Dutchess Intimates Boutique

I was back at Dutchess, again, for some unique items and lingerie. I am always impressed by their selection, but more importantly the ladies that work there are awesome! They really have great customer service, and they always do a great job helping me make my selections. It’s so nice to have a great lingerie store where they are professional, helpful and always put the customer first!
I will definitely be back soon to make my holiday purchases!

I love the fact that Dutchess has started to carry dresses now. I recently went and purchased a really cute dress which I love and it wasn’t too expensive either.
I also like the that they carry Save The Ta Tas line of clothing as well. I’ve already purchased 3 things from this line.
Everyone needs to visit this cozy cute boutique if you want great service and a good selection of products.
Don’t forget that being a small boutique they do run out of items or selection gets low sometimes, but that’s because people are buying up the product and you have to wait till Melaine, the owner brings in more product. You can always call and ask when new shippments come in so that you’ll be sure you can go when everything is stocked up.

I went back 2 weeks ago. I really do like this place, just have to have the expectation that they are a small boutique and won’t have a huge quantity of everything. I picked up a couple nice sexy pieces, nice lingere is not cheap and it’s nice that the ladies that work here are so sweet.
She even gave my daughter a really bracelet. They have a toy box to keep the kids entertained.

I’ve strolled down downtown Campbell a couple of times already, and have always noticed Dutchess, but never got the chance to come in. Today I was in the area because I had an hair appointment nearby, and I was an hour early so I decided to stop by Dutchess. Came in and was instantly greeted by two beautiful ladies and a beautiful corset that caught my site. Black &Pink corset! (I’m not very fond of pink) This corset caught my eyes instantly! I came over looked at the sizes, Small &Medium. Got the small, and one of the ladies asked if she could start a fitting room for me. «Of course ;)» Looked around a little more, there weren’t many choices to chose from.
I tried on my one and only choice, and guess what? I loved it and my mom loved it too so she bought it for me!!! I knew I was sold once I saw it! So so so happy! Got leggings to go along with it, and guess what?! I got $ 10 off my purchase since I spent more then $ 50! (You have to check in on Unilocal in order to get $ 10 off a purchase of $ 50+) YAY Unilocal! It was like I got the leggings for free.
I’m really happy with my service here, and I would totally come back to browse more. One more thing one of the ladies also gave me a very helpful booklet of Silicon Valley Shop.Dine.Mingle. Thanks!

I first stopped by during Boogie on the Bayou so it was a bit crowded but everyone was super friendly and more than willing to help me. Because I was with friends, I didn’t really have time to look around but I came back a few days later. I met the owner, Melanie, who is so sweet and makes you feel super comfortable. She’s very knowledgeable and responds to the needs of her customers.
The décor is classic boudoir and girly, which makes shopping fun. Prices are very reasonable and there is a wide selection to appeal to almost anyone’s tastes in lingerie. The size selection is the best I’ve ever seen. I have a very difficult time finding my size and normally have to order online, but now I know I can go to Dutchess and find it!
I have to say this was, hands down, the best lingerie shopping experience I’ve ever had.

I love this place! Melanie is great at helping you find exactly what you need.
They have a fun selection of items that you don’t see everywhere else.
It is a boutique so come frequently to see what’s new and get your size before someone else snags it!

I love so much about Dutchess, but it’s easy to know where to start: the owner, Melanie — she’s what makes this intimate place so approachable and fun! I was completely taken by surprise that Melanie remembered my name on the second time I entered her store, but then again, she is so amazingly personable and attentive that maybe it’s not surprising that she has that superpower.
Fortunately for lingerie addicts like me, there is a varied selection of beautiful and well-​made «sexy little nothings» (and thankfully, nothing is outrageously expensive!) so I can add a few pieces every season. And because (sigh) sometimes pajamas are necessary when it’s cold, at least I know where to find ones that look lovely, not juvenile.
Also lucky for me, my size is difficult to come by, but I *always* find something in my size that I love and can’t wait to wear! Melanie really knows her customers, too, so although she will never pressure to buy something, she keeps an eye out for things that might appeal to specific customers. If you read any of my other reviews, you know I’m really big on small businesses and «personal touch,» and that’s because of places like Dutchess who provide the kind of authentic attention and atmosphere you can only find in smaller stores.
Another aspect of Dutchess that really makes it stand out is the total customer experience. Not only does Melanie’s store have the personality and charm of a boutique, you can tell she put so much thought into its design. (I’m really interested in «design thinking,» and that’s what came to mind, the first time I visited.) A few examples: the chandelier, which adds class and elegance, setting the perfect tone among the beautiful, well-​chosen items; the similarly elegant dressing room, with curtains, bright yet flattering lighting, bra fitting guide, plus high heels and a robe; and the organization of the store so that the more personal, specialty items are more discreetly located than «the usual suspects» of panties and accessories.
All in all, you can’t find a better place to treat yourself to something sexy and new, or a warmer, more knowledgeable atmosphere to choose a gift for the deserving special lady in your life!

The store is super-​cute and the service is excellent but the selection is just not there. I was told that the store is still recovering from Valentine’s Day but it has been 3 weeks already so I’m not sure if that’s a great excuse.
I had a Groupon to use but it was so difficult to find anything that I actually like in stock. It seems like they only carry a couple of each size so when they’re out, they’re out. I ended up buying a CK bra/​panties set that cost me $ 45 even with the Groupon discount. Maybe I tend to buy cheap lingerie because I was shocked by the price tag.
Anyway, since I had to buy something anyway, I took it but I had really hoped that I’d find a lot more items to choose from.

