Jim and his services are 5 star! He was professional, courteous, on time and the quality of work is fabulous. As the proud owner of a small dog, my carpets get very dirty quickly, and I need them cleaned every 3 months. today Jim Graham came to my cottage and steam cleaned my carpet. I keep telling my self what a great job he did. The carpet is totally clean except for one spot. I found Jim by studying the content of various ratings on Unilocal and Jim sounded like the man to do the job. He is a spot detective and really is determined to leaving your carpet beautiful and spotless. I will not say how long it has been since I had my carpet cleaned but I will surely have Jim do our office in Campbell. As a psychologist I know people and would describe Jim as down to earth, professional and motivated to get good results. He is very thorough and has up to date equipment! Jim cleaned our living room and did a fantastic job!
He was able to come same day, was punctual, and very professional.

Jim did a great job in my home! One of my carpets is over 15 years old and had many stains from pets, art projects and even paint. He went out of his way to spot clean those tough ones and even got the majority of the stains cleared or at least less visible. He also did an area rug and a small special oriental rug for me. The house feels so much cleaner now! Jim is friendly and helpful, very reliable and priced fairly. I highly recommend him!

Jim was so helpful and friendly. It was easy to get a quote from him when we started the process and quick to make time for me in his busy schedule. He was very reasonably priced as well. My landlord at the time was particular none the less and had very high expectations. Very professional, friendly, fast and effective! Jim came, install everything and, in a no time, my carpet in my studio healing room was cleaner that I ever saw it before. If you need real care for your carpet Jim is the person to go. Oh, I forgot to mention about the price! Very affordable. I called Jim this morning to inquire about his services after inspecting my newly leased apartment and finding the carpets in worse than expected condition. Since I have movers coming in tomorrow with all of my belongings, Jim offered to swing by later in the day while the apartment was still empty. He was able to accommodate my schedule perfectly and showed up exactly at our agreed upon time.
Although my landlord claims to have cleaned the carpets, I was amazed at the amount of dirt Jim’s equipment was able to remove. He was extremely thorough to the point of using additional heavy duty machinery to take out some supposedly permanent stains. I am very satisfied with the results and found his rates to be more than reasonable. I highly recommend Jim to anyone needing professional, friendly carpet cleaning services!

Jim Graham does an amazing job turning the most sickening carpets into the most pristine spreads you have ever seen.
Jim is on time, professional, gives great estimates, and is considerate for the home owners. I have used him for a variety of listings and for my personal residence. Jim has also done work for countless other agents and clients, and I have always heard good things.

I called Jim’s website number yesterday afternoon, he was here at 9:00am as he had promised to be.
He gave me the best price of all 4 companies I called.
He came and got to work right away, once he was done the carpet looked brand new. I have two dogs, who live in the room where this carpet is, lots of hair, stains and one of them threw up twice on it yesterday morning — TMI. And today it looks as if no one has ever walked on it.
I’m really happy with Jim’s work and he will be coming back to keep my carpet nice and clean so my toddler can play in that room even though my dogs use it.
Don’t waste your money or time calling someone else, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed in using Jim.
