Marvel Cake

This is my first review on Unilocal!Marvel deserves it! Look at our baby shower cakes, how amazing they are! None of our guests doesn’t love them.

I was celebrating my son’s first birthday and searching a lot for a custom cake. My theme was royal prince and i wanted cake which can match with my theme. I fortunately found this bakery which met all the requirements I had in mind. Maryam is really nice. We were first talking through text messages and then she called me late at night. I was so stressed because it was just one week left for the party. But after talking to her (Maryum), i felt so relaxed… And trust me cake was really beautiful and delicious. Everyone was so amazed with the cake design and taste… Thank you Maryam for making our party a great success!

I wanted to order an iPhone birthday cake for my friend’s birthday. It was my first personalized cake order so I had no idea how long ago I should have ordered the cake, so I called Maryam five days before my friend’s bday. She was so nice to squeeze me in her busy schedule. Honestly, I wasn’t expected too much of it since it was a last minute call, but the cake came out even better than I imagined. It was very detailed and tasted so good. Everybody at the party absolutely loved it. The way I put the taste in the party was, heaven in my mouth. Also I was surprised that how big the cake was. It was totally worth every single penny. I will definitely reorder from Marvel Cakes.
Ps: Maryam is such a sweetheart, she was very patient with me through the whole process.

Maryam did a cake for my daughters 11^th birthday. We had a carnival themed party, the cake was AMAZING! So moist so much flavor it was such a big hit!!! Thank you so much Maryam!

Maryam makes the best cake in the world. She has been making my kids birthday cakes for a few years now and each time she amazes me with the looks and the taste of the cake. Its always very fresh and looks beautiful.

We have been making my son’s birthday cakes for the last three years after he was diagnosed with a gluten allergy. I looked and looked for a bakery close by that would make it and then I found Maryam. Not only was the gluten free cake a hit (none of the 25 kids noticed and ate it all!) But she duplicated gymnastics cake I found online! The little figures look like my son! He loved his cake and we couldn’t be happier!

Maryam did a great job with my semi– customized cake. The cake was a bit pricey but ready on time, looked great and tasted great. Everybody loved it! Thank you Maryam! :-)

I asked Maryam to make a birthday cake for my 3-​year daughter’s SnowWhite theme birthday party. She did an awesome job!!! We couldn’t be happier with the cake. It’s so beautiful and yummy and she did definitely more than what we expected! The price was very reasonable too! Will absolutely work with her for our future events.

Beautiful cake, traveled well and was made well. Unfortunately it has to sugary for the kids at the party and the cake lacked flavor. Really wished it had more frosting and less fondant.

I’m so happy I found this place ! I needed a last minute birthday cake and was able to get accommodated right away! I gave Maryam a 1 and a half day notice for a cake order and she was so helpful and everything was communicated through text message. I sent her a picture of the cake and she was able to make it with no hesitation. My mother in law loved the cake !! Definitely will be coming here again

I called Maryam last week to see if she could do a cake for my sons birthday party which was 6 days away and every other place said they couldn’t and it was Halloween! She was super nice and I could text her some ideas of what we wanted and it was just a great easy process! The cake turned out great! Everyone was really happy and impressed! Thank you again! My sister handed me an envelope that concealed the gender of her baby on Monday night and informed me there will be a gender revealing party Thursday night. She wanted me to order a cake that would reveal the baby’s gender when she cuts into the cake.
I scrambled Monday night & Tuesday morning to find a bakery that would customize a beautiful & delicious cake and have it ready in 2 days for pick up. I’m glad I found Marvel Cake because Maryam was able to make a gorgeous & great tasting cake in such a short time frame!!!

I rarely write review but this is a review that I have to write as Marvel Cake is AMAZING! I have had cakes and cupcakes made my Maryam and she has yet to disappoint! I can not rave enough about how delicious her cakes and cupcakes are, moist, delicious and just out of this world! I am a hater of fondants as they taste nothing but waxy and chalky but Maryam made me a fondant lover. Her fondants are amazingly delicious. Besides from her delicious cakes and cupcakes, her artistry and creativity is spot on. Maryam has made my sister’s bridal shower cake and my co-​workers baby shower cupcakes and both times she far exceeded my expectation and brought me beautiful and amazing cakes and cupcakes! Maryam has officially became my go to cake lady in the bay area.
Do not hesitate to call Maryam and order your cakes and cupcakes today as she will not disappoint! If I could, I would give her 10 stars!

It was a Wednesday morning when I got the request from my CEO to order a camera shaped cake for our Monday all-​hands lunch. Our company made a big sale and wanted to celebrate. Naturally, this cake needed to be of high-​quality. 5 days is not very much time to get a high quality cake ordered & delivered… but Maryam came to the rescue.
I have only ordered a fancy cake once (for my wedding) so I needed to hunt for a reputable master baker to help complete my mission. I scoured Unilocal and came across Marvel Cake. I saw the glorious reviews and incredible pictures. I called & emailed Maryam in a panic seeing as most places need a 2 week lead time. Maryam got back to me pretty promptly and listened to the specifics of my order. She hadn’t made a cake like I was describing before so asked me to send some pictures to help (which is awesome and made me feel better that she would execute my vision).
Maryam was incredibly busy that weekend which made me even more worried that her other cakes would take a top priority. I’ll be honest, I am a nervous nelly. Maryam was very good at responding back to my many questions over the weekend and was able to fulfill all requests.
When Maryam delivered the cake and opened the box to show me I was astounded. I knew from her pictures that she was capable of creating beautiful works of art, but holy cow was I blown away. All the specific details I wanted were included. When we showed off the cake to the company people were pushing eachother out of the way to take pictures. The faces of my executives however was when I knew I made the right choice with Marvel Cake. Impressing my CEO & COO such that their jaws literally dropped upon seeing the cake was a glorious moment.
As if that wasn’t enough, the cake was pretty darn delicious too!
