Just Go! specializes in affordable wheelchair accessible transportation. All vans are equipped with ramps or lifts, four floor hooks to secure the car with, and a two point shoulder/​lap belt that ensures our clients ride in safety and comfort. But that’s not all we do. We also specialize in one-​on-​one personal care. So no matter where you’re going, to a doctor, a wedding, to a party or the beach, JustGo! can get you there.

History

Established in 2008.

Just Go! started with one wheelchair accessible van, one client, and a mission to provide freedom, service and improved quality of life to our clients. Today we have grown to seven vans, have served more than 5000 clients, and have become one of the most unique, flexible, and trusted wheelchair accessible services in the Silicon Valley. I was born and raised here in Silicon Valley (or Santa Clara Valley as we used to call it) and have worked in the transportation business most of my working life. In 2006 I left a large package delivery and logistics company to work with the public on a deeper level. Armed with a vision and a single wheelchair van, I started Just Go! It’s been one of the most personally rewarding choices I’ve ever made. I’m so happy this company has become exactly what I’d hoped it would.

I have been working with Thom for more than 6 years now… I wish Unilocal could allow me to give him way more stars. He is very passionate about his company and gives every patient the time and attention they need. He also always does his best to accommodate everyone’s needs and special requests. My patients REALLY enjoy the experience and having nothing but great things to say about Thom. It is very obvious that he loves what he does every day. Working with Thom to arrange transportation is a breeze. You can schedule a transportation via phone call, request via his website, fax, email even text message if you need to. All the resources are there people! This makes it SUPER easier than other companies. Also Thom is one of the few business owners that are actually out on the field with his team doing what they do every day, transporting patients! Thom is very easy to work with, trustable, resourceful and most of RELABILE!
I will continue to refer everyone to him!

If you’ve got to get someone in a wheelchair somewhere on time with minimum hassle, JustGo is the best way to go! Tom is a great guy, as are his drivers.
Making an appointment is easy, and they’ll be there on time. I’m glad Outreach and public transportation are available as low-​cost options, but there’s a lot of uncertainty involved, and the transit time is longer. JustGo is a premium service that doesn’t get a taxpayer subsidy, so expect to pay more. But it’s worth it!

These folks go above and beyond to help their clients. My sister uses their services due to painful and extensive surgeries that have required her to be in a wheelchair for over four months. Just Go has picked her up and brought her home for every appointment. I got to see them in action when my sister moved into my house for a month. Tom helped us determine the best route for getting my sister out of the house and then back in, and really partnered with us in advocating for her health and safety. Whenever my sister has needed to contact them regarding plan changes, they have been reliable and responsive. My family is very lucky that my sister got connected with Just Go.

As an employee at a continuing care retirement community in Cupertino, Tom has been my contact for transportation needs for almost two years now, and the quality of work he and his team of drivers deliver are SUPERB! They have a selection of vans that are wheelchair accessible, and it’s been a huge help for me when arranging medical appointments for our Skilled Nursing residents that are unable to walk. The vehicles are spacious, which is great so you don’t feel overcrowded. Rates vary, as expected to with taxi services, but I feel they are appropriate and have never questioned them.
Another great thing about JustGo is that Tom and his team are real genuine people, and want nothing more to do but to make sure you’re taken care of. I get nothing but compliments every time we enlist him for help, and have been told plenty of times I need to poach them to work for our department!
I have nothing but good words for these people. The drivers are great, knowledgeable and sincere people — which are the exact traits you should be looking for when medical appointments are involved.
