The owners of this shop take very good care of the customers. I’ve been getting solar nails, shellac pedicures and my eyebrows done here every few weeks for over 2 years. Excellent manicures and deluxe pedicures! Mai does great eyebrows! If you haven’t been here, you should try it!

Got shellac on my feet & hands, they did a great job and got me in and out fast (as a walk in). Super friendly.
Will definitely go back!

Deluxe Pedicure $ 37 was relaxing but so so. A little messy. I think I’ll try somewhere else.

I wish it was possible to rate this salon with zero stars. This has got to be the worst experience I’ve had a salon. I went in to get a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. When the lady did my eyebrows she waxed off almost half of my left eyebrow. After she did that she didn’t say anything, she just left the room and went and got Mai. Mai didn’t say anything as well and proceeded to «fix» my eyebrows by making them way too thin. When she showed me my eyebrows, she said I could just draw them in and gave me an eyebrow brush. She then gave me a 10 $ certificate to come back after they grow out. Regardless of the money, there’s is no way I’d ever let them touch my eyebrows again. My eyebrows are completely destroyed

Hands down my worst manicure experiance at a nail salon ever. I showed up at 6pm and asked for a pedicure and shellac manicure. The pedicure was delightful and the nail tech was so great and looked at all my «idea’ pictures and was able to come up with a design for my big toe in no time. I LOVE how it turned out!
I’m assuming the woman who was doing my manicure was in a hurry because mid leg massage she comes over and grabs my arm and starts to cut my nails. She didn’t ask how long or if I like them square or rounded. I told her that I’d like them short and square. She said nothing. She pulled my other arm across my body and started cutting away. In the meantime, I was noticing some snags on the other hand and asked her to please fix those. I also noticed that she didn’t cut ONE of my fingernails straight. When I asked her to please fix them she just nodded. She did not take the time to do my nails properly and I felt like she was just trying to get me out of there.
Looking back I wish I would have just stopped her and gone to a different salon.
She finished and asked me to sit at her table. finally I have space to rest my arms! She quickly brushes on the shellac and shoves my hand in the light. This was not my first shellac manicure and I know how long my nails should sit under a light. So, I put my hand in and in 10 seconds she told me to pull them out. She quickly painted on the second coat, same thing… in and out. I’m noticing there are big bumps where the polish clumped up and are now hard on my nail.
She calls over another lady and they speak in their language. Never once in English to me. Something was going on… I could tell. The other woman then sits down and she is examining my nails and keeps saying «hmmm» «hmm» and I notice that the polish is very thin. I know they add water to stretch their polish out, but this was a joke! They continued to paint and cure and paint and cure. My nails were so thick it was horrible! I told them to stop and that I was not happy. She then finally started to explain to me that they are at the end of the polish and its suppose to be like that. I told her that I’d like to pick out another color and she was not happy.
So here were are 7:20 and they had to take off the shellac and start all over. In the end, the job they did was horrible. The experience was horrible and I will not go back.
If your looking for a good nail salon where they take the time to make sure your nails are perfect. DO NOT GO HERE!

Good place unless you have an issue!!! My French Gel for some reason was porous and taking on every type of stain. I called and Mai told me to come in to fix it. I arrived and had to indure an embarrassing admonishing by the three staff how I must have done something. «But we fix!» When Mai walked away the other two continued to tell me that the staining was my fault. It was very confrontational and embarrassing. I stayed only long enough to have them strip my nails, then I walked out. I’d rather pay to go somewhere else than to be treated so poorly. Solar nails just lost my business and any further recommendations.

My daughter and I have been to Solar Nails a few times now so I can honestly say, it’s the best, and most relaxing pedicure we have ever experienced. The place is beautiful and clean. The people who work there are all friendly, no attitude issues, and I cannot imagine wanting to ever go anywhere else.

