Just bought a 2014 RX2014 with less than 17k miles. I got the white glove service from Omied and his father as usual. Great price, prompt service and communication. The got me the car I wanted, awesome deal. Great people to deal with all around.

I can’t say enough positive things about these guys… Omied is great and not a pushy salesperson. I purchased a used 2011 Lexus IS350 and got a great deal from them. They are honest, they work out the best deal for you and never pushy. They will go out of their way to give you the best price and also take care of you after the purchase. i had some tire issues about 3 months after I purchased the car and Omied and his dad took care of me and replaced the front tires and also threw in an alignment while I had the car there. I did not know sports cars and these low profile tires can be a hassle, but Omied and his dad didn’t hesitate to help in some way with these tires. Very happy with my purchase (Lexus Hybroid) from Omied. Had been looking for the same car at multiple dealerships around the bay. K&F provided not only best price /​value, but also the entire experience (no haggle) was most pleasant.

First time for my wife and I to buy a car. We bought in April. Yep this review is very dated. Omied took care of us. I didn’t believe the price of the Lexus RX that was being sold, so I went to Magnussen’s Lexus that weekend to pricematch against one of their cars. Magnussen did some research and couldn’t match the price. K&F priced it too well. The carfax also checked out ok, so we went ahead with the purchase. As for negotiating, Omied fixed some broken trim, and replaced 2 tires. I was expecting some sort of cheap tire, but he actually changed them with new, and exact same Goodyear tires ($ 250 each according to him) on the car. Being careful people, we also had Lexus do a pre-​purchase inspection, which Omied did the legwork of dropping the car off. Turned out ok, with some minor maintenance work. I negotiated to have his shop help with that. The car still drives fine today, so I’ll just take it on trust that the work was good. Their shop only used genuine Lexus parts too, so I was pretty satisfied. Overall, a really great experience.

Omied is probably the best person you’ll ever come across in the User-​Car business! He is extremely professional, honest and not pushy like others in this business. I recently purchased a used Lexus from this small dealer in Campbell. They seem to specialize in Mercedes, BMW, Lexus and similar vehicles. It is a small building without much inventory but you can view cars for sale online and on craigslist and

I also visited a Lexus dealerships to look at used cars and K&F has better prices by thousands, no hassles and it doesn’t take all day to test drive and buy. It is a family business that is friendly and easy to deal with.
Some of these cars have had minor repairs done so look at the carfax reports. Otherwise they have good condition used cars at great prices!

I really like Omeid. He is not a pushy sales man at all. He buys cars that have very minimal problems. If you ask him he buys the green light cars at the auction. That means he buys cars that are good and guaranteed by the auction if they are not good. Most dealerships out there they buy what ever they can buy cheaper at the auction. All used car dealers buy their cars from auction, trade ins or buy out right. His cars are very clean compare to other dealerships. I was looking for a Lexus but ended up buying a new mini van since I found out I was going to have my second kid. Omeid was very nice and not pushy even tho I didn’t buy a car from him.

I just bought a 1997 Lexus LS 400 from them that had two owners. Omied is a young man who is friendly and not pushy. I’ve had to cancel to see the car a few times and he did not give me any attitude or snarky salesman’s posturing.
I don’t have a lot of money to spend, I had a friend of a friend who is a car broker and he did much ground work for me. Don’t be fooled by the «dive» atmosphere of this small dealership. I think they go the extra mile to have repeat satisfied customers. I was escorted back and forth to the Lexus Service to get a detailed Buyer’s Report. It was satisfactory, given the age of the vehicle, and the price was fair. I will invest of few more dollars in this vehicle to repair a few cosmetic problems over time. Otherwise, it was a fairly clean auto with sound mechanical base that should last me 150,000 miles. Don’t ever expect a used car to be perfect in every aspect. It’s up to you, the buyer, to realize what’s important to you and the cost involved.
This was the exact opposite experience of a week prior from a large Toyota Dealership, that had delivered a 1996 Lexus LS 400 with four corporate owners for me to purchase that had so many things wrong with it, especially safety issues and cleanliness, that it should have been wholesaled. Needless, to say – I canceled this sale.
I’m already recommending K & F Auto to my friends.

To be honest, the reviews here made me skeptical about this place. I’ve always bought from a factory-​authorized dealership so the negative reviews compounded my worries. Nevertheless K&F had an Audi A6 I was interested in so I called to discuss my concerns about buying from a small operation I’ve never heard of before. Omied explained everything about the car and his business to me over the phone and didn’t pressure me to come down to look at it. I went down anyway and he was really helpful and patient with me especially since I was on the fence about the A6 or buying another truck. He also knew I had a specific budget and unlike a dealership, he invested the time in working toward a specific price (incl. trade-​in value for my old truck) that actually fell within my budget. He even encouraged me to take a night to think it over, which may have been to his detriment. Long story short, I did NOT buy the A6 because I decided I can’t live without a pickup. But I wanted to leave a review based on the service I received. He easily spent 2hrs on me with no sale but along the way I received no snaky salesmanship whatsoever. When the day comes for me to psychologically graduate to a luxury sedan, I’ll be happy to give Omied a call.

I had my last car for 10 years so car purchasing is not something I’m used to. I expected it to be a painful process. It turned out to be quite the opposite. Omied was straight forward to deal with. I took the car to my mechanic and it checked out beautifully. My 2008 Prius was also priced reasonably. It’s great not having to deal with the stress of bargaining. I have been driving my «new» car for 3 weeks now, no complaints.

