I would give them zero stars if I could. I wish I could comment on the quality of their actual service, but they never showed up to clean my carpet. When I called to ask about it the receptionist said «you’re probably calling the wrong company. If you scheduled with us it would be in our schedule.» I told her that I had, in fact, called them and, in fact, it was the same number I redialed on my call log, she insisted that it was my fault. I asked to speak with her boss. No call back. I called back to speak with someone else who acted the same way. Then she hung up on me. Then would not answer the phone when I tried to call back. Nasty people. Bad customer service. Unorganized– can’t keep a schedule. Use at your own risk!
