If your after a pleasant, professional Brazilian wax this is the place! Dyane is such a sweetheart and makes you feel as comfortable as possible! She really cares about her customers, and makes a great friend! Her place is nice and super clean! I thought getting a Brazilian wax would be terrifying, but she makes it pleasant, I definitely recommend this place!

I’ve been visiting Dyane for waxing for over 2 years. She uses a hard wax that’s not irritating, and I have sensitive skin. Dyane really knows what she is doing. She makes each client feel extremely comfortable during her services. Due to her experience with waxing, she is also the most pain-​free! If she ever left, I’d cry. I can’t imagine ever going to someone else!

Dyane is amazing. I had never been waxed before and chose Lotus after looking through Unilocal reviews. I was terrified it would be a horrible experience but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Her studio is very clean and the receptionist is always so sweet. Dyane made me feel comfortable right away and she did an awesome job. I’ve been coming to her several times now and I have not been disappointed! Results were great and I will not go anywhere else for a Brazilian wax.

This has to be the most deserving review I have ever given. A little awkward for me to wrote but oh well. I was terrified of getting a brazilian wax. I read a ton of reviews and based on them I chose Lotus. First of all, Vanessa the receptionist/​makeup artist was so informing and helpful over the phone. Explained what’s best to do before hand and also when. I arrived was very sweet! The actual wax was totally different from my first experience, which literally involved blood, sweat and tears. Diane was done in like 20 minutes and the pain was way worse in my head. It was such a breeze and not uncomfortable at all. I will be back monthly and will also be giving as a gift. Thank you for the experience and customer service ladies.

Dyane is absolutely wonderful! She makes sure you are totally comfortable through the entire process. She makes the appointment as quick and painless as possible. And her appointments always start on time. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for a wax.

Dyane is amazing! Been going to her for over two years for a brazilian and never had any complaint at all. She uses hard wax and knows what she’s doing. She always gives me tips on how to make it as painless as possible; it’s still a wax so there will be some pain, but following her tips definitely helps! (no caffeine that day, take ibu profen 30 minutes before, eat some bananas that morning, exfoliate regularly) You can tell that she cares that you have a good experience and are happy with your wax.

When I went to Dyane I was searching for a reliable and friendly aesthetician. The first time I visited the salon, I liked it. It is never crowded, it’s clean and nicely decorated, and I was seen on time. The wax she uses is easier on my sensitive skin, and I’m always happy with the results. Now, I have been going to Lotus for almost a year! On top of everything, she’s a really kind person with a sense of humor (which helps when you’re getting a Brazilian.) I would recommend her to any of my friends.

She is quick and didn’t leave any ‘stragglers’. This will be my go-​to waxing studio from nw on.
Now a little bit about her techniques:
She uses a hard-​type of wax that is blue.
She waxes in short quick sections rather than big long strips. She will go back over to pick up any hairs that were missed.
Never once did I see her use her cell phone or carry on a conversation with a coworker while we were in session. (That’s a petpev of mine)
She gets 5 stars for professionalism, efficiency, and price. :)
I’m definitely going to go back for some microdermabrasion and maybe check out her makeup line too.

Dyan is amazing! What a nice woman, and she did an excellent job! She’s gentle, explains everything, and I will most definitely be going to her on a regular basis. Although getting a Brazilian wax is not on my list of favorite things to do, Dyan makes it a very tolerable and dare I say an almost enjoyable experience! You will not be disappointed!

It’s by appointment only, but it’s really easy to make one– you just call and either leave a message or make one right there if someone picks up. It’s this cute little place in Old Town Camarillo, and since Old Town is Old Town, parking is kind of a hassle. But anyway.
I had my first Brazilian wax done here, and Dyane made it a really comfortable and non-​awkward experience. It was relatively painless as well; definitely not like the horror stories I’ve heard. It was super quick too. This will definitely be the place I go to whenever I come back home to visit.

I was a client of Pretty Kitty before moving back to Ventura County. The one thing I was insistent on finding where Brazilian waxing was concerned, was a place that didn’t double dip their sticks. Yuck! Could never go back to that (and I don’t care how hot your wax is) but thank God Lotus is that place. I came here after seeing all these great reviews about Dyane and happy to say, Unilocalers definitely came through!
Clean and professional. Brazilian was pain less (not painless but of less pain) than I’ve ever experienced. I was actually dumbfounded by how not once did I jump or wince (but I’m a wax regular as well so don’t confuse my words). She uses this wax that’s in a word… amazing. You just have to experience it yourself.
Hoping this place is around for a long, long time.

I was a brazilian waxing virgin before coming to her, and I did my Unilocal homework before booking any appointment anywhere! Lets be real, its your lady parts, and you’re nervous. However, I can ASSURE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART THAT YOU SHOULD BOOK DYANE NOW! She tends to get booked up around all the special occasions of the year so be sure if you’re doing it around that time, to call her in advance. Once you’re a regular, she even would book over text, which was nice and convenient since you’re not playing phone tag.
Once you walk in, you immediately are enveloped with a warm comforting feeling. She talks you through what she will do and before you know it, BAM its done. (Not to mention I never ran into other clients. So it wasn’t ever awkward) There is no pain, and she talks to you the whole time. I went to her at least 6+ times and I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else. Since leaving camarillo… I have not found anyone that can compare to her gentle tone and hands. I also forgot to mention the price, She is def. under $ 50, which is also the cheapest i’ve ever seen a brazilian. Idk how she does it. She is amazing and if I could give her 10 stars I would!
**note, I have even needed quick appointments and she has worked to fit me in at the weirdest times. Her customer service is 1000%!

I also like that the studio is separate from a nail or hair salon. It’s so embarrassing to come out of the door that says «Wax» into a hair salon with a bunch of people because hello!– everyone knows what you just did!