Place was neat and clean and they were all very friendly. We were even offered drinks. Will definitely be back when I’m in the area

I feel like I’ve been way too nice, and taking it easy on all the other nail salons around here.
This location is by far the most sanitary, professional, thorough, and fast nail salon I’ve been to in this area. There are, I believe, at least 5 salons within 2 minutes from here, so they definitely need to be competitive.
I had been going to Princess Nails, then tried to stop in today for a fill and pedi. they said it would be an hour wait. I Unilocaled other salons. Elegant nails was the closest but they have a bad rep for being unsanitary. so I tried Solar. They are right by the Costco I go to. when I arrived they were dead, but by the time I left they picked up.
They are sweet, organized, and make sure you’re happy. It’s a newer location too so it’s clean, and laid out in a way that makes sense–
Ill be back!

My wife and daughter went togehter with a friend for their first mani-​pedi.
My wife returned with red, raw, scrapes right through the skin on both legs from pumicing.
At best, what can be said is that they have inconsistent quality. At worst, the question ‘how does this place stay in business’ should be asked.
They will not be going back.

Been twice won’t return. Looks clean but pedi bowls have nail clippings up under faucet.
Shellac polish I’ve always had to stay longer to have them fix each nail. Staff and décor is nice though.

Mai and Dan did an exceptional job with my mani and pedi! They provide outstanding service and VIP treatment to all clients! I brought in a picture of how I wanted my nails to look, and Mai made them look awesome! I will always go here! The store is clean, employees are friendly, and service is top notch!

My first visit and Louie, who did my manicure, rushed the job and removed such a small portion of the acrylic fill on my nails that he neglected to find the mold growing on my thumb. Spent less than 30 minutes on my nails including the time I spent washing my hands and choosing a nail polish color. I was told to pay, which included the tip, midway through. After the polish, he completely ignored me for 25 minutes while my nails dried and he began work on another client. He finally acknowledged me only to say I could leave.
Later, I contacted the salon to tell them about my unsatisfactory visit only to be redirected three times before speaking to a woman who did not provide her name. She informed me that they never take more than 30 minutes to do acrylic fills. Completely defended the service provided and apparently didn’t care to offer any apology or remediation.
Needless to say, I won’t return and luckily went to 10 Nails salon three weeks later where the mold was uncovered by Donna, who is very caring and professional. It must be medicated and I have to wait for my nail bed to grow out completely. If Solar Nails had done the service I paid for, the mold would have been discovered earlier and not have progressed so far.

The reviews were right, I got a pedi from Kevin, my mom from Van, and we’re both like «wow, that’s s great pedicure». Love the hot stone massage and attention to detail, from walking in the door to leaving the staff was super friendly and engaging, this is the spot, we’ll be back for sure!

I have been a customer here for a few years and I have never been disappointed. The salon is beautiful and clean and I always feel pampered. My nails last a long time and they have a great variety of colors. Their deluxe pedicure includes parrafin wax and hot stones, which I have had to pay extra for at other salons. And you don’t have to purchase the tools they use and bring them back each time. They even serve wine! Mai and Dan are always willing to fit customers in, no matter how busy they are and the manicurist’s are always friendly and professional. I am happy to recommend them

I love Solar Nails! Dan and Mai always try so hard to make their customers feel welcome and comfortable. If I ever have an issue with my manicure, they do their best to fix it. The pedicures there are the best value in the area, as they include paraffin and hot stones. My 10 year old likes to come in, too, because Dan spoils her rotten!

Called to see if they could fit 5 of us in for pedicures close to closing, they happily said we could come by and they could help us. They place was very clean and all the staff was friendly. Most of the ladies in my group got mani/​pedis but the regular pedicure that I had was awesome. Usually you have to pay more for paraffin and hot stone but this is standard. I would definitely go here again.

This will be our regular nail salon from now on. Everything is clean and looks brand new. They are in an easy to access location. They serve beverages. The employees are all kind and personable. Paraffin wax treatment and hot stone massage are included with a regular pedicure! Great place! I saw Lynn (Lin?) and she did a wonderful job!
Hours are Monday through Saturday 9am — 7pm and Sunday 11am — 6pm.
