It was several months ago, but I bought a used — but in pristine condition — macbook pro from Donn at a very reasonable, depreciated price! He helped me with the transfer from my previous macbook, and it has been working flawlessly ever since.

Donn is a genius. I had two complicated MAC issues and he was «johnny on the spot» to help. The first was an audio /​iTunes streaming issue vis-​a-​vis my Bang and Olufson TV. We worked out several solutions from Apple TV to connecting my MacBook and using AirFoil… they guy is a braniac. My second issue had to do with iCloud and reminders. It was obscure and we solved it over a period of 48 hours via email. Again, no one in Apple support could help nor any other online service. Go with Donn. You won’t be sorry.

Dandy MAc is the man you need to call when you have any MAC issues… i was having major problems with my screen image. Donn was able to trouble shot right the exact problem. In and out in 30 minutes and my new screen is great. He also did a quick update of my all my operating systems and gave me some tips to help keep it running smoothly. What happens when your MacBook Pro freezes while your Outlook is rebuilding your database, and you cannot find your identity, and the associated 21,000 emails, numerous contacts and all the notes you’ve made over the last 6 years that are tres important to your business?
(Oh, yeah, and you haven’t backed up in a while. I KNOW, I KNOW.)
A. Freak out.
B. Email Donn, who gives you some advice over email, and makes an appointment to see you after the weekend.
C. Have Donn come in, put everything back to normal, and also clean up your computer so it works faster.
D. Breathe a sigh of relief while meekly taking Donn’s admonishments over not backing up and resolve to buy a backup drive the minute he leaves.
Donn also valiantly tried to recover some corrupted USBs I had, and though he couldn’t, I can tell he will do everything he can, in his power, to get your data back.
Plus, he’s a cool guy who is fun to chat with!

Real brief–
Spoke with Don for 3 mionutes — described my problem — he explained that the softweare I am using is incompatible with the Snow Leopard operating system and that I needed to upgrade my software — somthing that noone else seemed to be able to tell me. No charge!
If I have problems with my Mac again — he is my man.

Donn is an exceptional mac technician. I worked with him to move my email and website to godaddy. He was prompt, friendly, and focused on getting the job done in a timely manner.
When problems came up he was also able to log onto my screen and fix it from his home. Nice trick.
