantee you to PASS your first try. I was unsure of taking his course at first, but I am SOO happy I did.

I highly recommend Mike’s classes. I was struggling on my own trying to memorize flash cards, so I was very thankful when I heard about the live classes at Keller Williams. What a world of difference! Mike gives relevant examples and explains the concepts clearly and also takes the time to answer our questions, so I felt more confident in my comprehension, and I PASSED! Thanks to Jennifer and Mike, I’m so glad I went to the in-​person classes and actually enjoyed the learning process!

Mike, the instructor of the class, is a knowledgeful gentleman who is very familier with the current tests and questions of the exam. I highly recommend the workshop if you are ready to take the exam and already studied the three books, otherwise his long classes are also perfect. I passed the exam due to his mentorship. I passed my state RE exam on my first attempt! Mike Devlin’s teachings are the Gospel and I AM his DISCIPLE! I took the Saturday exam workshop on 6÷06÷15. 15 minutes into the class, it was pretty clear to everyone that I was the one least likely to pass this exam. Still Mike’s clear, straight forward (and often funny) explanations with real life applications changed that. Spending a Saturday with Mike Devlin and the (actually) USING the tools he gave me is 100% responsible for my success. I took the state exam on 6÷15÷15 and I not only passed on my first attempt, but I was also the first finish the exam at 2hrs6min! I literally went from the worst to the first in class!
