All in all I love Mr. Pickle’s Sandwich shop. The poor review is simply for the fact that they are ALWAYS out of Sourdough Rolls! I mean, even when I order early for lunch… I understand if at 5 or 6pm you are out but seriously… figure it out and order more.

Delicious! They have several vegetarian options listed on the menu, or you can get a custom. Their dutch crunch bread is amazing. The staff are friendly, helpful, have yet to mess up our order. They have some fountain drinks and a refrigerator of Snapple and other bottled drinks. This location has a few inside tables, it’s a nice area. The wait isn’t usually too long. Parking is tight. I just wish they gave you a picked(or slice of pickle) free, b/c after all — it’s Mr. Pickle’s! We have actually never tried their pickles b/c they are $$$.

This joint is lucky to even get a single star from me. $ 21 and a 20 minute drive later, we get home to unwrap two sandwiches prepared in raw bread they call«sourdough». They were out of dutch crunch at 5:00 on a saturday so I had to resort to the next best– sourdough. Did I miss the memo where you need to take your sandwich home, take off the bread and finish baking it in the oven? How can a sandwich preparer look at this bread and think its okay to sell? Mind boggling. Google sourdough if you need a quick reminder on what it should look like. I dumped both sandwiches in the trash because I was all out of bread at home. SMH. I expected much more from a place with 100+ reviews. Spare yourself the money. There are PLENTY of other great sandwich spots in the bay area.

I love the sandwiches! The bread, sauce, and combo are fantastic… Yes they run around $ 9 a sandwich. Unlike another sandwich shops, they offer a lot more then chips or potato salad as sides. They have fries, chicken wings, and many other things if your craving something hot or more heavy. Btw they are in a building structure with a parking lot, so lots of parking available.

Great sandwich shop, I remember first trying Mr. Pickle when I was up in Chico and this one is just as good. I’m a huge fan of the dutch crunch roll with pastrami and of course a delicious pickle on the side. The sandwiches are nice size as well. I couldn’t even finish all of mine the last time I went. Eat em quick though or else they start to get soggy! Despite the delicious sandwiches, the service is really bad here and the strange thing is this is the second mr. pickle shop where the service was crappy. For whatever reason they take forever to make one sandwich and if you’re behind a few people in line don’t expect your food any time soon. The sandwiches are still excellent so I can get passed the crappy service, but I’d like to see them improve in the future.

Next to Togo’s, this has to be my favorite place to get a good sandwich. You could right away taste the quality of the food from the very first bite. The staff is also awesome as they have never messed up a order and they always make great recommendations. Best of all, their bread is amazing and it’s delivered. One time I got a sandwich for a friend and he could not stop talking about how amazing the wheat bread is. Personally I’m not a fan of wheat bread but these guys have one of the best. Overall this is one of the best places to go for lunch in Campbell.

I have very mixed feelings about this location. My 2 recent visits, I’ve asked for sprouts added into my sandwich but when I get to work, there’s no sprouts! It seems as if I have to ask before, during AND after my order. Honestly, that’s too much work. Also, «nice» customer services is the same– sporadic! I would have lunch here once a week, then it turned into every other week. Now it’s once in a blue moon. But I’ll admit that quality of their food is good.

The food is very good at Mr. Pickles. They are in my top five favorite sandwich places. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location is terrible. The first strike was the woman making my sandwich. I don’t think I could have gotten her to smile if I paid her. I felt like she hated her job or something and it showed. The second strike was when I asked for a cup for water and it took about five minutes to get it partially due to their inefficient method of disbursing ice water cups — without ice I might add which I had to get myself. This sounds snobby but really it isn’t that hard to fix this problem. The third strike was the staff’s disregard for their deliveries(chips arizonas etc). I noticed while I ate my food that not one but two deliverers(one with Arizonas, another with boxes) were utterly confused at finding who was in charge and both were told conflicting instructions by multiple employees. I felt bad for the delivery guys. How hard is it to set up a method to receive deliveries that isn’t confusing? Put a sign or something so the deliverers aren’t confused and misdirected. Anyways, I recommend the dutch crunch bread with turkey & cheese with everything on it minus what you don’t like. Great sandwiches, good chip selection, okay price. Great service experience at every location except this one.

