About Balloonatics

Our History and Values

Balloonatics was started in 1982 by Connie Curry in her Saratoga, CA home. She began by delivering balloon bouquets with creativity and excitement. The business soon grew to fulfill her vision, large scale decorating and unique environments. Since then we have had one basic philosophy: To sell unique and well-​designed balloon presentations for special events at reasonable prices. We provide expressive and professional balloon bouquets, customized centerpieces, sculptures, corporate logos, and exploding balloons for a wide variety of events and celebrations.

We have always been excited about our beautiful balloons and being in total service to our clients. We are also very proud of our full range of highest quality balloons from the smallest singles to twenty-​five foot creative sculptures.

Really simply stated, my company hired Balloonatics to provide an arch and other decorative items for an event we had earlier this week and they did a top-​notch job.
I was on the planning committee for this event, and while it was difficult throughout the process to secure a quote or much other information from the team, they came through in the end and the quality of the work was exceptional. Based on the photos other customers have posted here, it’s great to know what our options are for future events and what the staff at Balloonatics are capable of.

Had the most amazing experience with Mersed (not sure how its spelled) today! He was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and was happy.
When I arrived at the store it was closed but he saw me in the parking lot and came out to let me in and helped me even though he was on his way out. The balloons were beautiful and he took his time to make sure I was happy. I was on a budget and he helped me stay under budget but it sure looked like I spent a lot! I will definitely be back!

I ordered the VIP bouquet from Balloonatics last month for my nephew’s birthday, and he loved it! It was really fun and made my party that much more festive! They have so many creative themes, it was hard to decide! We decided on a superhero theme, and their balloon creations are unbelievable. The delivery driver arrived on time, even though we were a bit farther from Campbell (up in the Saratoga area). The lifespan of the balloons lasted a few days because they use this special high-​float stuff if you ask for it. Def would recommend! The staff is also super friendly/​helpful!

They deliver which is awesome. I called 5 days before our event, in the middle of graduation season, and they were able to take my order and I was given the best customer service by Antoinette. I made so many changes from the time of placing the order to when it actually got delivered, just due to being indecisive. Antoinette was so patient and accommodating.
I’ve ordered lots of balloons from other companies before for numerous parties but let me just say ballonatics delivers quality and attention to detail. You get what you pay for when using ballonatics.
The balloon arches I ordered were beautiful! I was expecting something completely different based on past experiences with other companies. They don’t use the cheap ribbon and stick them on there, they use quality strong string. The arches each had a pretty wrapped brick at the end of them, balloons were all the same size, had a beautiful curled ribbon hanging from each balloon. Balloon weights on the bouquets I ordered were so pretty and nicely put together. They delivered my order on time.
I will definitely be using them again, thank you Antoinette and ballonatics!

This company is awesome! We had some specialty balloons that had been pre-​ordered but we also needed additional ones to supplement them for a company party. I talked to Sarah over the phone about renting a helium tank, but it turned out that it wasn’t that much more expensive to have them blow up the balloons and deliver them — and I’m so glad we did that. It saved us a ton of time and hassle and thanks to Sarah for recommending that option.
I went to the Balloonatics office and dropped off our specialty balloons a few days before the event, and prepaid while I was there. On the day of our event the balloons were delivered right on time to our venue and the bouquets were perfect (also the sand weights were adorable). I will absolutely use them again. Huge thanks to Sarah, Jana, and everyone at Balloonatics. They were truly exceptional.
Not to mention this was all done only about 4 days before the party!

Went in on a Friday to order some birthday balloons for a party the next day. I wanted to get them delivered but they were booked up and since it was last minute, it was understandable. I just wanted plain latex balloons with a couple of aluminum ones. The girl that helped me brought out latex balloons that said happy birthday on them which was perfect. For 20 latex and 2 aluminum it cost a little over $ 40.
I just picked up my balloons and wow… the latex balloons are a lot bigger than what I expected! (Posted the pics, they are the blue ones) They even put a cute base on it. If I ever need balloons again I will be coming here instead of party city. It makes me want to have a party just to get balloons lol!

I highly recommend Balloonatics!
I spoke to Jena on the phone since I needed balloons for my daughter’s memorial service. She was very accommodating over the phone and assured me that they will deliver on time.
I ordered 30 pink balloons and 1 36″ white balloon in honor of our daughter so we can do a balloon release after the service.
The balloons were delivered to the church on time and the driver was very professional as well.
Thank you so much for an excellent service and we hope to work with you again on a much different circumstance.

I recently used them for my wedding 9÷14÷13 I couldn’t have been more satisfied! They had the balloons at the hall as scheduled even gave me spares! And some for the kids! I will be using them for my daughters birthday in February!!! This is as good as it gets people! I’m not a paid person or worker! Just a highly satisfied customer!

Thanks you, Balloonatics! I needed 6 balloon bouquets delivered to my son’s school in Palo Alto at 8am. I could not get any other place to deliver them as 24 balloons did not meet Diddam’s minimum order. Also, Diddam’s will not make balloon bouquets-​you have to buy them loose and put them together yourself. Not having a cargo van for 24 helium balloons, Balloonatics came to my resuce.
Not only would they deliver 6 bouquets all the way to Palo Alto for only $ 15, they got there early. The bouquets looked great, the weights they were on were wrapped in festive paper, and they got there early.
I highly recommend these folks-​true professionals!

