I had a really difficult experience with GtechiRepair. I broke the screen of my Droid Maxx. I called they said that they could fix it and that it would cost $ 135. I shopped around and that seemed like a good deal. They told me in would be in on monday. I called and no one replied. I called another number and they told me that they would get right back to me and never did. A week later I received an email saying that the part had arrived. They told me that the repair would take an hour. I came in and no one was in the office. After waiting 25 minutes and calling, someone finally came and told me that it would take an hour and half to fix. They called me after 2 hours to tell me that it was fixed. When I arrived to pick it up we discovered that the screen turned off every time that I made a call and thus it became impossible to hang up the phone. I came back twice. Both times I needed to wait either to drop off or pick up the phone because no one was in the office. Every time I was told to come back, the repair took more than 30 minutes longer than anticipated and at the end of the day, my phone works worse than it did when I brought it in, I have wasted 3 work days coming in and out and waiting for their poor service and I am out $ 135. They worked diligently on my phone but told me that this often happens with Android phones. I would never trust them with an Android phone again I suggest you don’t either.

This guy was just great! My wife’s phone died and she lost all of the photos from our summer. The tech was very informative and let us know about the whole process as he successfully got all of her data back. I hope we don’t need his services again but that’s totally where we’ll go.

Great customer service — shopped around and this was definitely the best price, and without the runaround. Three or four other places with «experts» couldn’t fathom dealing with the problem with my tablet (said it wasn’t doable, had «never heard of that» being fixable, etc.). Here, I got an explanation of what was wrong, how it could be fixed, and what my best options were.
Can’t recommend this place enough. Don’t mess around with the chains. This is a great tech repair shop and you’ll get what you need taken care of.

I was very impressed with this place. I walked in with a cracked iphone 4 screen, and 30 minutes later… good as new! They gave me the cheapest quote, and believe me, I shopped around.
