I recently had to sell a property in Arlington MA. I called on my old friend for the job, and we signed a standard contract. Within 7 days of going on the market, we had an offer for $ 40k more than we expected. The closing was quick and easy despite a wrinkle or two with signatures and titles.
When my job was managing employees, my motto was ‘hire good people, let them do their job’. If you want to hire a good agent, Richie’s the best (I get to call him that because I’ve known him for 50 years).

My partner and I worked with Richard to sell our condo and purchase a single-​family home in Watertown this summer. He was incredibly helpful through every step of the process, which was complicated, arduous, and full of twists and turns, as these things tend to be. In particular, he did a remarkable job marketing our condo — the pictures, postcards, listing sheet, and website showcased all of the best features of the property. I am not sure how he manages to do it, but Richard almost always answers his phone. He is expert in the real estate market and knows the area like the back of his hand.
We love our new home and don’t plan to leave it in the foreseeable future. If we did, however, we wouldn’t work with anyone but Richard.

My family worked with Richard to find a condo in Boston. We were looking to invest in the area due to political developments in our home country. We were knew to the area and did not know that much about the market. Therefore we really needed a realtor that we can trust and be sensitive to our needs. Richard really took the time to show us different properties. He did not pressure us into making haste decisions and made sure that we felt comfortable with the whole process.

I highly recommend Richard. First off, he is clearly very experienced and knowledgable, not only in general but also about the area specifically.

We got a great deal on both ends. And we loved the place when we were there. Richard is also a fantastic guy with a lot character and integrity.
When we were in the market for our new house our apartment burned down in terrible fire. My wife, 1 year old son, and I were in a bit of bind. Richard helped us by getting the closing date moved up and helping assemble our furniture when we all stressed out. Will always be very thankful for that.
Now only if he can get these Silicon Valley prices down…