I was interested in a 1997 M3 advertised by K and F on Craigslist. I emailed to express my interest and made an offer. After emailing back and forth trying explain the rationale behind my offer and what issues that would need to be addressed with any high mileage M3, Omied Bagheri agreed he would sell it at my offer price, but not to me, only someone else. WTF! He obviously did not like that I knew more about the BMW M3 than he did. He is a jerk with zero integrity. They post ads like «1997 M3 Going to Auction on Monday If Not Sold This Weekend!» Typical used car salesman tactics. Do not buy from them!

I was getting ready to purchase a slightly used 2009 G37 and was scoping around for a good deal. After several weeks of searching with no luck, I remembered Unilocal gave good reviews of Omied. I emailed him about what I was looking for and as soon as he read it he furnished me with a handful of G37s that he found according to my preferences. I was impressed with his knowledge and quick service. He will furnish you with whatever information you need on a car and then some. Omied would be the ideal person to go to when shopping around for a local used vehicles.

Very Shady. Run the other way. Will not stand behind their product or services. Refused to give me owner’s name to work out a deal with them. Omied’s name alone should say it all… Check with the Better Business Bureau if you do not believe me. They gave him 30 days and 3 chances to respond and he did not!

Before launching into this review, I should provide a little background that might prove useful. I am a 69-​year-​old retired computer nerd, who would be considered by most to be very wealthy. Notwithstanding that wealth, I have never purchased a new car or made a car payment. Stated differently, I always buy used cars for cash. I live in San Francisco. Therefore, before driving all the way to Campbell to see K&F’s offerings, I did a considerable amount of Internet shopping. My research indicated that a good collection of well equipped Lexus, Mercedes and BMW autos could be viewed at K&F. I would guess that nearly all of these cars are auction vehicles, which means that someone originally leased them and then turned them in at the end of the lease period. They then ended up on the K&F lot because Omied bought them at auction.
I purchased a fully loaded 2005 LS430 with 11,000+ miles in March of 2008. This car with all the trimmings had cost nearly $ 70,000 when it was new. I paid Omied $ 40,000, which means that some mindless idiot had spent roughly $ 30,000 for the privilege of driving the first 11,000 miles. That’s my kind of transaction. That’s partly why I’m rich.
My wife was with me and wanted to purchase and ES350, but she was so fussy about what she wanted that nothing on the lot met her specifications. Ordinarily, one would simply expect to go home empty handed, but not at K&F. Omied wrote down all her requirements and promised to go shopping for her at the auction lots. Within about 90 days, Omied called and announced that he had picked up the car my wife wanted. It was a 2007 ES350 with all the goodies she had specified, including interior and exterior colors. For all this special service, she paid $ 32,000 for the car. I have no idea what it cost when it was new. I didn’t care. I was adequately impressed with the service she had received.
The next time I need a car, I’m going to call Omied. I won’t even go look at it. I’ll just tell him what I want, and when he finds it, I’ll simply drive down and pick it up. He make it that painless.
BTW, the reviewer who claimed that the owner is «racist toward white people» probably doesn’t realize that Iranians ARE «white people». I’m about as lily white as you get and my wife is Chinese. I grew up in the barrio of East Los Angeles, and it’s my experience that those who are the first to yell «racism» tend to be the ones who are the racists. In any case, we love our cars as well as the treatment we received at K&F while acquiring them. Fear not for how you will be treated.

Not an employee, but I am a customer. I bought a Lexus LS430 in August of 2008. It is a smaller lot with probably 30 cars. Omied was the younger gentleman that helped me. He was very low pressure and allowed me to view the cars with out him over my shoulder. I spent a good hour or so just sitting in the cars playing with the different options. That alone bumps this place up a couple of stars. When it came down to making the purchase he was willing to work with me. He even swapped out the wheels from the car I purchased with some Chrome rims from another LS430 on the lot. He helped me find financing. I was having a very hard time getting approved and tried through a number of banks and ever another dealership. I’m sure Omied had a difficult time as well but was very nice about it and was able to get me financed through a local bank. The car I purchased was missing a floormatt in the back and he pulled one out of the next car that came through his lot with the same color interior. He was also willing to help with anything I needed through his connection at Lexus Dealership Service Center. It was a very pleasant experience.
To the previous poster who commented that the cars are auction vehicles. Of course they are, how else would he be purchasing his cars? He doesn’t get direct lease returns like a Lexus Dealership would. The one owner car deal, I believe they used carfax to confirm it was owned by one person. The stickers on the windshield were «Carfax one owner» labeled.
Take this persons negative experience with a grain of salt. Based on my own I would assume most people have positive experiences at this dealership.

not the place to go for a car… seriously.
i went here over the weekend and was looking at a couple vehicles. the majority of these cars are auction vehicles (they won’t tell you this up front). what was most disappointing, is that these guys don’t do ANY leg work in finding out the history of these vehicles. they even tout that the cars on their site are «1 owner» — there’s no way they could know this. i was worried about whether service had been done on the cars i was looking at and ended up having to call several dealerships and ask for history on the cars with the VIN number. after this time consuming process was over, it ends up that neither of the cars i was looking at had been serviced at the dealerships at all — which makes no sense because cars are under a bumper to bumper warranty for 0−50k miles.
anyway, totally shady. i highly recommend not going here. service sucked too — i wouldn’t be surprised if the user review of «5 stars» was a friend or employee of this place.
