Knights of Columbus Bishop O’dowd Council 3474

First of all, I’m a Knight, but I’m not a member of this council. I have been to a number of events held at this hall, so I’m reviewing it as an event space.
The hall is divided into two sides, one with a bar, TV, and an area that can be used as a dance floor, and the other which is used as a meeting room or dining room. Both can be used for dining or assembly seating. They fit about 60 people in the meeting side for dinner, slightly less in the bar side because the bar takes up some of the floor space.
Each side has a men’s and women’s restroom, and they share a kitchen between the big rooms. There’s also a huge trailer-​grill parked in the back outside the kitchen in a covered breezeway, which is great for cookouts. The kitchen is undergoing some renovation at the moment, but is still usable. However, as there’s only one kitchen, if you’ve rented only one room and need the kitchen, make sure you ask for it, or you might end up sharing the limited space with your neighbors.
They’ve just recently repaved the parking lot, but it’s really small. Parking is rather limited and if you’ve got more than a few people coming, they’ll start parking on the street or in parking lots for the adjacent shopping centers.
If you’re holding a party for 50 to 100 people, this is a pretty good place to check out. They’d get another star if the kitchen remodel was finished.
