What’s not to love about Baskins Robbins, formally 31 Flavors.
There is something here for everyone, any age.
But I can honestly say, that the World Class Chocolate is my own personal kryptonite.
A heavenly swirl of milk chocolate and white chocolate mousse. On a cone, in a cup, as a shake or sundae. It’s amazing.
Feel free to sample everything else as there are at least 30 more delicious Flavors.

So far this is my favorite baskin Robbins place ! It has a drive thru omg !!! And not only that but it’s pretty big and clean on the inside, as well as bright which I like. Like this location seems very sanitary and welcoming. I love the flavor jamoca the way that it’s made it is really good. Ice cream is literally on point. But one less star because of the price too expensive :-(

This is my kids’ favorite place. I will buy them ice creams once a while here. The place is clean, the staff is quick and patient.

Jamocha almond fudge? Yes please. This BR is located next to a workout gym. You can run the treadmill and stare at this while you work out and get sweat working the BR ice cream off your hips.
Don’t want anyone to see you? Use the drive-​thru, the staff here are super nice and would never tell.

I ordered a cake from here that was not pre-​made and Colby went out of his way to get it ready on time for me! This is by far the best Baskin Robbins I have ordered from in Northern CA. It’s very clean too and the servers all smile and are genuine.

I love the german chocolate cake flavor! It is so yummy!
I love coconuts (as you can see on my name) and I love chocolate ! so it is a perfect mixture.
The girl who worked there was very nice and friendly. I asked her to try many flavors and she was nice about it so overall, I’m very happy! :)

Not sure how to rate this place. It’s clean, the flavors are a plenty and reasonably priced. It’s not the best ice cream I’ve eaten but it is solid. My daughter lives their soft serve and their hot fudge is A+.

This is my favorite Baskin Robin location.
There is a constant flow of people who come and go. There is indoor seating and they even have a drive through. This is the only ice cream place that I know of that you can order ice cream in your car.
The flavors are the same everywhere, but the customer service here is great. They let you know about the sizes and they give plenty of sprinkles on your scoops. There are many different types of cones too. They have your regular cake, sugar, and waffle cones, but they also have red velvet waffle and sugar cones! To make them even better, they are also dipped in chocolate and sprinkles or nuts.

Love 31 flavors and this particular store in Campbell has a drive through. Makes being bad (calories) easy.

Stopped here for a late-​night treat earlier this week. The coffee flavors are probably my favorites: there’s a java one and the standard coffee flavor, and both are good but distinctly different. Chocolate peanut butter is also a favorite flavor and it mixes well with either of the coffees.
Favorite thing here is the liberal use of sprinkles. No stinginess here!
Also, gotta love the trademark pink spoons. Simple, distinctive, and so cute.
Service, pricing, and cleanliness on par with other locations– nothing out of the ordinary either way. Love how this location is conveniently located by the theater– bet they get a lot of their business that way.

Like I always say, «there’s always room for dessert!»
After getting ‘All you can eat’ sushi with the boyfriend at Kenzo, we rushed all the way here to get some ice cream before we passed out from food coma. To our surprise when arriving, we realized there was a drive-​thru. So being the big fatties that my boyfriend and I are, we sat in the car and waited for our turn to order our ice cream in the speaker!
A wild and reckless scoop in a sugar cone and a mint chocolate chip in a cup togo please!
Paid for our ice creams, got our change, ice cream in a cup and cone, then off we go!
PS: friendly service! :)

Go to the Baskin Robbins off Winchester. I’m a frequent visitor at BR and this one always comes up short.

Damn you BR… with your convenient DRIVE-​THRU for ice cream!
I don’t even have to haul my FAT ASS out of the car to get my 120 calories a scoop.

I finally decided to give in and try out this Baskin Robbins. BR has always been my number 1 to-​go when I’m in the mood for mint chocolate chip ice cream. This flavor from BR tops all ice cream brands (just my personal opinion).
Grades (A = excellent; B = very good; C = just ok; D = eh please improve; F = Avoid at all costs)
Drive through: Wow — what BR has a drive through? It was really convenient because I was in a rush. Grade: A
Scoop size: I grade this an A at this location. Perhaps I just happen to be lucky to get huge scoops? I asked the drive through worker to give me two large double scoops (I stressed the word «large»). Boy were they extremely generous! Other BR I’ve been to hardly ever give a decent scoop. Let’s face it, we probably already know that the size of the ice cream scoop depends on how much the owner has told his/​her workers to give customers. Grade: A
Customer service: Excellent customer service. The young man was courteous, smiled, and gave me extra napkins without me asking for more napkins. Grade: A
Overall grade: A. I’m going back there for more and I’m treating my kids! :o)

I just moved into the neighborhood and found this BR has a drive-​thru. Great concept of convience and being speedy. I WAS WRONG! After trying out the drive-​thru a few times, my experiences have been very poor. It takes an average of 15 minutes to get to the window… all those times had either one or two cars infront of me.
I’m giving this three stars because when you are in the store, the people are nice and the place is clean. I advise you to save your gas and time by going inside to order.

A freaking drive through Baskin-​Robbins! Never would have imagined that so had to try. Ok, it didn’t make it taste better but it certainly had a great nostalgic appeal to it.
Coffee Chocolate Blast is super rich, creamy and chocolately!
Overall Thoughts
Just when I thought I seen every drive thru, what a treat it was to see something new!

I have yet to try out, but this place has a drive-​through. That’s pretty cool! That means you can just come here in your PJ’s and not worrying about other customers!
I usually go inside the store and order my ice cream. Yeah, it’s pretty boring, I know. But that’s because I don’t crave ice cream right before I go to bed.
One time I ordered kid size scoop as I was watching my calories, but they didn’t make any fuss about it. The store is clean and I really like coming here.

OMG DRIVE THRU!!! Are u freaking serious??? Grab your munchie fiendin’ friends in whatever they got on, pile ‘em in your car, and get your good ol’ 31 flavors ice cream fix! Double of pistacho nut and cookies’n’cream please! Service is fast, you don’t have to get out of the comforts of your house-​music-​blaring car, and nobody can see you in your rockin’ PJs and bunny slippers. Nice!

I don’t usually care to review chain places, but this baskin robbins had memorable customer service.
I ordered a cake for my bf’s bday early in the morning and the lady who took my order was really patient and answered all my questions.
Later I realized that I may have overestimated the people coming, and they were super nice about me switching to a smaller cake and the guy who worked there ran around showing me other «better» cakes. It was service with a smile– very cool and sweet ;)

I can’t believe they have a DRIVE-​Thru there! I got the Maui Brownie Madness and it was YUMMY!!! I could not believe it was Low fat Yogurt! We got quick service but as we were walking out the 4^th grade class showed up and there was a line to the parking lot! We were glad we were done ;))
I do think it’s so odd they are next door to the Right Stuff Gym. Like that will get you to not go ;)) BR is still pretty good overall!
