Terry and Gladys have DONE IT AGAIN!!! They always provide top notch customer service and never fail to impress! The most recent transaction they helped me with was a refinance on my home that went without a hitch!!! I have been working with Terry for over 15 years and would HIGHLY recommend him and his team for your mortgage needs!!! I don’t call him the «Money Guru» for nothing!!! He simply knows his stuff and I couldn’t ask for a better team to work with!!!

Terry, melody, and Gladys are a mortgage dream team. They have over 30 years of professional experience and they actually meet with you to advise and be there to get things done when you need it. Buying a house is such an important step needing experts and not rookies.

Terry & Gladys were a great team to work with, probably the best. I am a first time home buyer and he was very thorough, patient and walked me through all of my questions and did not hesitate to go above and offer me info I had not even thought of. Terry came recommended to us by our real estate agent after having a couple of lackluster experiences with other mortgage brokers. My husband and I were motivated to buy our first home here in California, but still weren’t positive what we could afford and what our options were. After our first meeting with Terry we were practically giddy about the fact that we so clearly understood our options. He is the absolute master of clear and concise spreadsheets, which is exactly what we were looking for. He went over the pros and cons of the interest rates we could choose, and took into account the tax implications of each, which made a big difference in our decision (and was something neither other brokers we saw laid out for us).
We of course had many, many questions along the way and Terry (and his wonderful assistant, Gladys) was incredibly responsive, even while on vacation. When we had an offer accepted, he was quick to get everything in order and stayed on top of every tiny detail to make sure there were no hiccups along the way. I had co-​signed on another home loan for a family member who was thinking of refinancing and he took the time to sort through his finances and recommend a refinance plan, which was way above and beyond what we expected of him.
We couldn’t recommend Terry enough. He made the process of getting a home loan as smooth as it could be and we will definitely be back when we decide to refinance or buy a new home down the road.
*Update: We just refinanced our home with Terry and had another great experience. He was again up front and clear with us about all of our options and everything went smoothly in the process. Will look forward to working with him once again when we are ready to buy another home.

My husband and I first meet Terry about 5 years ago when he helped us through the process of buying our first home– a townhouse with and FHA loan. He was absolutely wonderful through the process. Since then we have referred several friends to him and they have all been extremely happy with his professionalism and high standards.
Recently we sold our townhouse and purchased a new home. Again, Terry went above and beyond for us. He wrote a custom letter to the seller for each offer we made to help increase our chances of offer acceptance. He continued to impress us and our agent all the way through the process.

This review is long over due. My husband and I were first time buyers when we started working with Terry. We had already been looking for 2 years when we met him. We met with several brokers prior to him. One broker literally told «buy anything in this market, doesn’t matter where, just get in.» Really? It would only make sense to me that if I have to live there I’m going to want to be there. I don’t want to be scared to go home. Another broker told us if we were still looking at buying under FHA he would not help us because he would not make enough for him to spend his time on us.
Terry was great first time we met he assured us he would get it done and be there for us. He helped us understand different options of putting in our offers and breaking down what things would look like on paper depending on how we closed.
Him and his staff are always available for help. Everyone is very nice.
When we needed an approval letter for an offer there was never a delay.
We’ve been in our new house about 7 months. And from the day we closed Terry said if we need anything not to hesitate to email or call him. I have taken advantage of this with some tax stuff that has come in the mail and he has never hesitated to email me back with in a couple minutes of my email including some I send late at night.
I have sent his card to everyone i know shopping for a home and highly highly recommend working with Terry.

We worked with Terry Gordon and loved every minute of it. Terry was incredibly thorough and informative. His response to questions and email queries was always very well researched and thought out. His responses to «what if we…» questions were well researched and very well documented. I would post a question early in the morning and within a few hours would have my answer or actually answers as Terry would provide a range of possible actions. My wife and I loved working with Terry. It made our purchase easy and mistake free. As I told Terry recently, a buyer would be foolish not to use Terry!
