The management has changed here and Jung no longer runs the place. The new management does not reflect the 5 star experience from before. I’ve done one oil change and 1 brake job. For the oil change on my Honda Odyssey, they replaced the fuel cap wrong. This cost me almost 60 bucks at the next servicing at Honda since they could not unscrew the cap and charged me for new one. I think the problem was genuine because I’d had other oil changes at JK before that and services at Honda outlets without such a problem.
I also did a brake job and I am not satisfied. For one, they never showed me the brand they installed even after I repeatedly asked for it. Secondly, the brakes squeal sometimes.
There is also something «OFF» about the attitude of the management. Too much talk and not enough action. I am sorry to see these changes and I shall not be giving them my business again.

Really friendly staff that is honest and up front. I recommend K & F to anyone that has had a bad experience anywhere else. Most recently I used them to replace the window motor and regulator in my driver door. I decided not to do it myself because their price was more than fair, and they guaranteed to be prompt. They held true to their word.

I usually have trouble trusting mechanics but these guys are great. All the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. This should be a go-​to place for anybody needing some help with their vehicle. I personally will be bringing my truck in for any work that I need done. The shop does all vehicles and its nice to have an experienced mechanic that knows a lot about my Ford Diesel!

Long story short! I brought my F150 in for a blown out spark plug 12÷1÷2012 Saturday morning 10am (97 – 04 Ford trucks sometimes do this??), This means that you need to drill out the spark plug hole in cylinder head and rethread it and incert a helicoil and a new plug! I was told by the manager David that he could fix it with a repair kit and would order it. OK? and to save some money i gave Dave 8 new spark plugs on the spot, 4 days later, Dave called, your truck is ready! I turned in the rental car $ 130 bucks, paid K&F Auto $ 525. for repair, very pricey! and drove off. The next day ¹²⁄₅ Wednesday driving home 8.5 mi. from work the check engine light came on, the engine lost compression from the same #2 cylinder? I know this because I plugged in my own ODB2 analyzer, the same problem when I drove the truck in? I called Dave, I need to bring the truck back #2 cylinder has failed, he said ok, I said Dave, can you pick up the tab on the rental car? David said, I’ll take care of it! The next day ¹²⁄₆ Thursday around 3pm, Dave said your trucks ready! I asked, what was the problem? David sad that he may have broken a spark plug #2 when i installed it? humm? ok? I turned in the rental car, the cashier said ok that will be $ 32 bucks! Auuhm. K&F Auto was paying for the rental?! They called Dave at K&F and the cashier gave me the phone and Dave said that he wasnt setup for charge account? I“ll take care of you when you come to get your truck, Enterprize was across the street, David said no charge for the new plug and gave me his card with $ 30.buck off on next service WHAT! Yeah like I’m never coming back! The next day ¹²⁄₇ Friday 6:30pm coming home from work 8.5mi. the check engine light came on AGAIN! the engine is shaking, WTF, AGAIN! The 3^rd time now! It’s too late to do anything fuck! ¹²⁄₈ Satuarday 9am, I drove the truck to K and F Auto and left my truck there, some old man (The owner) i found out later, said he didn’t know what was going on and David should be in soon, I walked down the street to get a rental car for the 3^rd time in1 week! $ 32.bucks a day! I went back to talk to Dave and find out WTF! All David could say is, I’ll check it out and call you Monday (Closed Sunday)
Now ¹²⁄₁₀ Monday 3pm, David called and said that I need a new cylinder head that it not repairable, and I could fix it for $ 1200 or soo, WHAT! R U KIDDING ME !! I looked into this place and found out the HARD way that this place has change owners and managers a few times since April 2012 PLEASE! DONT GO HERE! THEY NOT ((ASE CERTIFIED)) auto repair techs

i was recommended here by my friend David. I don’t know about cars that much, but i am very satisfy with the price. my friend said they did a good job~ the staffs are friendly and nice.
