I can’t think of a better way to start my Saturday evening than to attend one of Sahaj’s Kundalini Yoga classes at the Breathing Room, right above Life Alive. Kundalini Yoga is a well rounded practice with postures, pranayama, mantras, mudras, etc. & Sahaj is a very patient & knowledgable teacher. Definitely recommended for both beginners & advanced practitioners!