OBSESSED!!! I love there sandwiches ! Staff is always friendly when I get helped which is always a plus for me Bread is always fresh. Sometimes they run out for the day which clearly shows they make it fresh. There orange sauce is amazing. Spicy but delicious! Perfect pair with there dirty potatoe chips.

went into Mr. Pickles for a late lunch during the week, and was very surprised that there wasn’t a line out the door. At first glance their specialty sandwich menu was a tad overwhelming, but for good reason. I proceeded to order something pretty basic, went ahead and got all of the fixin’s with the exception of cheese… I hate cheese… it stinks. The whole process was painless, and the sandwich was good. I really enjoyed the garlic pesto aioli? spread that they put on my sandwich. very unexpected, but very delicious. One thing to mention is that they charged me LESS for my sandwich because I had them hold the cheese… I think this is the first time in deli history someone has charged me less. usually I just get hosed and pay the same price. I’ll be back next time I come to visit for sure.

I got the #12 to go last night. First time trying Mr. Pickles after being in this area for so long. The girl who made my sandwich was nice, as well as the young man who rang the order up. The sandwich was good. My only complaint? When I was eating the sandwich later, there was a small(fingertip sized) piece of plastic still on the cheese. Luckily, I noticed it and peeled it off before accidentally eating it. I had also asked for my pickles on the side, but she forgot to give them to me. No biggie. But I think sometimes it’s little things like these 2 points above that make me less inclined to come back given the other options in the area.

I was in need of a quick bite and in the mood for a deli sandwich. I ordered the«#18-Kiss My Angus» roast beef sandwich on Dutch crunch. It was huge. It had just the right ratio of meat vs bread. While I enjoyed my lunch, I don’t recall getting a $ 10 deli sandwich in recent memory. I was there on a Friday. There were about five patrons ahead of me, with three sandwich makers. I was in line for almost 15 minutes; fortunately I was not in a rush. Pros: Overall good menu selection and good quality, courteous employees Cons: Service was a bit on the slow side while I was there, and the menu is a little pricy

Let me start out with saying I was a fan of Mr. Pickles until my last two orders were so botched I’m shocked with the poor quality. I’m probably never going back to this location. The last two times I went to mr pickles I have ordered different specialty sandwiches and both times they screwed them up. The first time I asked for everything except mustard. What did I get Extra mustard. The last time I asked for just some basic toppings and the image below is what I got. Missing half the meat no toppings, one slice of bacon, not even mayo was on it. What kind of club is this! Subway makes this thing look small. That is sad. I recommend saving your time and money Or the Los Gatos Location is way better. I would say try that or just skip it.

I heard good things about Mr. Pickle’s and decided to give it a try. I’m clearly not a sandwich history buff of which came first, The Sandwich Spot, Ikes, Mr. Pickle, so I won’t go into which place is the original of this type of sandwich! So, you can probably guess already that the sandwiches here fall into the Ikes, Sandwich spot type of sandwich. The other type of sandwiches(to me) are the WhichWich and Subway types. So, for these types of sandwiches I would rank them in order of my preference as: #1 Ikes, #2, Sandwich Spot, and #3 Mr. Pickle’s. Why? First, the organization at this place was not as good as the others. They didn’t have someone who takes orders, someone who makes sandwiches, and someone you pay. It just seemed a little chaotic and slower to me. Second, the bread(Dutch Crunch) just didn’t taste as fresh as the other places. Maybe it was just the one roll I got, but to me it didn’t taste as fresh. Third, the quantity of meat on the sandwich seemed much less than the other two places. It just didn’t have the weight or substance to me. So, I will most likely drive to the other restaurants mentioned in this review when I’m in the mood for one of these sandwiches.

I used to eat Mr. Pickles during lunch in high school back in my hometown Petaluma and I’m happy that they are here in Campbell I got wild wild west specialty that has roast beef, baked ham, horseradish and whatever else you want in your sandwich. Sandwich was huge and piled with roast beef and baked ham. I can’t comment on the service since I ordered through doordash.

They opened up a Mr. Pickle’s by our place so of course I had to finally stop in at some point(being a sammich fan and all). I like that their menu is pretty extensive so for those of you who are über picky and want to customize everything you order, they pretty much can handle that for you here. I ordered myself The Abbott which came with avocado, bacon, baja sauce, onion, turkey and tomato, and I asked them to add spinach to my order(this girl loves her greens!). Have to admit, that baja sauce was on point! I also ordered myself their egg/potato salad to go which was a delicious fatty snack to have later that day. A couple things holding me back from giving them 5 stars: –Dutch Crunch isn’t the best; standard –Basically not as good as Ike’s on creativity level and deliciousness level