Went there yesterday to get my present for myself and the loved one. Walked in to an empty store and was greeted by Melanie who was in the middle of eating and who immediately got up to help me (anyone who gets up in the middle of a good meal to do something else is an angel) =) She asked me for what, when, and how sexy. She made suggestions and hooked up some naugthy nickies for me. Before I knew it the store had multiple customers and she was zooming all over the place. Even with that she was very helpful and didn’t rush me out of the fitting room for the next customer. I forgot my debit card at home and she doesn’t accept checks so, I had to make my trek to the bank. Good thing she put the things on hold for me and was very understanding. I walked out with a few complete outfits (stockings, bras, undies, etc) and a smile.
Unfortunately…
I had brought all my things I think at full price including a bra. Too bad I didn’t get the discount posted on Unilocal for it. I also forgot to check-​in here.
Fortunately…
I still love this place and will be coming back for a long time… They have cute bras for all sizes including D-​cups (my size) which is great! A lot of D-​cup and up bras look like 2 beanies attached. Can’t wait to see the new stuff and hopefully they’ll have my size.

I promised myself a year ago I’d write a review. Everyone there has been so helpful and patient, offering me options well within my budget. I go for girly froofy OMG MY BF is gonna love this sort of stuff, not the bras, though I’ve heard good things about those too.
Personalized service, a super cute mascot (Mushu, WOOT!), incredible patience with my 6 year old when I’ve brought her, no-​pressure sales, a Groupon I’m DYING to spend, and gift wrapping with every purchase makes this a place I will happily frequent for years to come.

OK, I’m not your usual lingerie shopper. I’m about 15 lbs overweight, pushing 40, and have saggy boobs. Anyway, I went to the Dutchess Boutique because I needed a bra that would hold up the aforementioned 40-​yo, saggy boobies in a strapless bridesmaid dress that should have been worn by a perky 25 year old.
The owner was very, very nice. She made me feel very comfortable and quickly helped me find the right size and the perfect bra for the dress. I never had an «official» bra fitting before, which is the entire reason I came. I agree with the other poster who said «better than Nordstrom service at a Macy’s price.»
The store was also full of cute slutty lingerie outfits. If only I were younger and thinner and hotter…

The only way I could describe Dutchess is better than Nordstrom service and selection with Macy’s prices. My friend got a coupon and invited me to come with her. I really needed a bra but didn’t feel like spending $ 80+ on one (which is what it always ends up costing me).
We came into Dutchess, Melanie greeted us and she helped me pick out a few bras. I felt really comfortable with her and got even more comfortable when I saw the prices. She helped me adjust, showed me what to look for when bra fitting and she REALLY knows her inventory/​brands. I ended up buying 2 bras, panties and a bra converter (to make any bra a racerback) for $ 90!
If you are thinner and have a larger cup size, come here instead of Nordstrom!

I had a girlfriend’s bridal shower to attend and what better gift to get the bride-​to-​be than lingerie for her honeymoon?! I didn’t want to go to the mall, because I wanted something unique. I was also looking for something classy and most importantly, sexy. I stumbled upon Dutchess Intimates Boutique on Unilocal and after reading the great reviews, I decided to check them out.
The boutique was small and very cute. They didn’t have a huge variety, but they did have a good selection of affordable and quality lingerie. I liked how they had a little section especially for brides too. I found what I was looking for with ease and the owner was super sweet and helpful. If I’m ever looking for lingerie again, I will definitely come back here.

Who doesn’t want to feel like a wanton sex goddess? There is something to be said for a place that has both classy and racy and sexy without being slutty. The lingerie in this classy little boutique is top notch quality.
I was impressed with the bridal selection (because men like white, and it doesn’t always connote bridal). Equally impressive is the owner, Melanie. She helped size me and of course, like every woman, I’ve been wearing the wrong size bras. Hello D club! Thanks for the warm welcome.
If you want some classy panties for yourself, or for your man, make a stop in. Melanie is serious about her selection and makes her orders waaaay ahead of time (she was talking making orders for Spring 2011).

I had a good experience my first time here. Thanks to Groupon, I bought $ 60 worth of things for $ 30! Cool! Although I came after the V-​day weekend, a lot of their stock was running low (to be expected). I was lucky to find a few things in my size though.
The girl working that day was helpful, engaged me in conversation, and answered all my questions along with providing me with suggestions for something they didn’t have there.
However, after reading about all the great reviews on Unilocal,I expected a lot more. They do carry cute items here, but one main thing I noticed was that they carry Jezebel lingerie. Macy’s does too, but you get discounts at Macy’s… It was also a pretty tiny store and I was hoping they carried more corsets. Oh well.

I’m doing all my lingerie shopping here from now on!
They have tons of cute merchandise that ranges from sensible/​practical to cute and flirty, then there’s the down right sexy or sultry lines. I loved everything they had in store and I really had to resist the urge to buy everything in sight.
The owner is super friendly and helpful, plus she is just as pretty as the items she carries in this adorable boutique. The prices here are very reasonable and there is also a sale and clearance area for marked down items.

Love love love! Came here today to purchase a Save the Tatas shirt and the owner was SO friendly. She wasn’t stuck up like other boutiques I have been too. They carry a lot of Betsey Johnson intimates and the bras have padding in them that is shaped like lips and everything is so adorable. I walked out with a shirt and a full lingerie set for under $ 70. Score! I have found my new place to shop for lingerie!
