Dr. Li Xu is a traditional Chinese medicine doctor and licensed acupuncturist with over 20 years of experience. She has been practicing in the Portland/Vancouver area for 15 years.

Business Owner
Li Xu is a traditional Chinese medicine doctor and licensed acupuncturist with over 20 years of experience. She grew up in city of Wuhan, Hubei province, China. She was trained in oriental medicine both in China and United states. She practiced at the Hubei Chinese Medicine University and associated hospitals in China and later, multiple medical centers in New York City before she opened first clinic in Vancouver WA in 2001.
She is certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), and licensed in the states of New York, Oregon, and Washington. In New York, she helped many patients with sports injuries and smoking /drug addiction afflictions.
She was also a biomedical research scientist in genetics and immunology and worked as a research associate at Boston Children’s Hospital — Harvard Medical School while she lived in Boston.
