Todd Denman

Our good friends referred us to Todd and we seriously lucked out. Being a first time home buyer the whole process was wildly intimidating. especially with this Spring’s crazy market. Todd proved to be the perfect agent for us– he was patient, patient… patient, knowledgeable and amazing to work with (he has a great sense of humor too).
Where Todd really shined was when our transaction started to turn sour due to a combination of unique circumstances and if it wasn’t for Todd I think we would be living in a cardboard box on the side of the road (seriously). He was responsive, supportive and able to keep us upbeat when things were looking grim. There was never a time when he didn’t return a call, text, or take time out of his day (even on vacation) to get on a call with us. He went above and beyond in every way shape or form imaginable. We got to know him real well as our deal dragged on 60 days beyond initial closing date, but in the end it was all worth it because we love our new place! We now consider Todd a friend and highly recommend him. He is well versed in all situations: the good, the bad, and the ugly. Both Todd and our amazing lawyer (Arielle Cecala) proved to be invaluable during the home buying process and more importantly both are equipped to handle any situation thrown at them.

Todd is awesome to work with if you’re looking for real estate.
Great at setting expectations, easy communication, and goes out of his way to make the process as smooth as possible. His recommendations and references during the process proves invaluable. He will go to bat for you to get the best deal. Lastly, he’s just a great guy and enjoyable to be around. I have limited experience with Real Estate Agents but I would definitely work with Todd again.

My husband and I recently bought a home and without Todd, I’m not sure it would have been possible. As first time home buyers we had done our homework, and knew it would be a tough going trying to break into the Cambridge market. By luck we ran into Todd, and he both very quickly put us at ease and gave us valuable insight into the marketplace. Todd maintained a calm demeanor when everyone else is running around like crazy. Like one would expect aided in the search, he help spot problem properties, and was available whenever we needed him. What set Todd apart in our mind was his ability to break the process down into manageable chunks. Once we had our offer accepted he kept us on track with a calm «this needs to happen today, these three things need to happen by the end of the week. Can I make some recommendations?» The process can very easily leave you scatterbrained, but Todd was there with a gentle reminder and whatever help or advice we needed.
Oh, he was pretty funny, too.

Not only did we land a place we love with Todd’s support and solid advice, but Todd made the buying process smooth and, dare I say, fun! My husband and I had many questions around the right neighborhood to select for our needs, the overall housing market, dos/​donts when shopping, setting our expectations according to our budget and that was just the research phase.
