These doctors are amazing! I so appreciate the level of care, the attention to my health and overall approach of these amazing Chiropractors. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs help in the Vancouver/​Portland areas! Best ever!

Jonathon and Tara are hands down the best chiropractors. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. Two years ago I moved out of state and have searched long and hard for a chiropractor with their care, knowledge and great personalities, to no avail. They’re two of a kind!

Ditto what Ginger M. said — «total game changer» for me. I’ve had lower back problems for over 15 years, including about a yearly acute episode. A friend of mine recommended them, but initially I had a hard time getting an appointment for a first visit /​evaluation (there’s a reason for this). It was worth the wait. I’ve been to chiropractors on and off for years, but Drs. Jonathon and Tara Douglas did a FAR more extensive analysis of my entire skeletal structure and spent a great deal of time going over the x-​rays with me, explaining where things should be and why I was in so much pain. They then educate the patient about the Atlas technique and how it works, so that it’s not just a bunch of «mojo.» Every single visit is well documented by an assistant into the computer so that they are constantly tracking what they’ve done, the improvements (or not) that result from what they did last time, and utilizing hard science that evidences results from certain techniques. I am now pain free and able to start exercising again so that I can further my healing and return to a «normal» lifestyle. Bonus beyond amazing results: the entire staff is professional, efficient, and fun. Initial visits require an appointment, but they do permit walk-​ins once you’re established (time permitting).

Total game changer for me. Essential medicine. I’ve been a long-​time patient of theirs after breaking my back and being a mangled mess in the aftermath. They’ve helped me tremendously — from that lucky day when I first walked through their door. My leg lengths had been significantly unequal since my accident and remained so despite years of physical therapy. The physical therapist finally gave up and instructed me to buy a lift for my shoe. All this was resolved *at my very first appointment* with Atlas. Like another reviewer here, I also cried from relief and hope after my first session with Dr Tara. Somebody finally understood what was going on with me… and, not only that, they could fix it!
I am not a migraine sufferer, but I have seen first-​hand the sort of results they are getting with the excellent atlas orthogonal technique. There are not many chiropractors who specialize in atlas orthogonal, and I believe they are the only ones from here to Seattle who do it. This is NOT bone cracking chiropractic. When I was first referred to them, I had tears in my eyes at the mere thought of someone performing rough cracking to my back. This is not what they do.
The Douglases have proven time and time again to be first-​class doctors with hearts of gold towards humans and animals alike. I am amazed at all the little nuances they remember about me and my case even with such a very busy practice. Their front desk staff is friendly and top notch with Carla at the helm, running a tight, well-​organized ship. The office space is pretty, updated, and clean. There is ample free parking up close to the front door, and they are very easy to get to, even from Portland.
I can’t say enough good things about these people. I’ve personally referred at least five friends there. I literally cannot ever move away from here because I need them and fall apart without them!
P. S. Get a hot stone massage from their lead massage therapist, James. You won’t even know your own name when he gets done with you! :)

Dr’s Tara and Jonathan Douglas are fabulous! I recommend all of my friends because I have had a huge improvement in my neck pain after an auto accident. The staff is friendly and helpful too. I have insurance, but I have heard they charge a reduced price for those that have no insurance and have to pay out of pocket.

Both Drs Jonathan and Tara are exceptional, and the work they do go far beyond what most chiropractic offices do. At first it seems like the techniques they use are not going to work but, you notice a change even after just a few visits. I would especially recommend athletes or dancers to see them because I have seen many of our studio’s dancers go in and get «repaired». What a difference it makes!

While I was skeptical about chiropractic in general, after meeting the doctors at Atlas at a networking meeting, I figured it couldn’t hurt to see them once, just in case they were able to help me, which I sincerely doubted. I have been dealing with a neck injury for over 20 years, and had pretty much given up hope of ever finding relief. THEY CHANGED MY LIFE. Seriously, after my first treatment I CRIED with relief. I have since sent several others to Dr. Jonathan Douglas and Dr. Tara Douglas at Atlas, and they report similar delight with the quality of the service as well as the significant improvement in health. If I had my way, everyone would go there at least once for an assessment, just in case,. The results I continue to enjoy are too many to list, but suffice it to say this is the finest health care I have ever received. Seriously.
