360 Payment Solutions is a merchant processor founded on the beliefs and core values of honesty and integrity. The credit card processing industry is very competitive and can be confusing to business owners. We began this company with the intentions of unveiling the misconceptions of the industry, providing excellent customer service, giving back to the community, and providing a unique opportunity for individuals to make an honest and extraordinary income.

At the inception of our company, one of our core beliefs was «the more you give, the more you shall receive.» We recognize that being an integral part of local communities is important to our customers, and have developed a program that allows us to contribute to non-​profit organizations in YOUR area. It is called the «Project 360» program and, together, we will make a difference with donations going to your local charity organizations

360 Payment Solutions is a young merchant services company based out of San Jose, CA. After years of experience in the industry, the founders of 360 wanted to combine their knowledge and skills regarding payment processing with the high moral standard they expect to be delivered to clients. 360 believes in providing merchants with quality, local service for fair and fully disclosed prices. Meet the Manager

Roxy G.

Manager

Roxy is the 360 office mascot and manager. Roxy is thought to be a mix of cattle dog, collie and lab. She was found as a tiny little puppy with her sister under an abandoned car in a parking lot in Puerto Rico. 360’s CFO was on vacation in Puerto Rico and couldn’t resist her sweet face and spunky personality. Roxy will turn 2 on February 5, 2014.

The processing jungle is aggravating at best.
It’s refreshing to work with a company that makes me feel like my needs are their priority. Very few companies have any concept of customer service, but 360 Payment Solutions is like an oasis in a bleak desert.
Not only are Jesse and David a pleasure to work with, but the entire support staff is by far the benchmark for patience, politeness and professionalism.

I can’t even begin to express how much I appreciate Jason Apostol and Matt Blackmore! I just opened a spa in Saratoga and was in need of merchant service. Luckily, I stumbled across 360 through a referral from Meriwest when I was making a car payment.

With all the constant solicitations from other providers and the bad experience I have had with merchant credit card services in the many years I have had stores, I finally found a straight forward, competent, user friendly and trustworthy service. I think the quality of an organization depends on how the team feels about themselves. I have been in business for 8 years. Over the past 8 years I have changed merchant service providers 2 times. I was first with Costco and then changed to a large group rate through an organization I belonged to. Both providers offered rates that were hard to beat. I had several try but no one could do any better than what I was already getting. David stopped in a few times over the years. I would always tell him I was fine and that I didn’t think he could save me any money. One day I decided to hear him out. David explained to me that what both of my prior service providers did was start me out at a low rate then move me up without telling me. I wasn’t really getting the good deal I thought I was. David explained to me that 360’s rates will never go up, let alone go up without even telling me. He was also able to lower my rate by a few points saving several hundred dollars a month. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to save money on processing fees. They are honest and reliable. Thank you for helping me.

Opening a new business is stressful enough and James at 360 Payment Solutions set up the account quickly, helped integrate it with our POS company and personally installed the terminal and made sure it was working properly prior to opening.
He was there in minutes to help when our POS system was down over the opening weekend.

I switched over to 360 Payment Solutions after meeting with Steve, who showed me the hidden costs associated with the other merchant services solution that I had been using for my retail business. In addition to lowering my merchant services fees, they were able to put me on a solution that syncs with QuickBooks — which saves me a tremendous amount of time in reconciling my monthly statements.
The other great thing about them, is that they make themselves available to help with any questions or issues that may arise after the solution is deployed vs. other vendors who take your money and run. Steve even recommended an excellent book keeper! A+ for service, integrity, and value.

Zack explained to me how 360 Payment Solutions could save my business money. He was right! We just reviewed my first statement and already saw the savings! We recently made the switch to 360 Payment Solutions after discovering how much our previous merchant service was costing us. We went over our statements with the nice guys at 360 who pointed out numerous hidden fees and exhorbitant rates that we were being charged. We made the switch, which was effortless, and they even installed a card processing machine for us. They called several times to make sure that everything was working for us and made it clear that if we needed help, they were a phone call away.
After looking at our first statement, we could see the difference. The rates at 360 are low, straightforward, and there are no hidden fees.
It’s also great to be able to call, speak to a real person, and get immediate support if needed. We needed help with our card machine and they stopped by that same day.

Anyone knows that owning a small business is tough and you have to watch every penny being spent. With that being said after a thorough review of my home based personal products business I noticed that merchant fees was one of my highetst expenses. So it was time to shop!

I will start off by saying the 360 Payment Soultions is saving us money every month! I own a small business in the South Bay and saving any money will help us through this slow time.
Steve came by our store and explained what he had to offer us. He was very professional and patient with our questions. He explained that we would save $ 100 or $ 200 a month in credit card fees… it has been twice that. The process was VERY easy and smooth.