Trusting nothing but previous Unilocal reviews, we decided to give Baloonatics a try, have absolutely NO regrets! We were assisted by both Jana and Jeanine and both gave us excellent customer service. I don’t live in the area where the party was being held, and wanted someone to deliver balloons for my son’s first birthday party. They were able to talk with me over the phone about some options, were prompt in all correspondence, and very friendly! Their prices are reasonable for the service they offer and the day of the event, the balloons were delivered on time AND perfect. It is now one day after our event, and I am in shock because the latex balloons in the bouquets are STILL afloat! If given the opportunity, we will definitely use Balloonatics again!

Great service! I definitely see myself coming back here I ever need balloons :)
I work at a nonprofit, and Balloonatics graciously offered a great discount for an event my team threw the other day. The cute designs definitely added a great touch to the room. Jeanine was extremely patient and helped me over the phone and did a bunch of calculations for me to get the best deal for the things I was looking for.
We were looking for balloons that would last for a few days, so we got the mylar balloons. After I loaded the balloons in my car, I noticed one of them popped while I was inside Balloonatics to pay. Luckily, I discovered that as I was about to leave and told them before I left. They were generous and gave me 3 extra balloons! But, after bringing them back to the office, another balloon popped an hour later… bummer :(
They also deliver them, but you’d have to call in advance to get them to coordinate that. They have a ton of balloons in stock. Great and friendly place!

I was going to order balloons from Party City for a baby shower, but they won’t accept per-​order and told me I had to come to the store and get them in the day I needed them, and they can’t promise they would have the helium for that ;-(
Anyway, so in the day of party, I got dead battery and couldn’t have time to go get the balloon, so before I head to the party I Unilocaled «balloon» near Campbell, and this place show up in the map. I called the store and asked them if I could order some balloons for baby shower, and the lady said yes. I told her it’s for a boy, and I wanted 6 regular balloons in yellow and light blue, plus one big mylar balloons.
I got to the place in about 20min, and the balloons were ready and they were PERFECT! She got me a stoke!!! And the price was only $ 17
This place is not only for corporate event, you can actually walk in and get balloons!!!

I used Balloonatics for a Bar Mitzvah for my boss’s son. It was an underwater theme and they created seaweed balloon towers for us, as well as a name banner, and some bubble bunches. They delivered to both the Temple and the reception area for a minimal cost and also redelivered the balloons we used at the Temple to the reception area for reuse. The balloons really made the party! I would reuse them in a second. They sent sketches of designs to us in advance and were able to make customizations easily.

Called in and got some letter balloons ($ 15/​each!!) super pricey — I didn’t think it was worth that much but if you ever go in there… boy do they have an impressive portfolio!
I’m pretty sure they can make anything out of balloons.
Came here because I needed to get some stuff for a company party– but next time I’m having an event/​party I will keep this place in mind!

Used Balloonatics last month for balloon bouquets for my daughter’s baptism. A month before the event, I called to price a balloon arch. Jana was extremely helpful, discussed various options and was considerate re budget. The day before the event, we realized we had a little extra in the budget and instead of the arch, we opted for 4 balloon bouquets and a smaller one for the cake table.
Jana was super accommodating at such short notice. The balloon bouquets were so festive and really added a nice touch to the décor. Jana even had some white balloons w/​a silver cross so we had those sprinkled in amongst the pink & white. Balloons were delivered to our reception location in Mountain View on time & at a very reasonable price.
Sure, you can buy cheaper balloon bouquets at your local party store but how & where are you going to shove 4 ½ dozen balloons into your clown car?! Save yourself the grief & hassle and call Balloonatics.

If you need balloons in the San Jose area, this is THE place to go to. They were cheaper than the competition for a similar balloon bouquet that was photographed on the competitor’s website. Great attention to detail, taking an order on a Friday for a Monday morning delivery when I wasn’t able to come in person to select my color. Listened to color options/​RGB code and provided two options for the blue to meet my needs. I responded with my color choice and then hoped for the best. Ballonatics exceeded my expectations with an early delivery of two balloon bouquets that quite honestly looked better than the promised photograph and lasted for the full event (including a move from the indoors to the outdoors for the luncheon). A great celebratory add-​on to any event with a good price, exceptional service. I will smile whenever I see that blue van a-​coming!

I ordered a balloon arch for some very special family friends celebrating their 25th Anniversary. We pulled together a party quickly in MACLA’s blackbox (props to MACLA for renting the space and renting it quickly!).
I ordered the arch a few days in advance, I had never ordered anything like it so I was a little nervous about what I would get.
It was GORGEOUS! Really pretty and the staff recommendations really helped. Our party was a success and the balloon arch was a hit! It really made the place look great and the special couple loved it too.
I am ordering from Balloonatics again for my daughter’s Bday/​Baptism. I am sure they will help me with something creative. I feel that you get good value for your money.
