Jimmy came out to our house and worked for eight hours on various tasks. He was friendly and his work was perfect. We appreciated his high quality of work and time that he put into every project. Highly recommend.

Jimmy is a great guy; very personable, down to earth, honest and very hardworking. From our conversations, it appears that he can do just about anything from small cleaning and repair jobs to full-​on renovations. He’s a licensed and bonded general contractor.
He worked on my house fixing cracked concrete and stucco, prepping well, patching, resurfacing and painting. He also repaired wood siding on the house that was damaged from sprinklers.
He thoroughly cleaned (and oiled the motor on) my ancient central A/​C unit that had what appeared to be decades worth of pine needles, sand, and other crud collected within.
He works alone unless a large job requires an additional man; he’s very conscientious about the quality of his work. Don’t let the few-​in-​number reviews here dissuade you from calling Jimmy; you won’t be disappointed.
I have lots of additional work to be done on this old house and he’s the only one I’ll be calling. Thanks, Jimmy, for doing such great work!

A couple of neighbors recommended Jim so I decided to give him a try.
What a find! Jim knows what he is doing and has good work ethic. He fixed my water heater problem and leaky faucet. Some of the things he did for my neighbors are fence work, slab leak fix, kitchen remodel. I finally found an honest and knowledgeable handyman.

Jim is an absolute treasure. He can do anything. Because of physical disabilities I needed my closet reconfigured. Rather than having a closet company look at it, it made more sense to have a handyman do it. I was also having plumber taking care of another problem and he recommended Jim. I called him and he came out the next day.
I explained to him the only solution I could come up with. Jim gave me an alternative idea that made sense. After he told me his bid, I hired him on the spot. Three days later the job was done. I had a new rod put at a height I could reach and additional shelf. Jim also took out all my clothes before he started, covered, them with plastic and re-​hung them. In addition he put in rods for my scarves to hang on.
After that experience I booked him for a day next week to help me with all the other things that needs to be done.
Jim is cheaper than a marriage counselor, my husband is the only know with a «honey don’t list» Jim knows what he’s doing and doesn’t grumble while he his helping you.
