Tony is a good and honest man and knows his work well. I met him by quincidence when I had to stop at his shop after Aamco in Santa Clara broke my engine and transmission in one wrong move. They took out the transmission fluid and mistakenly put it in my engine. The input pipe for both are very close on a 2005 Mercedes e320 and unless you remove the air filter housing you can’t see the transmission input pipe. Anyway this happened right before new year, and Tony helped fix the car for $ 900. Aamco on the other hand had told me the car needed a transmission at $ 3800. Tony diagnosed a bad speed sensor and fixed it right. He also helped me with the engine. Thank you, Tony.

Tony’s a good guy who was very accommodating to work me into the schedule and delivered the car right on time. Brake fluid change and a couple light bulbs in an hour at lunch. Reasonably priced for the work.

I have been taking all of my European Cars to Tony for over 25 years. He has fixed my many BMW’s over the years and now he fixes my 911 and my E class Mercedes.
He is the most honest person I know. He always explains exactly what I need to have done and he does not gouge me on parts or labor.
He is also a factory trained Swiss Mechanic that is meticulous about fixing things.

I just bought a used car this year and started having problems. My thermostat went bad, my rotors/​brakes went bad, I needed and oil change, and I had other small things that needed to be fixed.
I went to los gatos autohaus off of a friends recommendation and I wont take my car anywhere else NOW. I talked to a Toni and he is super friendly and professional.
I don’t know much about cars, but each time, he explain’s my cars problems without trying to sell me on a new «problem» that needs to be fixed. I was told what exactly was wrong with my car and the different options/​prices I had to fix it.
The prices are insanely good and my car has always been finished super fast!
Awesome shop. Awesome mechanic. Plus, they have 60″ tv and wi-​fI.

Tony is just a tremendous mechanic. Almost certainly the most honest person I’ve ever dealt with in the course of having cars repaired.
I drive a Porsche 911, and you expect huge bills for pretty much any work on such a car, but that’s never the case with Tony. His labor rates are totally fair, as are the parts. He always explains what he needs to do/​replace and why he needs to do it.
And once he’s done the work, it’s fixed. His hit rate for solving a problem first time is 100% for me.
The best I can say about this place is that I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else with my car.

I’ve been using Tony since 2004. Today confirmed yet again why I love having Tony as my mechanic. My check engine light was on today so I just dropped by the shop. Tony stopped everything to see what was going on with my Benz. We figured it out and away I went. He’s amazing and his pricing is fair. He never over sells and he’s quick about getting the car fixed whenever I bring it in.

This review is for the repair side of the business, not the sales side. We’ve been taking our 2000 ML320 to Tony for ~4 years. He always does a good job, never tries to oversell you on repairs you don’t need, and finishes the job when he says he will.

Ok so this is the story, I bought a mercedes from a private owner and well I drove away and had a minor engine breakdown 2 hours later, long story short, the prev owner told me to take the car to Tony who has worked on it before. We called Tonys cell he said leave it at the shop. He came in the next day sunday diagnosed the car and well monday I went in to pick the pimp ride up and all was well. He did assure me driving it when its near empty is a no no for mercedes, ok so Im a newbie at this european car thing. Anyway I will be back to see Tony if there are any more problemos but for now I love my car and it loves me. Oh ya there are alot of really cool old mercedes, bmw, and old american cars too at this shop, however the sales people arent too aggressive. Its nice to just take a look around.

I dropped my Mercedes off there last Friday morning to get an estimate on a valve job, tune up/​oil change and to see why the brakes are grinding on the front passenger side. It is now Thursday at 11:55am and after many attempts to get in touch with someone who knows what’s going on with my car, I finally got an estimate. I have been trying for the past 3 days to get ahold of «Tony» via the switchboard operator, Al and a few other people. I was told «Tony» was the only person who knew what was going on with it. Finally I get ahold of «Tony» yesterday to be told that he did not know anything about it then proceeded to ask me when did I drop it off. I have decided to go pick the car up and take it to someplace else due to the poor service level they have provided me. Was also told it’s easier for me to call «Tony» then it would be for him to call me. The first signs of the runaround, I would run away!
