Liquor Shop

This shop has a great selection of spirits, fairly priced. I adore the older gentleman who works there. He and his wife own a restaurant near by and they often have homemade delicious baklava at the front counter. The owner is talkative and professional. If he’s talking to someone on the phone he puts the phone down to help customers. There are a few other young men that work at the store that are exactly like the owner! I look forward to excellent customer service when I come to The Liquor Shop.
Today, 10÷3÷2015 I had an awful experience. I am saddened by the behavior of the gentleman behind the counter.
I walk up to the counter and the gentleman behind the counter is douching it up by talking on his blue tooth, when I catch his eye and call him on it he states «its an emergency.» I say nothing but give him the ‘you’re full of fucking shit’ look, then he puts his finger to his douchey bluetooth to mute whoever he’s talking to and rings me up, all the while telling ME that Im an asshole because I patronized his business and expected some sort of personal courtesy? He’s going on and on about how its ‘an emergency’, I don’t care. Do your fucking job homie. Get off the bluetooth and actually help people.
The next time I pull up to the Liquor Shop and see that guy working, I’ll go elsewhere.
